Fantastic experience: Dr David is a miracle worker!! He covered my darkened front tooth with a veneer which he colour matched perfectly to the adjoining teeth. The result was brilliant… it was a work of art!! Now i can smile confidently .

Byron took the time to ensure the numbing gel and needle worked properly, making the procedure painless. He consistently monitored my teeth with X-rays to prevent further damage. The nurses were polite and friendly, and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was going to give ZERO stars… just to make sure you actually read this, there are a lot of 5-stars given, but truth is, Dr. Farrington is a solid 5-star dentist. I’ve worked in healthcare and insurance for 20+ years and met many dentists — he stands out as one of the best. Ethical, gives the right advice, focused on long-term health, and genuinely nice. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Fallon Vincent at Pymble Dental Practise, along with her Assistant, who played a very important part, in doing an Excellent, Professional Cleaning and Filling that was necessary to keep my complete teeth in a very good condition for my 72nd birthday. Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the area I found myself needing a dentist for some emergency work. Being that I am a dental avoider due to anxiety & other similar issues I asked a local social media group for recommendations. Dr David Farrington at Pymble Dental Practice was recommended several times. I managed to get a next day appointment and have the problem fixed within the next two days. Dr David listened to my concerns and made adjustments for me so that I could manage the process. The location and setting is great with easy parking and a calming atmosphere and all the staff seem lovely.

I see Dr Byron Kwon for general dentistry and he is simply the best dentist I’ve ever used as he doesn’t seem to hurt me at all. His advice and dental plans are superb. His assistants are absolutely lovely also. It’s nice to have a laugh whilst getting dental work. Dr David Farrington recently installed an implant and it was very successful. David is an incredible dentist and makes you feel at ease in every sitting. His staff are very capable and make sure the experience is very calming. David is the most capable dentist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been around the block a few times. I highly recommend Pymble Dental Practice to anyone seeking minor to major dental work. The whole team, including the most wonderful ladies that make appointments and other include Anne, Debbie and Esther who are incredibly talented and warmer than a hot summers day. I must say that appointment times are always on time and this is a major plus for me. GP’s could learn a lesson from this team. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10 in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished up having my porcelain veneers done (previously had composite) and a general clean plus periodontal clean and couldn’t be happier. I have put off porcelain veneers for years because I wasn’t sure who to go to. Dr. David Farrington is gentle, calm and completely fixed my front four teeth. I was so happy I could have cried but my face was still numb! Dr. Melinda Mazengarb, who did my clean and periodontal clean, is a pro and makes you feel really comfortable. Our 3 year old daughter is a patient of Dr. David and we feel very lucky to have been recommended him from family. Also, the receptionist Esther is really welcoming and the overall clinic has a really nice vibe.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my 7yr old son's experience with Rachel. She was so kind, calm and fantastic with every procedure he needed. Tooth extraction, crown and fillings (over multiple visits) were not a problem. She put both of us at ease, didn't recommend anything not required and explained all the options to us. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care, and really excellent dental hygienist too. They are very good at pain management and explain all the procedures thoroughly. David Farrington is a lovely, caring dentist and really puts you at ease. I love the way that they include you as the patient in the process of whatever they are doing.
