I saw Dr Liem who understood my concerns he explained the procedure and prescribed a relaxing tablet to take one hour before the Dental work was to be done. Fantastic experience: What can I say about Diggers Rest Dental House and the overall Dental House group other than my experience, while at times challenging, was made so much easier by such a remarkable team of people who have been part of my journey since I first walked through the door. Initially, I had simply planned to come in for a long-overdue check-up and clean, only to be informed that my teeth were in far worse shape than I had presumed. One of my front teeth was actually fractured and likely to get worse sooner rather than later. The team immediately got to work on scheduling a treatment plan to repair my damaged gums and teeth, which was almost completely resolved in a few short months. The bigger task at hand was the fractured front tooth. Dr. Jayden, Dr. Rosanna, and the supporting cast worked with me directly in an open and informative manner throughout the journey to replace my tooth. I was provided a number of treatment options without any pressure, and I opted for a dental implant. I was fortunate enough to be one of the first patients to be treated at Dental House's Melton clinic, specifically built for implant-based procedures. The procedure and the temporary crown went so well you wouldn't have known after a week that I had just had major dental surgery. While there have been some ups and downs with the implant, which were no fault of anyone, the Dental House team have been and continue to be supportive, extremely accommodating, and flexible in treating me throughout my implant journey. I can highly recommend the Dental House team, particularly the Diggers Rest team, for all of your dental needs. They have set the bar and the gold standard for dental treatment in my eyes, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again to everyone who has been there throughout my journey!

I can’t believe I’m saying that about a dentist… but everyone was really friendly, the cleaning was pain free and everything was super consultative. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental clinic, I have been numerous times and have had all types of different treatments done, (cleans, fillings, tooth extraction & implant). I have had a wonderful experience on all of those occasions. The clinic is modern, neat, clean and feels very welcoming. All the staff are friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the nurses and of course the dentists. They took great care in ensuring I understood and was comfortable with the process, procedure and cost of all work that needed to be done and are overall very professional. Special thanks to dental nurse Alex, who made me feel comfortable and at ease during my treatments.
