Fantastic experience: Dr Cynthia, the assistants and Kelly are excellent to deal with, I didn’t like going to the dentist previously. But the treatment and care that they give is absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much. Instead of putting dentists off, This will now be a regular thing for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Evan Gai was amazing. I've never had dental work done in 41yrs. I needed a wisdom and molar extraction done. Quite a complex impacted wisdom. Been dreading for years. He was professional and very supportive and understanding of what I needed. The procedure was much less traumatic that I expected. They stopped and made sure I was fine at every stage. I would highly recommend Dr Evan Gai and the entire team at Murrumba Downs Family Dental, I'll definitely be using these guys going forward. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the process, and even offered to stop at any time if I needed. That care and reassurance made such a difference. I’m already feeling so much more confident about my smile and that’s just after one visit! I also want to extend my appreciation to Ashleigh and Kristina, who were equally amazing and made the whole experience so positive. Fantastic experience: Most amazing experience with Dr Robert, I had a cracked wisdom tooth in my mouth for over 3 years scared to get it removed- Robert was very informative and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, I felt no pain what so every through the whole appointment- the extraction itself took all of 3 minutes no cutting of the gum etc, and he let me take a breather when needed (which was a lot because my anxiety is ridiculous) I loved coming here and will be coming in the future for all check ups/ cleans.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an infected tooth and needed it removed that day, I looked at 20+ dentists in the area before choosing Murrumba Downs Family Dental due to their focus on helping anxious patients. I couldn't be happier with this choice. Dr Cynthia Tuazon was amazing and made what what is usually a traumatic experience into an easy one. She was very understanding of my difficulties with dental work and made me feel at ease. I can't say how thankful I am enough, I highly recommend visiting them if you suffer from anxiety

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for ages and have always been happy with the professional and friendly service I receive, but lately, Dr Alex and his team have gone above and beyond. My mum had been having trouble getting her denture repaired before heading overseas for a wedding. She had been told would take months and cost a large amount. I spoke to Dr Alex, and he saw my mum that same week, and within a month, Mum had her dentures sorted and without breaking the bank. I have had quite a bit of trouble with grinding and cracking teeth and toothache and have been able to get in on a Sunday to see Dr Alex. Usually the staff call me to see everything has settled. After a tooth extraction yesterday, I had a call this morning from Dr. Alex to check I was recovering ok. If you need a dentist, especially on the weekend, you need to go to Murrumba Downs Family Dental.

I have had 3 dentists in the last 10 years, all which I've had bad experiences with. Painful, rough, cheap work and no pride in the outcome. As an anxious adult with a fear of dentists, I did my research and read every review and settled on Murrumba Downs Family Dental. Dr Evan and the team took the time to hear my history, ask questions and step me through the process. They communicated what they were doing to me and gave me breaks without me needing to prompt them. He was honest about my treatment moving forward and worked with me and my timeline. I'm booked for my next appointment already and I'm looking forward to working on my fear and becoming a client who enjoys their 6 monthly check ups. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Alex for a while now and wouldn’t go to any other dentist now that I have found him. The staff and Dr Alex are the best team I have ever been to. Dr Alex will make you feel comfortable and I always feel at ease with him. I have had a lot of work done so have spent a few hours in his chair. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cynthia looks after my 2 boys teeth and myself. As a first timer visitor in a dentist, me and my boys were very anxious and scared. I am so happy with the outcomes and very grateful of the effort and care she gave us throughout the service. She's amazing! My boys enjoyed visiting her without worries. And for my self, it was an amazing first time experienced for me. I had my teeth cleaned, did a fillings, and wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. I don't have pain at all and my recovery is fantastic! Fantastic experience: Alex is an amazing dentist; gentle, conscientious, and informative. He lets you know what's going on every step of the way. During procedures, he checks in for your comfort at periodic times. My husband and I both see him and have discussed with each other how lucky we are to have him nearby. If I wasn't local, I would certainly find him worth travelling for. Can't recommend him enough. Also, I have to mention, the dental assistant/hygienist and admin staff are very friendly and accommodating. Side Note: I used to come here when Natalie owned the business, she was awesome as well and has left her practise in very good hands.

He had us all at ease at our last visit 6 months ago and very good with small filling I needed. Highly recommend Alex and his whole team at Murrumba Downs Family Dental. I was able to book for the following day, I honestly can't recommend Cynthia Tuazon enough. What an absolutely beautiful lady. So good with my daughter and so helpful. I was a little embarrassed that my daughter had such a bad tooth, but she was down to earth, easy to talk to, and a mum heself. Lovely easy going person I'm so happy I found this dentist ! Fantastic experience: Just wanted to pass on my huge gratitude for the service I received I’m so grateful to be out of the pain I was in and into a more manageable pain that I honestly don’t think can hold a candle to what I was experiencing when I arrived for my appointment yesterday. Alex was fantastic, The most understanding and caring dentist I’ve ever had. My appointment was over so quickly and was done so efficiently that I was little to no pain during my appointment. I have my 2nd appointment today and would expect anxiety due the nature of the procedure but have peace of mind that I will be well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Evan today for the first time. All the staff were friendly and polite. I had a broken tooth and it was treated with minimal pain, all options were explained and I decided to do a temporary repair. I will be returning in 2 weeks for a general check up.

Fantastic experience: I was told by another dentist that my bottom wisdom teeth were impacted. They were too close to the nerve and that I would have to pay thousands and thousands to go see a dental surgeon. I came to Murrumba Downs family dental just to get a second opinion. They looked and told me that they could remove all four in the chair. Got all four removed in chair with local. It was cheaper than what they originally quoted me let alone what the previous dentist had quoted me. They’ve called up every two days since my teeth removal just to check in and see how I’m going, if I’m in any pain. I can not rate The customer service and the ability of this team high enough. Making this my normal dentist. Thank you guys so much for all your help and making this process and easy as possible for me!

Fantastic experience: My first meeting with Dr Alexander was as a special emergency patient ; and he agreed to see me at the end of his surgery on a Sunday. I was delighted with the new layout of the premises and was immediately at ease with the new dentist. I have been able to recommend him and his professional skills and his charming personality to a number of my friends and relatives. I am turning 90 in a few day's time and I have been impressed by his concern for me as a patient. I would like here also to commend his assistant for her excellent care. I am a long retired school teacher so I appreciate Alex's ability to communicate, and the way he explains possibilities of treatment. I agree with all the previous accolades.
