Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Brian at his clinic at Bull Creek for a long time ....10 years plus may be .... They have always highlighted that there is going to trouble me soon .... Rightly so after 10 years ... It started giving me pain and the clinic managed to reschedule me from Bull creek to city clinic to be extracted by Dr Brian... even though the process of getting ready was a bit confuse at first as no one in the clinic was telling me that I need to take nerve claiming medication....hence Dr Brian was kindly enough to reschedule me again on the same day that late afternoon for me to take my medication and extract the wisdom teeth out with a bit of pain ....well done and thank you Dr Brian

So I went eventually and when Brian showed me the close up photos, OMG did I learn! Now he’s fixed me all up over a number of visits and what a relief. I’m going to be visiting every six months now for the rest of my life. Prevention is definitely better than a cure. Oh, and they are efficient, lovely and convenient to the heart of the Perth CBD.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and misleading service from this company. I originally booked an appointment for a cleaning, but after confirming my appointment, they suddenly demanded that I also pay for a check-up, which I never asked for. They said if I didn’t agree to the check-up, my appointment would be canceled. This is not only frustrating, but it also feels like a scam, pressuring customers to pay for unnecessary services. They made no effort to communicate clearly or honor my initial booking. This kind of business practice is dishonest, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional and transparent company.

Negative experience: The people are very kind, I have a micro smile design with resin, one came loose, I went there and they organized it for me but it was obvious that they are not for that kind of process because the tooth was different and to match the slime on the side, so I wouldn't go back there.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with my experience at Access Dental. I’m normally a reluctant dentist attender but I recently had a dental emergency and needed an urgent appointment on a Friday afternoon. I tried my regular dentist and several other locations and wasn’t able to get anything for at least a week. I tried Access Dental based off an internet search and they were happy to squeeze me in that afternoon. Unfortunately the problem reoccurred a month later and again they were happy to squeeze me in that afternoon for no charge. The location is fantastic, the facilities are modern beautiful and modern and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t recommend any higher - thank you for making a stressful situation significantly less stressful.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated . My appointment was at 2.15 walked in at 2.23 filled out the form and sat down . A lady walked out called my name I said please wait 1 min while I use rest room . When I came back 30 seconds later the receptionist said she has taken the other patient through .when I asked why she said I was 30 min late . I was 5 min late . I suggest DR Wong the owner checks the cameras. I had a baby waiting for me I the car . I get no apology , had to organise someone to look after my baby and pay for parking . This happened on 6/12/2023.

I recall once I saw a fill in dentist while dr wrong was on holidays. She recommended I have 3 fillings. When I returned for the fillings dr wrong looked and told me they were unnecessary. Fantastic experience: Dr Brian Wong (and his team) is the best dentist that I have ever met since 2014. For me, Dr Wong and the team deserve to receive 6 rather than 5 starts. First time I came to Dr. Wong because I was confused when a dentist in another clinic said that I have an abscess in my tooth based on the X-Ray. This dentist said that I need a major dental treatment rather than giving me an antibiotic. Therefore, for a second opinion, I went to Dr Wong. Dr. Wong just cleaned my teeth. Then, the “tooth abscess” problem was resolved, without any major dental treatment or antibiotic. Since that time, I have regularly visited Dr Wong. He always looks after my poor oral and teeth conditions. Amazingly, now I have healthy oral and teeth, clean, and white that I always dream of for a long time. Thank you so much Dr. Wong.

He's now fixed up my teeth so you'd never know and he's been very kind in his billing over my last few visits. His staff are all excellent too. Fantastic experience: Last Tuesday night, I experienced a horrible pain (this is not an exaggeration I was literally bed-ridden). I rushed to the pharmacy to get Ibuprofen to lessen the pain and knew I had to see a dentist the first thing on Wednesday. I chose Access Dental Care (ADC) (Bullcreek/Murdoch) mainly because it was the closet dental office to my accomodation. Dr. Wong was my dentist for Wednesday and he found out that the pain was caused by an impacted wisdom tooth, which caused my gums to swell. He then prescribed me the medications I needed to help reduce the pain and prevent infections. He was very informative and transparent; being an international student, he warned me of the costs of proceeding with the surgical extraction here in comparison to doing it back in Malaysia. I decided I was to do it on the Friday of that week because the pain was worsening and the painkillers only gave relief for 1-2 hours at most. I went to ADC in the Perth CBD to do the surgical extraction. I opted for prior cleaning before extraction which was done by a dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was lovely and very friendly. She was also very careful with my teeth and warned me that bleeding may occur after, that it was normal and will stop after a few days (my gums actually bled for that day only and was fine after that!) After that, Dr Wong handled my wisdom tooth. I felt no pain throughout the procedure, just a tiny bit (similar to a quick ant bite) when I was administered the injection. The procedure was fast and finished in 30 mins! I was pleased because I did not experience any great pain during recovery (though I was taking painkillers and antibiotics), all I felt was a bit of soreness and pain only when the painkillers wear off (and I'd take another one haha!) My jaw started to bruise on the 5th day of recovery which I was told, was also one of the possible effects from wisdom tooth surgery. This was however, not painful (unless you pressed on it but who would press on a bruise right?) This is my 8th day since the surgery and I am feeling as great as I had been before the tooth impacted! I would definitely recommend Access Dental Care.The prices they charged were of course, much more expensive than Malaysia (given Aus's exchange rate that is >3x higher) but if I do not convert, I think it is a very reasonable price in terms of dental cost in Australia, especially for the great customer service and dental service!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Access dental care for many years now and have had only the very best care and treatments. I have had two implants. root canals, caps and teeth whitening and all have been of the highest medical standard with very min pain if any. Dr brian has a wonderful bed side manner and his staff are all very pleasant and professional. Ameil at reception does an amazing job and keeps you well informed about your treatments, appointments and medical rebates. Cannot recommend access dental care highly enough. They are outstanding !
