Fantastic experience: I have attended this dental clinic a number of times. Today was for a difficult extraction. This was done with minimal discomfort and I am very pleased with the result.

Fantastic experience: Had my upper and lower dentures made and they are just perfect in every way. . Shape, colour , you name it! I now have a beautiful smile and look younger!

Fantastic experience: My son had a visit to the dentist and we received brilliant care. The receptionist was very welcoming and the dentist and dental assistant were very kind and made my son feel calm during his procedure. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was very grateful for Doctor Taneja seeing me on such short notice. It was my first time visiting this clinic and Dr at Bataue bay. The staff on reception (at both clinics) and assisting the Dr today, were fantastic. Dr Taneja explaining my procedure effectively. The entire experience from the dental clinic to the imaging clinic flowed without any stress at all. Thank you to all involved today. I think I've found my new dental doctor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Manish at Gentle Dentle at Bateau Bay since it opened. He is indeed gentle, with a caring manner and a good sense of humour. The nurses and admin staff are very friendly and efficient. I’m very happy to have found Manish since I moved to the Cental Coast.

Negative experience: Been going here for a few months now, unfortunately was left with a server dental infection from a bad filling not being placed properly. Yes I was in hospital because of the infection. And every dental filling I never got any pain relief for either. Manish did say it was because I sleep on my face and damaged it myself. Yesterday when attending the dental centre for a abscess drainage. My appointment was very late and was in extreme pain. Manish just picked and pocked at it for less then 5 minutes while his dental assistant had her back turned my mouth area filling with puss was not suction out till Manish said something to her about the suction then when the suction was used she just pushed it right onto the abscess. Very painful. Then never rinsed my mouth out or anything just gave me scripts for antibiotics. Then said I should hope onto a payment plan. Then stated that a root canal will take 15 in and out of one tooth and the price was way overall priced as well. I took myself for a second opinion at another dentist. Which another dentist has confirmed that its only two vistits 90 minute sessions one for the cleaning and the damaged repair and one for the crown to be placed. Going to this dental practice has cause more issues then it should off.

Negative experience: This fellow really made me appreciate my previous dentist, now retired. He showed not the slightest interest in getting to know anything about me or my situation, and simply zeroed in on how much money he could make out of me. If you're looking for a new dentist, avoid this one like the plaque. We all deserve better.

The person I dealt with over the phone to the receptionist were very friendly and professional in understanding my situation, so thanks to those 2 people. Dr Manish has very calming manner about him which is a big thing for me and has fit me in to his schedule in his other practice closer to my home in the coming week. Big thumbs up

I had 4 extractions and was terrified but Manish made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The first two extractions I had zero pain afterward, they definitely live up to their name Gentle Dental, they call to check up on you after your appointment which I find amazing, they truely care about their patients. I have taken my son there and they were also amazing with him! If you’re looking for an incredible dentist that is professional, informative, caring and compassionate then gentle dental bateau bay is what you need! Negative experience: I went there to get a tooth pulled and yes I may have let if a little late as I have bad anxiety and I told him this and he belittled me and yelled at me even after I was crying my eyes out he continued yelling so I got out of chair told him he was rude as he continued yelling following me out to the waiting room crying I do NOT recommend

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! Dr MANISH promised me that he would repair the filling that fell out. He was unable to be contacted for months and the other DENTIST would not fix my tooth. I tried again today to arrange an appointment and he got his receptionist Ally to lie saying that Area Health would contact me for another voucher. That call to Area Health never happened and Dr Manish never intended to fix my tooth that was already paid for. Stay clear of these 2 Dentists!@

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever experienced. I suggest never going to this dentist unless you want to be traumatised, belittled and left worse financially and physically. Not only did they do a terrible job in my mouth, they are extremely disorganised and can't seem to use all the fancy technology they seem to have, such as not even being able to perform an xray! Attrocious lot.

He gave me the right treatment at a very nominal price and was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional through out my treatment. He guided me step to step so I could understand my treatment. Fantastic experience: Was very nervous about going as gums had been bleeding and thought the worst, but after a clean, polish & fluoride & great advice and then a follow up X-ray to check everything. So happy no gum’s bleeding and will bring the whole family across, thank you.
