Fantastic experience: It can always be a gamble trying out a new dental clinic, but I am so glad I booked in here and saw Dr Rania Jebry. She was warm, kind and put me at ease straight away. Best of all, she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Jebry did a detailed consultation with me before we started the clean and she also gave me very clear recommendations and advice at the end. A big bonus is that the clinic can do X-rays in house which is so convenient. Thank you as well to the very friendly and helpful receptionist. I’m happy to have found my new local dentist!

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic with my tooth decay n throbbing pain issue in one of my molars. Dr. Rupali had been so amazing to do proper analysis and advising the best treatment. Have been through my first round of RCT which was properly clinically diagnosed. Also, she explained me each n every step while she was in the process of RCT. She’s been so caring throughout that one hour of RCT too. Has also shown me not just on X-rays but photos of before and after condition of tooth. I’m highly impressed with her approach, intelligence and the way she goes beyond the job by educating you on each and every aspect including your bills and insurance part too. Highly recommended.

We immediately called up Melbourne Family Dentist clinic to seek an appointment on priority. Despite being late in the night, both Dr Rupali and Nikhil were kind enough to talk to us and give us an appointment the very next day. Dr Rupali performed a fabulous procedure on my wife and resolved her problem effectively. Negative experience: I am writing to share my recent experience at your dental services. My family and I have always relied on your practice for our dental needs, and we have been generally satisfied with the care provided. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered some concerning issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, when I booked an appointment for my child with our regular dentist, Dr. Adeela, who has always provided excellent care, I was not informed that she was no longer working at your clinic. This lack of communication was disappointing and left me feeling unprepared for our appointment. Furthermore, upon arrival, I was taken aback by the abrupt manner in which Dr. Jayashree approached my child's dental procedure. Without much introducing herself or taking the time to explain the process, she immediately applied numbing gel and administered anesthesia, proceeding to extract my child's tooth without any prior discussion or preparation. This sudden and seemingly rushed approach was both alarming and distressing for both myself and my child, who visibly reacted with fear and shaking. While Dr. Jayashree did apologize for the oversight and assure me that my concerns would be addressed, I believe it is essential for all dentists to prioritize communication and patient comfort, especially when treating children. Establishing a sense of safety and trust before proceeding with any procedure can help prevent unnecessary stress or trauma and ensure a more positive experience for both patients and parents. I hope that by sharing my feedback, your dental team can reflect on these incidents and strive to improve the patient experience, particularly when it comes to providing compassionate and considerate care to young patients. Negative experience: Unpleasant. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Dishonest. Money hungry. The lack of respect shown by the team who run this practice is deplorable. They will no doubt respond with their generic cop-out of 'this person hasn't attended the clinic' however one only needs to look through the other reviewers comments who have had similar experiences to appreciate the merit in these comments. To those considering Melbourne Family Dentist, STAY AWAY! So many more better dentists around. I went in for a routine cleaning and my hygienist was flossing beneath my permanent retainer. She had been scraping away the glue of my retainer prior too, which I did notice but didn't say anything about because I thought "maybe there's a lot of plaque . She literally snapped my permanent retainer down the middle through the wire. The lead dentist assured me we were going to get it fixed, then left the room. The next time I spoke to them to rearrange an Appointment to fix my retainer they denied they even broke my retainer! This place has no respect for their patients!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Needing an emergency extraction whilst on holiday from England I was somewhat relieved to find an efficient team of friendly people working in a state of the art environment with all the latest equipment. The offending tooth was whipped out quickly and painlessly by Rupali, clearly a modern dentist with plenty of experience and with a calming and reassuring manner. The overall cost was surprisingly very reasonable and far less than a decent meal in London, and mentioning meals I can now eat again without that toothache, and that is priceless. Thank you Rupali

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rupali is amazing, she saved a molar that had a large broken filling, what impressed me was how good the new filling looks and feels, no high spot so my jaw closes perfectly, in the past with other dentist I would have to return to have high spots in the fillings removed. I am looking forward to replacing an old amalgam filling with Dr. Rupali.

Negative experience: So bloody greedy for money. They all made up the cost and extended the cost to I even ever imagine. This is ridiculous and the service didn’t even took more than 25mins. Will never go and not recommend to anyone I know. Guilt for that waste of money

Negative experience: The staff are pathetic imagine signing for a package at the beginning of March and knowing it's not for them but keeping it and not bothering to respond to emails stating that there has been confirmation that it was signed for and also knowing where the previous tenants are. You are thieves shame on you. Even coming into your office you denied signing for this package but when you were told there are cameras across the road and a day later get a call and you found the package. Low life scrums keeping a package for 22 days Scum bags I hope karma hits you like no tomorrow..
