Over the years all five of us have received preventative & general dental care. We’ve also had three lots of orthodontic braces, two as teenagers & myself as an adult. Fantastic experience: Really friendly team, walking in you feel instantly at ease with the calming decor. Normally I'm terrified by the thought of going to the dentist, but this is the only place where Im comfortable going regularly. And that's a testament to the quality of staff and the calming atmosphere they create.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and had a crown that came unstuck. Was able to get into Church Street Dental fairly quickly. Dr Shelly was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable, gentle and made me feel relaxed. I also took advantage of the new patient offer of check-up & clean (which included x-rays) for $250. Best experience at a dentist in years!

Fantastic experience: I rang my usual dentist after I broke a front tooth only to find all their lines busy. They returned my call the next day. So I thought it was time to try for a more personal experience. I see Church St Dental on the way to and from work and thought I’d give them a call. The phone was answered immediately and the lovely receptionist directed me to the most suitable dentist for my ongoing needs 4 days later (due to weekend and I had to work Friday afternoon so I was able to get in Monday morning). I found it to be a lovely quiet little surgery. My dentist Dr Shelley is as lovely as she is gentle. She did a beautiful job and I was soon on my way with a beaming smile Thank you to everybody at CSD for giving me a happy and relaxing experience. I will be looking forward to seeing you all again soon

Negative experience: I had a root canal done that I informed the dental surgeon that I prefer not have. It cost me around $5000. Then I returned to the same clinic and paid a further $500 dollars to have the same tooth removed due to an infection several years later. Don’t get root canal!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had great experiences at Church St Dental over the last 6 years or so. I’ve seen Dr Laura on my last 2 visits and found her to be kind, professional and she clearly explained what she would be doing. Thanks to the Church St Dental team.

Negative experience: Came in twice to get teeth fillings only to be told they don’t have time. Wasted my money and time and didn’t get the fillings I needed that I had booked for twice. Wasted $400 + on just cleaning teeth twice. Wanted to charge me around $100 for being a few minutes late when their dentist was also running late what hypocrites, so I decided it was no longer worth it and left. They are just money hungry. Owners replied saying I wasn’t a patient there because they are dodgy and don’t like honest reviews. Makes them look even worse to people checking reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had a swollen gum where my cracked molar was, had to be removed I was very nervous, Dr Nish was very gentle and explained everything to me, I didn't feel nervous at all in her care, thank you Dr Nish

Positive experience: I felt the process was a bit perfunctory. Told that the tooth needed to be removed with no real alternative. Having checked the cost of what I think was a simple removal with other dentists, very expensive. They spelled my name wrong.

Fantastic experience: Felt extremely anxious but went in and then had Harvey come in and my anxiety started to fade , when this beautiful puppy gave me a two handed paw cuddle . Bless his little heart ❤️. Also my dentist was so gentle and she has the softest vibe . Totally happy !!! Only thing that hurts is the cost of good dental work . Fantastic experience: I lost half my tooth on Monday. I had a scheduled appointment in a week’s time. I was able to get an appointment within 24hrs to have the appointment brought forward and have the tooth repaired. Dr Charles is the best there is. Makes you feel calm and relaxed. Best doctor out there.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to the area and breaking a front tooth, I was worried about finding a dentist I would feel comfortable using. Being a ‘difficult’ client after some bad experiences in my childhood I can truly say this was the best experience. Never will I need to put off going to the dentist. Nick was caring, skilled and empathetic. There was no pain, none at all. Tooth fixed in under an hour. Just amazing. Thank you so much.

I've recently had 2 separate wisdom tooth extractions and the staff, especially Dr Philip has made him self available after hours/on weekends to answer any aftercare concerns I had. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced too. 5 stars all round!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are relatively new patients and first saw Dr Laura a few weeks ago after our daughter recommended her. We were extremely happy with Dr Laura and the entire practice staff. We were made to feel welcome and that our dental care was important to them. I then phoned early this week due to a broken tooth and the receptionist quickly found me an appointment to see Dr Philip. Dr Philip was wonderful and again made me feel welcome and relaxed about my procedure and all was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend this dental practice.

Being a health care practitioner I can really appreciate how thorough she is; her attention to detail; her precise and beautiful technical expertise in her work - I am sooo impressed!!! And to top it all off, she is so gentle and caring, always checking to see how you are! Their equipment is top class and all my procedures are painless with their special technology. Not that she needs to, but on my first visit, she shows you in advance via photos what she is going to work on, so you know you’re getting the “real deal”. That is so kind of her!! Everyone in this practice is so friendly and professional and courteous - yes, all the staff from the receptionist, dental assistants and last but not least, the very adorable therapy dog! I love coming here, I know you’ll always be very well cared for and given the very highest quality care! A BIG Thank You for always looking after me so well!
