Fantastic experience: Dr A Islam is OUTSTANDING! I had an abscess and was told by another Dr I would need tooth removed. Dr Islam SAVED my tooth and cured the infection! I am so grateful! Very professional and knowledgeable. Also very thorough: her inspection of teeth and deep cleaning is the best I experienced! Thoroughly recommend Dr Afroz Islam

Fantastic experience: Long overdue but this place is fantastic! I felt very welcomed, it wasn't intimidating. It doesn't feel like they're pressuring you to do a service that you don't need. If you do need it, they explain as to why and why it's important. Shout-out to Dr A Islam, she's by the far the kindest and best dentist I've encountered in my life and I'll try and go to her whenever I'm able to.

Fantastic experience: I have recently come to this clinic for a dental plan and after two visits so far, I cannot rate this dental clinic and the staff highly enough. I have previously had some not so great experiences at other clinics which had given me anxiety to have any dental work done. Dr Natasha has been nothing short of professional, kind, and accommodating. I’m so happy I chose this clinic for my dental needs, she has made each experience pain free and comfortable and is highly knowledgeable. I’m very thankful to her and the team.

Negative experience: It feels kind of run down and old fashioned. On top of that I have braces and the amount of times I got my gum cut because they couldn’t work around the braces was incredibly high. But over all it got my teeth clean

Fantastic experience: Dr Leeian George, Esther and the team are fantastic. Professional and caring. I started coming here in 2021 after requiring emergency dental on a Saturday, been coming here regularly every 3-6 months since. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist, my partner had a tooth removed and they messed it up. It will now cost her around $4500 to have a root surgically removed from sinus. They told her there would be no out of pocket expense but they lied about that. I understand not everyone has had a bad experience like this, but do you want to roll the dice? It's the lying for me that I had to give 1 star.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Woden Dental Centre for dental services and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very welcoming, the dentist was professional and the treatment was top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care.

Positive experience: The procedure was fine and Natasha did a very quick job of the extraction. But I don't like the advice that was given in regards to replacing the gauge in order to stop the bleeding. I went through 4 gauges afterwards and was still bleeding 8 hours later. Natasha never gave advice on how to prevent bleeding as maybe I could've been biting on it too firmly and therefore kept annoying the wound. I wouldn't think something of this nature would still bleed a number of hours later. Especially when the advice says 30 mins only!

Fantastic experience: Latha is the perfect dentist for scaredy cats like me; she and assistant (Sally?) were fabulous, efficient, friendly and employed very reassuring professional skills. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very thorough and will explain everything to you as they work and give you plenty of breaks if needed. I've never felt rushed out the door like I have at other clinics. Dr Afroz did a cosmetic dental bonding procedure to close a gap between my front teeth - it's given me a lot more confidence, I like my smile now, and no one can even tell there used to be a gap.

Fantastic experience: Dr Leeian and the Woden Dental Centre team have been really patient and understanding with my fear of having my teeth touched. They always explain everything they are doing and are patient when I need breaks in the appointment (which I don’t need anymore due to feeling comfortable in the chair). I’m no longer embarrassed to go to the dentist, they didn’t judge me when I came in on an emergency appointment with smoking related gum disease and were really gentle. I no longer have gum disease and am grateful to have all of my teeth nice and healthy ( a few were getting a bit loose). Highly recommend

Negative experience: Went as a public health unfortunate. Save yourself. Deepta(?) Went straight for the cosmetic tooth, ignored the broken tooth. 1.5 hours of hell. Then had two fillings in other visits. One filling she didn't even bother to shape. I have to go to another dentist to remove the fillings Deepta did as there are now pockets under them catching everything, and they are now sensitive to everything. The material used for the fillings was very rough, certainly not smooth. I asked for antibiotics, but no. I ended up with a mouth full of infections. Deepta didnt even notice or mention the gum disease. I asked for valium to get me back into the chair. But no. I have not returned. Absolutely no patient care if you're a public health unfortunate. Just rip 'em out. I think the good reviews were from full paying clients. Why is there only one chair at such a "wonderful" dentist? Would advise anyone to avoid this practice. The owner's prejudices are so demonstrated here. Has not actually addressed the dental issues and complaint. After three, hour and half sittings I have not returned to complete my treatment. Another dentist will remove the poor quality fillings and redo professionally. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about my pulled teeth. No thank you for ruining my smile and life.

Fantastic experience: The Woden Dental Centre team are polite, efficient and most importantly, great dentists. Dr Latha is my dentist there, but I’m sure you would have the same quality experience with any of the other dentists. Their high rating and reviews speak for themselves, and I would not go anywhere else in Canberra anymore.

Fantastic experience: Having a diagnosed anxiety/phobia relating to dentists - I was terrified when unexpected tooth pain hit and I was forced to seek a dentist urgently. I rang Woden Dental Centre and got in the same day. I was overwhelmed and scared but Dr Latha was so kind and gentle and explained everything so calmly. I have to go back for more treatment but she has put me at ease and I gained valuable trust in one visit. Her assistant was also very kind and lovely to me. Highly recommended for anxious people like me.

Fantastic experience: Went to Dr Arun to get a tooth removed, I suffer from quite bad dental anxiety and Dr Arun and his assistant were so kind and patient throughout the whole process. All staff have been welcoming and kind at every interaction and I would definitely recommend this dental surgery!

Negative experience: Absolute worst service. Unnecessarily charged for xrays that I was not told about earlier. Then told off "multiple extra costs for teeth to be fixed and pulled". She seemed young, definitely doesn't seem to have any experience. Went to another dentist in a different place and they were excellent and looked after me well. Avoid this place

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have been to in Canberra! The building is absolutely beautiful and I was able to make an emergency appointment the same day which was a life saver! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr Latha fixed my problem really good and also explained clearly what the situation was and how to prevent it in the future! On top this the dental patient chair, I was sitting on was the most comfortable one I have ever been on, at a dentist. Highly, highly recommend!!

She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I need to take great care of my son's teeth. No surprises with billing and the cost was very affordable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

I had a clean/check up as well as a filling. The whole experience was painless, even the bill at the end. This is the first time I've ever recommended a dentist but the experience was actually that good!

Recommend to every one who is looking for Pain free treatment and friendly environment. Dr Dheva did an x-ray on spot and adviced me to get my tooth removed immediately which she did so, I was so amazed of what she have done to me as I was too scared and shaking, she calmied me down with help of her assistant too. Fantastic experience: Dr Saranya Talluri did an amazing job with my very anxious 7 year old. A week later I called in, hoping to be able to see someone about the x Ray results and Dr Dheva Sundar was willing to have an appointment on extremely short notice and on top of it she didn’t charge us anything for that visit. I highly recommend Woden Dental to anyone with young kids or those wanting really friendly and professional service.
