Fantastic experience: I am an early childhood Educator. I took my day care children to Northwest Dental in Longford for an excursions as part of my Dental Health Week program. It was a wonderful introduction to the dentist for the children. The staff went all out to make it a fun and informative visit. The dentist and the tooth mascot gave a great demonstration of how a dental check up might look. They also taught us how to look after our teeth to keep them clean and healthy. The children (and I!) had a fantastic time. I have no hesitation in recommending Northwest Dental Longford for anyone looking for a convenient, friendly and welcoming dental practice for themselves or their children! Thank you again to the Northwest Dental team for a wonderful education experience for my day care children!

Dr Emily was able to fill the grooves near my roots, which I didn’t even think would be possible. Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to this dental clinic, I can not speak highly enough about reception lady, the dental nurse and the dentist himself. I had a scared little girl, however the people made her feel secure, a few little outburst by my daughter but she soon calmed down when the dentist reassured her. She left feeling happy, and is welling to go back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Outstanding Dental Experience I can't thank Dr. Emily and the team enough for the exceptional care I received. I was extremely anxious about having a back molar extracted, especially given I have had some very painful experiences with dental work at host of other dental clinics I have visited prior to attending Northwest Dental Longford. Adding to my nervousness was the fact the tooth was cracked in a few spots, which to my understanding made this type of extraction quite complex compared to a normal removal, but Dr. Emily handled the entire process with such precision, professionalism, and calm confidence that I was instantly put at ease. Incredibly, I experienced no pain at all — during or after the procedure. Her reassuring manner made what could have been a really stressful visit completely smooth and positive. The clinic staff were also fantastic — warm, welcoming, and supportive from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to detail. If you’re nervous about dental work or just want to be in the best possible hands, I genuinely can’t recommend anywhere better in the state than visiting the Longford clinic — and Dr. Emily — highly enough. Truly outstanding service!

Fantastic experience: My wife was very well taken care of at Northwest Dental in Longford this morning. She said that Dr Lee was very thorough, professional and caring, both at the initial examination as well as today during the procedure. The dental nurse was also friendly and a calming influence. The injections were virtually painless, as were the extractions, and the fee charged was a pleasant surprise. Karen at the desk was a joy to deal with. All in all, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Longford Dental have always been so helpful anytime I’ve had an issue with my teeth. I was able to get in quickly, the dentist did a full evaluation of my teeth, due to being heavily pregnant we agreed on fixing my pressing issue and made a follow up appointment to get the rest of my teeth sorted once bub arrives. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, I forgot to ask for a medical certificate while at my appt but when I called up later to see if they could prepare one for me to pick up it was no trouble at all.

Negative experience: I can honestly say it was absolute torture for my daughter. I am not one to complain but this was a very bad experience and there has been no contact from the clinic to see if my daughter was ok. I am sure everyone in the waiting room including the reception must have felt sorry for my daughter, I did feel when leaving it was ver quite and awkward. I found the dentist to be impatient with my daughter, raising his voice at her and telling her to be quite while he was doing the procedure. By all means my daughter is not perfect, but when your having a huge needle into your mouth for the first time, it would certainly make anyone, including myself anxious and nervous. After the needle it was straight into the drilling. My daughter started crying and telling him it was hurting and she could feel it, could he stop. The dentist said, and I quote 'You're going to be quiet, and stop talking for the rest of this appointment as there's nothing for you to be complaining about. " YOU can't feel anything, so just be quite!" I know kids can wriggle and get upset about things like this but at the end of the day, they are kids, NOT ADULTS. I am not a person to have a go at anyone, and I could definitelyfeel my face heating up. While In that procedure, even though his lovely assistant was there, he still asked me to hold the water sucker in my daughters mouth....which I found again to be very unprofessional.... $360 later after a horrible experience for my daughter, who has been to the dentist more than 4 times previously and no problems at all, I certainly would not recommend this man to my children. All I can say is, I recommend that, that dentist inparticular should stay clear of children and just work on the adults until he can be more patient and caring.

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting the LongfordSmileCo with our seasonal workers for some time now and they are great! Reception team is so helpful and accommodating and the dentist is so friendly and patient our seasonal worker team is from Timor-Leste and Tonga so it can be challenging due to the language barrier, but they go over and above to ensure they understand and educate further on dental hygiene.
