Negative experience: it was very disappointing to be charged $200.00 by Dr. Alexander for 20 min consultation and email quote for $6000.00 further treatment plan not required as per another dentist. I suggest you see another qualified dentist if the cost of treatment quoted is high.

Fantastic experience: Lovely work by Dr Tang and staff. Highly recommend After 3 years I would like to update my opinion about that centre I never met a dentist spend time with a patient, checking, advising even take a small X-ray without charge !!!! Dr. Tang he is a professional dentist with a high humanity and honest.

Negative experience: Rip off, $200 dollar just to see my toddler son and identify that he has cavities, I already had a report from another dentist saying the same. The dentist sent a quote which was very expensive and suggested over treatment, went to another and paid 16% of the price. Thank God we took another opinion

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Tek Tang in October 2019 with gum problems. Diagnosis was moderate to severe periodontitis with the possibility of teeth loss if periodontal condition does not improve. Dr Tek Tang was very thorough with his treatment plans. His knowledge and skills helped saved my affected teeth. And now with regular maintenance and visits my periodontal condition remained relatively stable and healthy. Fantastic experience: Dr Tang has been good to me over the last 5 years I think maybe more. I started seeing him at Parra and Randwick for deep cleaning every 6 months due to my bone loss condition. He sometimes would spend 45 min to 1 hour on me to do a good job and never complain unlike his ex viet colleague at Parra who complained about my teeth maintenance lol what a joke. The fee was only increased once in over 5-6 years. His practise is getting busier. Hes a nice guy. Happy to recommend him and his current colleagues.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tan is a legend. We had a case where we needed a specialist on the day. Dr Tan accomodated us immediately and was VERY VERY nice. He gave us a follow up phone call and explained what the next steps were. Even the pateint we referred was impressed. Keep in mind the patient was fustrated to begin with. Would highly recommend to other dentists who need a place to refer to.

Negative experience: Negative stars. Receptionist is very rude, missing manners. They are also very expensive. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Jake Ball today and extremely pleased with how he was very patient to answer all of the questions I had and has been very thorough to explain what needs to be done. Can tell Dr Jake Ball is very knowledgeable. Ming was also very nice and the lady at reception (im very sorry i didnt get her name) was lovely. They've given me a 5star experience, happy to recommend their services.

Negative experience: I have been waiting months to hear back from my specialist dentist and still nothing! Every time I call there is a different receptionist and no-one seems to know what is going on. Unfortunately my usual dentist referred me there and to anyone else seeking a quality service I do not recommend this group of dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Jake Ball treat my periodontal disease few weeks ago.I got very good result ,my gun is not bleeding anymore. he is very patient and same as his assistant . After anesthetic she did oral massage for me to release some needle pain. i had never have kind of good experience before . I'm always gagging due for dental treatment . but i DID NOT gagging when they did my treatment. Dr.Ball and his assistant treatment me so well , my periodontists got very good control . I'm very happy and had very good experience with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Jake Ball. they are so professional . its definitely worth pay this fee.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, you guys deserve negative 5 star, Dr Jake Ball (he is ok) but his arrogant assistant, who literally doesn't know how to treat patient nor how to use suction pump, and made so much uncomfortable, and on top of that, she still tries to make cheap comments during the gum treatment (which costs $900 per visit). After the treatment, I didn't find any improvement so far. Add on to this, you guys cancelled my second appointment (yes someone left voice message about it on the same day of appointment, how convenient?).

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion about gum treatment, that's when I first met Dr Teck Tang. That was over 10 years ago and I still see him on a regular basis. Teck has helped me through several procedures, including implants. He is a kind and caring man, but most of all, he is so gentle. I would highly recommend Dr Teck Tang to anyone who needs periodontal treatment, especially for those people are nervous or apprehensive when it comes to dentists. The staff are excellent too, very caring and attentive. 10 out of 10 guys !

Negative experience: Negative five stars. My mother was treated by him for four years with gum disease. He made her gum disease worse than before when she started treatment. Do not go!
