He explained all the current and future problems to me, instead of waiting until it was too late and then I will have to sell my car to fix my teeth. Fantastic experience: I chose DOB due to their great reviews, & they definitely lived up to their expectations! I had my appointment today & I felt welcomed & comfortable the whole way through. After being with the same Dentist in Brisbane for approx 15yrs, I tried a couple of different dentists in between, & my first experience was basically trying to get me to spend all this additional money which my previous Dentist never said I needed. When i referred back to my original Dentist, he confirmed that the procedures were definitely not required! Long story short, at no point did I feel that DOB were after extra money. They have state of the art equipment, take the time to show you & explain the health of your teeth to you, clean your teeth thoroughly, & provide you with optional suggestions & recommendations. Plus all this was covered by my Basic level Health Insurance, & will be again in 6 months time! I will be taking on their suggestions because they were shown & explained clearly, & I want my teeth to last for many more years to come. I definitely recommend the Team at DOB with no hesitation :)

Fantastic experience: Was unfortunate enough to break a tooth, while on Holidays, as it was a long weekend I was Doubtful about getting an appointment at this Practice, The Receptionist was very helpful and I had an appointment within a Couple of hours, with Dr Nigel. The tooth could not be saved and I had to have an extraction.This was the fastest most Pain free experience ever from a Dentist, I received a phone call a few hours later to see if I was OK . I was able to get an appointment the same day as calling, this was the best news with the toothache I had! All the staff were friendly and professional. I have been coming to Doctor Seeto’s surgery for the last 20 years and each time I visit, I remember why I come each time. From the time my appointment was made, through to my visit and then the after service care, Dr Seeto and his team made me feel very welcomed and nothing was an issue. Fantastic experience: Dr Seeto is one in a million. I found and booked an appointment because of his reviews of being very gentle and thorough. I was in the chair for 2 hours for a major filling & cap, and scale and clean. The whole process was something new for this 40 year old who has spent many of those years with dentists due to a lack of fluoride for the first 6 years of my life. Not only was Dr Seeto thorough and communicative throughout the entire procedure he gets the gold medal for being the most gentle dentist I've been to...and dare I say it was a pleasure! A few hours after the procedures I was expecting the usual come down of pain and I am still in wonder that there was no after pain. Even the next day I couldn't believe I'd had the work I had and it felt like I'd had no treatment at all. I have been waiting all my life for this dentist and I'm so happy I've found him. Everyone who's apprehensive of dentists needs to see Dr Seeto. He truly is one in a million. Thanks Dr Seeto...I'm really smiling again.

But when I called him, he taught me weekend opened Dentist also said to me "if you can not get any dentist. Call me again" I found weekend dentist, also I found dr Nigel is very kind person. Since then I come to him. He is not only kind, his treatment is amazing. Another doctors said that I need implant or bridge and cover, but dr Nigel covered with crown. He said this will be not last long, but still in my mouth since 5 years ago. Also, his crown is always looks perfectly beautifully much with another teeth. Also, price is reasonable. I feel very sorry if people gave up to have beautiful teeth without come to ask to help dr Nigel

I was shown photos of my teeth to see the state they were in. Then I was given 3 options for the painful tooth that was to be operated on. I really felt I was in good hands from when I arrived, during the procedure, and the advice given to me after the procedure.
