Fantastic experience: I'm beyond terrified of dentists but the team in Ingham made me feel very safe and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The work completed was amazing and my front teeth are better than they have even been. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I was fit in as an emergency appointment same day. All Staff were honest, respectful and really lovely. The dentist calmed my nerves upon arrival and answered every question clearly/respecfully as past trauma made me hesitent. 10/10 service highly reccomend.

Negative experience: Literally horrible experience! they have 0 standard of care towards to patient, and that resulting in harm to the patient.! I never seen any dentist in my life like this!

Fantastic experience: My grandson had a toothache and they went completely out of their way to fit him in. Very happy with the service they offered.

Negative experience: When i used to go here their fillings would fall out within months sometimes weeks and one time their staff was so incompetent they didnt have their tools ready when i already had the metal braces in so i had to sit there with my mouth open for like 20 minutes and now have a phobia of dentists despite most being way better than here. Garbage

Fantastic experience: Best customer service and care we have ever had from a Dentist. The receptionist was lovely and created an after hours appointment when my daughter had a significant dental emergency when she face planted a rock in the hinterland. The Dentist was gentle, kind, friendly and helpful and we are extremely grateful for the wonderful service and assistance.

Could not be more pleased with the outcome and the courteous and thoroughly professional treatment. The dentist even asked me to call the next day to let him know all was well.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful treatment from staff very prompt and willing to see patients asap great with elderly people made sure my mum was comfortable and made sure she was ok as she does not like dentists and put off going for years until now and she is happy to go back and get the rest of the work needing to be done. So I think 100% service.

The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and the Dentists do not inflict pain; in fact my filling was effected whilst I thought I was still waiting for the dreaded needle.... Dr Singh was amazing with how he looked after me and has provided me with some ongoing great advice for better oral hygiene - a great experience...!!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are in our caravan in the Ingham area for the next 4 months we come from Central West NSW. I have been having pain in my teeth for a few days, phoned My Family Dental in Ingham the receptionist was kind and made an appointment the next day for me. I saw the Dentist Sudeep Singh he again very kind and caring, he had an extensive look and took an X-ray to rule any nasties out, he explained what he felt the problem was. I came away feeling confident in knowing when you are away from home you can find an excellent caring dentist, I would recommend him to anyone.
