Negative experience: You would have to be a sick joke to come here again. This place is in the depths of Blacktown. I had a filling done here maybe around a year ago or even more to one of my upper teeth. Recently, I've been going through procedures to get an expander and then braces and more. I had to get an x-ray scan for the expander, and on the day I received it, another dentist had told me there was still bacteria remaining at the end of the filling, which means it wasn't a proper filling at all, and we were charged full price for that. Now I have to go through another filling for the teeth they supposedly “fixed.” It's ridiculous! And honestly, Dr. Nahid always seemed so frustrated with me, like I was the problem. Sorry, but I had issues with them sticking that x-ray tooth thing in my mouth! It's not my fault if it’s uncomfortable! They need to get their act together. PLEASE DONT GO HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE DONT GO HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE DONT GO HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE DONT GO HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Ive sent an email regarding that situation, its been 2-3 days no response. Im telling you they are doing it for the money, just waiting for you to come back and spend more and more. THESE ARE MEANT TO BE PROFESSIONALS and they are a joke. Please go to any other place than this for your own benefit. I would rate this a 0 but its not possible. Any 5 star reviews MUST be from a family member tryna support the hustle!!! Like seriously take it from someone whos been there multiple times because of their so called “best prices for you” (these sre average prices and you can find better prices at like Pacific Smiles dentury place compared to this) PLEASE JUST LISTEN TO ME

Negative experience: I visited Dr Nahid I would never attend this practice again. I had a $4000 grant from the government to have my teeth fixed . I was told by dr Samir ( I’m spelling that wrong ) had two teeth that needed root canal ,side and front tooth , she said I don’t think this tooth ( side one ) can be fixed , didn’t even attempt the root canal Therapy, she said I’ll pull it out and fix the front one , immediately after pulling my tooth , she said these teeth are not strong enough to eat on and said she’d make me dentures, ( I did have the back 2 missing but you could not notice it . I did not need dentures until she took my tooth out without trying to save it . The dentures were unwearable they had big ugly wires that went around my eye teeth . I complained to the health department. I was told by my solicitor to go and get my notes from Blacktown smiles dental . They refused to give me my notes actually threaten to call the police , dr Samir got straight on the phone to her solicitor, still refused to give me my notes . I took it up with health department. By the time they received my notes this dental surgery had changed my notes ! Written she did root canal twice that I kept coming back crying in pain . All lies . I had to go to Westmead dental hospital and they made me a wearable denture . I am so disappointed she destroyed my smile , I was always complemented on having beautiful teeth . Not any more I don’t as I now have wires that hold my dentures in . Prudence Cahill There is a option to add a picture which I have done the best I can without showing my face as she has made me look so ugly without the false teeth I now have to constantly wear . Ps I cannot submit this review without giving at least one star for my review. Please reply on picture to see the results from this dental surgery

Fantastic experience: I chose this surgery after seeing an advertisement in my local paper…everyone looked so lovely and welcoming. For many years I had attended a health fund run dental clinic. Well, what a revelation when I switched to Allsmile BDS Dental at Blacktown. What I’d experienced previously made me dread the dentist but NO MORE! In the past seven plus years I’ve had no issues post-procedures; no pain, no infections. I cannot more highly praise the expertise, communication & friendliness extended to me by everyone at this practise. I moved out of area three years ago, but I continue to come here twice a year for checkups and anything else that needs doing. Exemplary care!! I’ve now been visiting this practice six monthly for TEN years. Commuting over an hour each way. And I will continue to do so until I physically can no longer make the trip!

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive at first, but can 100% recommend these guys. They are super friendly and helpful. DR Sajeda Ashrafi has been gentle and talks you through everything. Even my 8 yr old doesn't mind going. I have only had fillings from westmead and wish I had gone here from the beginning.

Fantastic experience: I had very bad wisdom tooth pain and no other dentist had any bookings to resolve my issue quickly. After a call, I had a booking within 2 days. They didn’t ask me to complete any unnecessary x-rays as I already provided them with a recent x-ray. The procedure was so fast and painless. Both the Doctor and her assistant was so helpful in reducing my anxiety and stress. I was really panicking in there badly. The price was also very reasonable, I could not believe it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who especially has lots of anxiety when visiting the dentist or anyone in general really. Thank you BDS ❤️❤️❤️ u guys were amazing ☺️☺️

Positive experience: Quality services with care for all dental needs. It was a good visit for my child’s dental appointment. Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Doctor was really helpful and knew how to deal with children and perform duties with professionalism. The place can a bit more tidy. As usual like other dentist it’s expensive

Negative experience: Went in to have a tooth pulled in prep for aligners. After 30 mins of horrendous pain through wiggling the tooth I asked how much longer until its out because I can not bear it to which the "dentist" replied "It hurts?, but I am pain free". It seems the "Pain free" slogan is there to convince themself it is a competency they possess. Its not some magical power granted by a slogan! Anyway after a short time more I got up (with tooth partially extracted and said I can't deal with this pain and left. I sat on the stairs feeling frikin traumatised wondering what to do now. Went to another dental practice who injected the anesthetic very accurately and popped the tooth out with no drama. Unfortunately due to the damage from BDS later that day the pain grew unbearably and I had to call an ambulance as I was on the floor in pain.

