Fantastic experience: This was a first visit with Priya and Beck and they gave me confidence that my mouth was in good hands. Previously, I had suffered with panic attacks (unbeknown to them) but, I was put at ease, given clear and comprehensive, instructive information and photographs to better care for my mature teeth.

Fantastic experience: A simple motto…. when you find a doctor/ dentist or barista that just gets you ..that knows what they are doing, they put you at ease and they are great value for the money… you stay with them…. That is National Dental in Tweed…. The staff are friendly, helpful and always make you feel at ease. I’ve been going to them for more than 15 years…

Positive experience: Ian worked overtime to help my wife Pauline with very stubborn root canal tooth. The girls were helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this team

Fantastic experience: Dr Ian and Dr Priya have seen me in the last 6 days, tooth extraction then 5 days later fixed my dry socket (yesterday) From just walking in the beautifully renovated Queenslander style office, the reception team are so lovely, attentive, patient and kind. Then the dental assistants and dentist themselves, very understanding and super patient (im not a good patient sometimes lol) Honestly if i could rate NDC in Tweed Heads more than 5 stars all round i would!

Fantastic experience: Ian took great care while injecting me & I never felt a prick! I was amazed to find he had used something so I would not bleed ( I am on blood thinners) as I always see blood when I rinse. I appreciated how Ian answered my questions & I was impressed how efficiently his helpers ran around fast doing things for him. I was having a tooth extracted & when 1st Ian tried to wiggle it out & I had a slight twinge, he immediately added more painkiller. He seemed happy to wait to ensure it took effect & I experienced no pain. One feels somewhat dizzy after all is finished & listening to post operative instructions may not sink in! Therefore, having the little packet to take home, which included a list of Ian's verbal instructions was an excellent idea! The reception staff were welcoming & I am lucky to have been recommended to come to this practice when we first arrived up here on the Tweed.

My most recent experience with Dr Matt was outstanding - he was the perfect balance of friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable and at ease in the chair, and literally left with a smile! The whole team is fantastic - thanks as always and will be back in another 6 months!

Fantastic experience: This wasn't my first time with this dental clinic and that's why I didn't hesitate to go back yesterday. I had a wonderful experience with the lovely ladies yesterday, they were very caring as I was going through the dental procedure, she stopped every time when I was feeling a bit of discomfort. I have a few more appointments coming up, and I know I'll be well looked after with my procedures, not to mention the lovely ladies at reception, they were very helpful.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr Claire and to the assistant who removed my wisdom teeth today. I was incredibly nervous and anxious about getting these out and the both of them made me feel so calm and relaxed. It was my first time having an injection in the mouth and one of my worst fears... even more so..getting my wisdom teeth out in the chair. They were both incredibly compassionate and I could not thank them enough for their kindness. All of my fears about the dentist have now disappeared.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed how helpful and friendly the people in this dental practice were. I was out on my pushbike and after a couple of bad nights of tooth pain I rode past this practice, I thought I would try to make an appointment. Michaela took me under her wing and squeezed me in whilst I was still in lyrcra and riding shoes. Ian was unfazed and did a thorough review and gave me my options, I have booked in for my dental work and feel confident that I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I've only been seeing the Team at National Dental Care for a short time. In that time though I've seen both Dr. Ian & Dr. Claire here, and they are both great. Thorough in their checkups, and very personable. Something new that I've been introduced to is the care of a Hygienist. This has really transformed my knowledge of how I take care of my Teeth, Gums & mouth overall. Melena is the Hygienist I've seen twice now, and she is so thorough and caring in the delivery of her service. She explains everything so well, and I feel like I've learnt quite a bit from her in terms of do's & don'ts in 2 short visits. She's very good at her job! Thanks Team, you guys run a great practice!
