Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Trigger dental for nearly 30 years. I was a patient of Tony Trigger for 28 of the 30 years who I trusted and was always a happy customer with all the dental work I had received. I want to thank Tony for all his good work and wish him a well deserved retirement. I now see Nav who I trust and love as much as I did Tony. Nav makes you feel at ease and creates a dental plan for you that suits the needs of your oral health and pocket, she is mindful of cost and gives quotes before major work is performed, which I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Tony’s for quite a few years and now that he has retired, I will miss his charming and professional manner. I recently needed some dental work and was curious as to how his replacement was going to match up (hard act to follow by the way!). I was greeted with affection by the staff and had Emma conduct my treatment also in a kind and professional manner. I have no intention of going anywhere else. Trigger Dental have surpassed my expectations and I can highly recommend them if you need a dentist.

Doing their best to squeeze me in ASAP to get me sorted, giving me great detail and info about what was happening and what needed to be done, and just generally being very aware of me during extraction and ensuring I was managing ok! Fantastic experience: Was very nervous in going to dentist as I had put it off for a significant amount of time. Dr Nav was so welcoming, calming and reassuring. And most importantly not judgmental. Felt very safe and cared for. The whole team there was excellent on my visit today.

Tony has been sympathetic to my needs as well as providing me with a fantastic service. I look forward to when Medicare can cover a least minor or urgent dental needs. The government needs to address this shortcoming.

Our last visit one of my girls needed her baby tooth extracted that had broken off and was imbedded in her gum, I can’t thank Nav enough for the time she took to explain everything to my daughter, the patience, compassion and care given before, during and after the extraction were outstanding including a phone message the following day to check in on my daughter. We highly recommend Nav and her team at trigger dental.

She fixed my problem and explained everything so clearly in a way that I could understand. Really impressed with her service and would return.

As I was a new patient, Nav took the time to examine all of my teeth and take a series of photographs which she used to explain the issues that were relevant to my initial enquiry. In a short time we were able to come up with a plan that was achievable and suited my situation perfectly! Nav's personality, experience and communication skills, fill me with confidence in Trigger Dental's ability to help me solve my dental issues. Eliza's pleasant personality at the reception desk was much appreciated.

Nav was thorough and comprehensive.She showed attention to detail in her care of me and throughout the procedure. The cost was much less than anticipated. After very average and ordinary, and yes, one very awful experience of dentists on the Northern Rivers, I’m now very relaxed that I have this very professional and comfortable practice to attend. Fantastic experience: After 10 years of living in Newcastle Trigger Dental just happened to be the first dental clinic I found I had to have wisdom teeth removed. From the minute I arrived to the clinic everyone from reception, the dental assistants and the Drs were very friendly, kind and professional. Dr Kaur was very knowledgeable and informative. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole procedure. The price was also very reasonable, I will not be going anywhere else in the future
