Fantastic experience: My 1st visit to All Smiles Dentistry Sippy Downs was excellent! The dentist asked me appropriate questions and if I had any issues! Checked my jaw for any overbite, first time a dentist has done this! Very thorough! Xrays, checked each tooth, cleaned and flossed! Then floride rinse! I felt my teeth and I were in good hands! Thank you! All Smiles are now my dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have not had good experiences with Dentists in the past but the friendly staff and dentists at ALL SMILES FAMILY DENTISTS made my recent experience of tooth extraction seem like a walk in the park. Would highly recommend this practice, all staff are lovely and caring.

Fantastic experience: I usually don't look forward to a visit to the dentist, but this time I was very happy with All Smiles Dentisty at Sippy Downs. Reception was super friendly and efficient. I appreciated the fact that I was able to do the intake forms at home online, just made process much easier for me. A wonderfully soft spoken Tessa Cowburn and assistant ( forgot her name) were extremely thorough and gentle in the consultation room. I felt like I might be in a day spa. All care and attention was very welcome. I really liked seeing the photos and scans when Tessa was explaining the treatment options. At no time did I feel pressured for follow up appointments. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you to the team.

Fantastic experience: I happened to see a $99 cleaning special for new customers as I was passing by at the doctors surgery in the same building. I am so glad I decided to take that opportunity. All of the staff at this clinic are amazing. From the front desk receptionist to the dentists and dental assistants. My teeth haven’t looked or felt this good in as long as I can remember. My clean included whitening a remineralisation included in the price. They just look so good and feel so clean. The dentist took her time and was so gentle but thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times. This has been the best investment I have made this year. I highly recommend this dental surgery. If you want fair prices, friendly staff and great results you should think about giving them a go. I will be recommending them to my friends and family

Fantastic experience: This practice is appalling I paid in full for Invisalign after my whole family being a customer here for many years. Shortly after starting my Invisalign treatment the dentist who was seeing me left the practice and I was left with no treatment for almost a year as they said they could not transfer my treatment to another dentist in the practice until their legal. Battle with the said dentist was over. This left me waiting with no treatment for 10 months before the palmed me off to another dentist who did it for me and other patients pro bono. All emailed got all the money and didn’t do the work and treatments for me and was happy to hang myself and the other patients with Invisalign out to dry so to speak. No apology, just sorry our hands are tied. It was the worst I have ever been treated after paying in full for a service. I felt so disappointed, disrespected and unheard as many of us did. Then they ran away from all communication and responsibility. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Do not recomend this place. Rude receptionist. Over priced for children. No concessions. Only a 20 min appt.very disappointing. Time to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have a strong fear of dentists. So due to that and other more pressing medical concerns i have put off this visit way too long. Staff had me at ease right from the beginning. No pain until now 3 hours after the extraction. Which is to be expected. I will be returning soon for continued treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had some teeth taken out by Olayinka Doherty in emergency at Gympie hospital. This Dr was amazing, very little pain, only from one spot when the needle touched a nerve, but otherwise absolutely perfect. She removed two very infected moulders I didn’t feel anything, and was totally surprised when she dropped them into the tray. Well done, highly recommend her.
