From my very first phone call, discussing my anxiety about seeing a dentist, to the last of my scheduled appts, Dan and the lovely ladies were nothing but welcoming, professional and friendly. By my 3rd appt, I was no longer anxious about going to any of my appts. Dan communicates with you the whole time and everything about the environment they have setup, puts you at ease. Fantastic experience: I had composite teeth bonding/veneers done. Couldn’t recommend Dan highly enough. The job he did with my irregular shaped teeth and gaps was way better than I was expecting, they are very natural looking. The price was reasonable. Even the service from Tanya at reception as well as the other staff was 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Just before Christmas to my alarm two of my top front teeth broke off at the gum. My GP had highly recommended Dr Chan so I made an appointment. Sadly I suffer extreme anxiety when attending dentists after a very unfortunate incident several years ago in Perth. When I arrived at his surgery - which is very modern with the television above the chair - I expressed my concern and Dr Chan spent a considerable amount of time calmly explaining in great detail what needed to be done. I left his surgery feeling much more confident. Because of my anxiety I chose to have the procedure done under sedation which was excellent. Because of the teeth being broken at the gum I fully expected stitches because the roots had to be cut out however to my great surprise and delight when I woke up Dr Chan told me that he didn't need to use stitches. My new plate was already in place and my recovery period has been very easy. Very little pain or discomfort which really surprised me. My teeth look terrific and I can heartily recommend Dr Chan to everyone especially anxious patients because I can promise you that Dr Chan will allay your fears and deliver a highly professional service. I am very grateful to my GP for recommending Dr Chan.

Fantastic experience: These guys are always amazing, so friendly and easy to talk to. You can really tell that they take the time to remember each and everyone person who comes in. I love that they will also show photos and scans to explain what they’re looking at. Honestly, they somehow manage to make a dental check up a highlight for the day.

Fantastic experience: Three years’ ago it became apparent that, sooner or later, I would need to replace a 30+ year old 4 unit bridge. I followed the treatment plan advised by Dan Chan, principal dentist of Southern Dental Care at Greenfields and, as an outcome I now am fitted with a new bridge. Dan’s management of my bridge replacement vindicated his treatment plan; moreover, he carried out the work required in a thoroughly professional manner. Dan was at all times careful to explain the treatment as it progressed and I can say that throughout the several appointments required ‘I never felt a thing’. Dan is a gentle and caring dentist who gives priority to the welfare of his patients. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist ever, everytime I go in everyone always remembers me and asks me about things that I had mentioned at my previous appointments it really makes you feel special. The team are really so lovely, and Daniel and his team are very considerate, gentle and aware of peoples phobias and it doesn't feel awkward at all. Highly recommend. When I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out they were all really kind and patient with me as I have a fear of needles and they didn't make fun of me or try to tell me its silly (even though it is) they comforted me and this dentist really gives off Happy Family Vibes.

I went to Southern Dental on advise from a friend and I have never looked back . I’ve had a lot of work done the last twelve months on a multiple of different issues , I was terrified but - Daniel and he’s professional team made me realize things aren’t as bad as they were 30 odd years ago. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in over forty years due to a traumatic experience as a child and when my tooth broke in half I had no choice but to bite the bullet (excuse the pun) and make an appointment - I chose Daniel because he was close to home and could squeeze me in and I am very glad I did - He is very thorough and explained everything in detail and was very aware of how anxious I was feeling.
