Fantastic experience: What a lovely experience. Attended with a chipped tooth and my expectations were exceeded. Not only was the chip fixed but Dr Ting polished out stains on my composite veneers that I have been bothered by for a least a decade, I didn’t even mention the stains to him. The staff at the front desk were also very welcoming.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for 2pm. They called me and asked me to come in at 1.45pm and then I arrive and they tell me the dentist is running late. 2.15 no dentist to be found. Pretty sure if I rocked up half and hour late to my appointment there’d be an issue with that. Last visit to DB dental Joondalup had a 40 minute wait too. I’ll take my money & time else where.

Fantastic experience: Visited DB dental for scale and clean for the first time . The staff were very professional. My dentist was Dr Subha. What an amazing, welcoming and thorough Doctor she is She was very patient and answered all my questions in a very calm and professionsl manner. I'm glad I met her. I found her to be very understanding and gentle with the treatment. She informed me about everything going on with my oral health by going through the xrays. The receptionists offered great service and were very professional. I had a great experience and will return here for my routine checks.

The dentist and dental nurses are efficient with whatever procedure you are having. They offer excellent advice about dental care and what works best for each individual. And once your appointment is over it is so easy to organise a follow up.

Negative experience: I was terrified due to sever past dental traumas. After years of pain and fear I was convinced by patients to see Dr Dennis. At the time I had just started a government position, and due to the pain I was in and my schedule being changed on the fly, I had missed appointments, I was communicable with staff and understood there would be a fee for missed appointments, but Dennis had eased my fear when simultaneously treating my partner for infections and told me how safe and skilled he was. After missing a few appointments due to instabilities at home and work and having to have my partner treated instead, because I only had so much money, I was told by reception staff that Dennis was refusing to treat me because he had "more regular patients that would arrive", for that reason, and for the fact that "dennis was busy", I would only be treated by another dentists, and communications between Dennis and myself through staff could and have taken up to or more than 3+ weeks. ("Im not just not doing it, im just waiting because dennis is busy) This has left me feeling fearful, not worthy, judged, pushed aside and has confirmed my feelings that I'm not worth treatment by SOME dentists due to my personal situations and fears. I did the best I could, but I've been handed off to another dentist and my medical situation has been deemed not important enough. This was only a percentage of what has happened and I am beyond upset. I'm not angry, I'm in tears. Now to find a practice that understands and is willing to work with me and provide me with the same level of care they would anyone else. I'm sure the dentists would have worked with me, but the reception made that impossible.

Negative experience: Was more confused after the "consultation" than before. Stubborn baby tooth ripped out while new tooth already grew out half way behind crooked, no x-ray done as it "wouldn't be required", ripped out with numbing cream only and slipped so had to grab twice half way...huge pain caused amongst other things which were ignored! Do not see the "guy" there. Completely misjudged the situation and unable to provide a professional advise just turning in circles ("you can take it out or leave it in" ah really? Great advise!?!)...no good service guys!

Fantastic experience: Have not been to see a dentist for 5 years so was a little apprehensive. I had an issue with a broken tooth and in pain. They fitted me in within a couple of days as pre xmas is busy.I saw Jonathan and he had a great manner and concern for my issues which he went through in great detail.He was very busy but took time to make sure i was comfortable.Absolutely no pain and went home relieved and have now booked for a good overall inspection next week.10/10
