Fantastic experience: I brought my 3.5 yo daughter here on 20/7/23. She had never been to a dentist and was a little nervous. Everyone at the clinic was amazing, from the receptionist who gave her some colouring in to do while I filled out the forms, to the dental assistant who made her feel comfortable and the dentist (Dr Tim I think) was really great with her. They had paw patrol playing on a tv screen on the ceiling above the dentist chair which made her happy to lie back and have her teeth inspected. She got to choose a sticker when we left. Very happy customers! Highly recommend and will definitely go back there

Fantastic experience: I used to be terrified of going to the dentist! Now I am so relieved and relaxed knowing my teeth are being cared for with no discomfort, no pain, no anxiety. I have over crowded teeth … My mums small jaw and my dads big teeth. As a teenager I had so many dental appointments in preparation for braces. Teeth pulled- barbaric contraptions to create room. It was so painful and I was so anxious about dentistry that I pulled stumps on braces, and ALL subsequent dental treatment. Dr. Dharti THAKER is a very experienced dentist… many years in the Public Health Service has given her skills in supporting a wide variety of people with a wide variety of dental needs. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now, knowing that my teeth will be cared for and I don’t need to have any anxiety because Dr. Dharti THAKER will make sure I am comfortable and cared for. Fantastic experience: I have always been so scared of the Dentist and therefore put off going for far to long. I went into Sapphire Smile on a Monday and was treated by Dr Tim, I didn’t even hesitate to make my next appointment for the Friday, I’ve now had my teeth cleaned and will be going back over the coming weeks for a couple of fillings. I can’t not recommend Dr Tim enough he is ever so gentle and has totally put my fear of the Dentist to rest.

From a phone call with Brooke who answered my pre-dental questions courteously to the welcome I got from Dharti who is always so welcoming and friendly everything was excellent. What a very pleasant experience, and I can't say that about most of my appointments with dentists in the past. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel very relaxed and comfortable in the reception area. Everything is so clean and attractive. Dr Dharti had to fill a very back tooth for me and I was a bit apprehensive but I needed have been. She is very gentle and explains everything as she goes along so you know what's happening. I have never had NO mouth pain after a dental appointment........till now. The pain relief has worn off and I wouldn't know I'd had anything done at all. Very happy