Fantastic experience: They fit me in quickly for an emergency appointment. Everyone was very friendly. Dr Panchasara fixed it up easily and gave me clear information about options for future work.

Negative experience: Please approach positive reviews with caution, as I've found them to be unreal in light of my wife's experience with Sonia Narula. Be cautious of reviews that portray her as a good dentist. Unfortunately, Sonia mishandled my wife's case. She intentionally diagnosed my wife with a cavity, seemingly just to charge her for filling procedures. Our primary concern is not the money, as money can always be regained, but the damage to my wife's tooth is irreversible. Sonia's actions raise serious ethical concerns.

Fantastic experience: The staff, most professional! I had the addition of a new tooth to my own dental plate. I have a brilliant gagging reflex so I was not looking forward to the taking of the impression! The dentist, Paul Torrieri, manged my response very well. I hope I ever have to return! But if I do, I would never go anywhere else!

Negative experience: The lady she’s working at the receptionist today she’s a big lier and so rude she hung up on me while I’m on the phone with her explaining about my appointment also she pretended to be the manager she didn’t expect that I will come to the clinic after she hang up on me. This clinic always over booked they don’t know how to manage the booking. To the management please make sure the people you employee they’re respectful people not like this one I’ve been two years here the other two ladies very nice but this one she shouldn’t working there as she has no manners at all.

Negative experience: Booked in an appointment at 3:30 PM. Took time off at work. Arrived at 3:20 to be told I was next. Waited for an hour, later to be told at 4:30, 5 more minutes for cleanup. Waited till 5. No one at reception, no one approached me earlier for rescheduling. I left at 5 PM. Lost 2 hours of my life today for no reason.

Fantastic experience: It is our first time to visit the clinic, but we are surprised how good the staff and how professional Dr. Devi is. My daughter needs an emergency tooth extraction today and Dr. Devi did it well. The cost is also friendly for our pocket as we are not eligible for Medicare cover. I will be going into this clinic from now on in our succeeding appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Nahid Sayma by one of my friends. I visited her for sensitivity and cavity. First day I went there I found her very professional and caring. She checked and found three cavities. After treatment, she didn’t even charge me the gaps, only the insurance. If you want to get the best treatment in the city, I recommend her. Best wishes.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Was happy until recently when I was talked into having root canal. It was explained to me it was a 3 visit procedure and would cost $1200 and I would end up with a cap on my tooth. 5 painful visits later at the final visit I asked if I was getting the cap done and was told “No , the tooth has to settle for 3 months to make sure there are no issues, then we do the cap and there is another $1200 for the cap!!! “ This had not been explained to me in the beginning as I would not have paid $2400 to save a back tooth and they knew that as I baulked at the first $1200! I feel they deceived me and I have refused to go back there. When they called me to see why I hadn’t returned they didn’t offer any explanation or offer a discount for the cap- nothing! Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Blacktown Dental Surgery is centrally located, the staff are very accomodating and the dentist always does an excellent job at putting you at ease. Even my grandson said "I don't really mind going to the dentist" last time we went. ...."they are very nice" he said.

Our whole family has been visiting BDS for last 10 years, we have never been disappointed by the service or the staff, at BDS everyone goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chetana is amazing at this centre. Had my crown fell off and she had to perform extraction on infected teeth with previous root canal. Have been to more popular Dr around the area and they are just namesake who only find reasons to charge u gap fees On the contrary Dr Chetana is very caring, reasonable and would try her best to comfort you while you are in pain.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Blacktown Dental Surgery are so lovely and accommodating - from the receptionists right through to the dentists! I was seen by Dr. Farah Tahity and not only was she completely professional but she was also gentle and sincere with her approach. I had a wisdom tooth taken out and did not feel a thing! They are also very cheap for their services so I'll be making sure they are my go to dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a previous dentist put in a huge filling on what was a dead tooth. After the filling I started getting immense pain in my jaw. I called up Blacktown Dental and managed to get a 9:30am same day appointment and the dentist instantly identified the tooth was dead and that a abscess was forming. An hour later, my tooth was cleaned up and the pain / pressure had subsided significantly. Thank you so much!
