Negative experience: I had a cap replaced on my front tooth at Bond St in Feb 2022. The original cap (installed elsewhere) lasted 10 years. At the time of getting it replaced at Bond St, I was told it should last 5-10 years. The new cap lasted less than 1 year, falling off in Jan 2023. I returned to Bond St to have it fixed (they charged me for this). This replacement cap has fallen off yet AGAIN, this time lasting just over two years. This very much feels like a waste of time and hundreds of dollars. I should never have been charged for the replacement in 2023. There were other issues with the care provided at Bond St. During both appointments, the nurse and dentist would leave the door wide open whenever they left the treatment room (and this occurred several times each appointment). This meant that people in the hallway could see directly into my consultation. Most people do not want to be gawked at when they are lying in a dental chair with their mouth wedged open. In any case, this seems like poor professional standards in terms of patient privacy. Moreover, I found on both occasions that Bond St lacked transparency with pricing. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Bond St for the third replacement in 3 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Bond Street Dental for many years now. The level of professionalism of Brent and their entire team is second to none. They have access to new technology and advancements far greater than most dentists. Plus, their team of hygienists is exceptional. They also have exceptional facilities which make visiting the dentist very enjoyable, I would highly reccomend attending them. :)

Fantastic experience: If you are reading this review to decide which dentist to go to, do yourself a favour and get an appointment here! I initially booked a free consultation with Bond St dental to assess what could be done for my front teeth which were discoloured from an accident I was in over 20 years ago. From the first appointment I felt like I was in safe hands and have just finished the process of being fitted with 4 porcelain crowns and I could not be happier. Thank you to all of the amazing people at Bond St Dental and Omega Lab for my new amazing smile and giving me my confidence back !

Fantastic experience: For 25 years I put off going to the dentist. The only reason I ended up at Bond St was because a friend told me how great they were and I’m so glad he did. The fear I had was washed away by the professional caring nature of all staff but especially Jess and Dr Brent. They talked me through step by step how my treatment plan would take place and what to expect . I was fearful the day I turned up for multiple necessary extractions although I shouldn’t have been. It was pretty much trauma free. They gave gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service and I can not recommend them enough. For the past 25 years I’ve wanted an A grade smile and now I’ve got one!!!

Fantastic experience: So I nearly cried with happiness. Struggling with recurring refills for chipped front teeth, and a previous bad experience. I’ve been putting off a dentist visit for some time. Bond St took such good care of my currently very rough bonds, listened to my concerns and got me on the right treatment path (quickly). They also polished up some stains caused by the poor dental work (not Bond St) so it’s not so obvious until my next visit. Fantastic experience: After experiencing a very poor outcome elsewhere, I was quite scared of trying somewhere new to rectify. However, I am so incredibly grateful and glad that I did. Jessica made my concerns valid and took great care to reassure me. The process with Dr Nima & Russell took about two months of appointments to make sure I was completely 100%. The consultation process is incredible! I wanted natural looking teeth. And couldn't be happier with the results. I am now no longer self-conscious and covering up my smile like I did before. I had some pretty significant damage to my teeth from an illness and they transformed my teeth, I’d even say they look better than they did before. Negative experience: Very disappointed. Have been attending here and turned up for my four month scheduled appointment. A hygienist I had never met greeted me. I asked why she was seeing me and where was my usual hygienist. She replied my previous hygienist had left. Whilst this hygienist was very pleasant I had to go through my whole history again. I am fed up with hygienists making me feel guilty about the condition of my teeth and gums. They put purple dye on my teeth to show me I wasn’t cleaning my teeth properly. I am nearly 70. All I want is someone to clean my teeth, keep me going for as long as they can without lecturing me. I will not return here and have found a previous hygienist who is non judgemental. Whilst I followed my periodontist here this place is a factory and I will not be returning. If you want a caring environment fo not go here.

Negative experience: Although the dentist was professional and I had a good experience with him, his assistant Jessica Carter took about 2 months to send me a quote. When we spoke over the phone, I had a couple of questions since my procedure costs either $14 or $12K, she was very RUDE, arrogant, she even questioned my decisions. I won’t recommend this place at all. Specialty if you are going to do a major procedure.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit today at Bond St Dental re dry mouth associated gum issue. All staff were very pleasant and Basil and his team were amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave some great advice. Don’t go anywhere else if yo have a gum related issue.

Negative experience: I had a really horrible experience with them as I called them regarding their prices for Composite Veneers per tooth so they told me it’s between $200-500 and then they suggested me if I wish I can go to get a free consultation to see the dentist so she can see my tooth and then she can give me an exact price for it. So I went to my appointment and was happy to pay $230 for a patch as (I already had veneers but chipped one of them) and then I came to the reception to book my next appointment to get my tooth fixed, suddenly they said it’s total up $76 for the check-up, I explained everything and told them when I called here you guys told me it’s a free consultation and that’s why I accepted to come and I did not want a check up, all I wanted was getting a quote! But the lady who was working there was so disrespectful towards me and all she was saying was ( YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND). The dentist disgusted the price with me and it was $230 for a patch and she said I also need a hygiene which is $200 but the receptionist lady told me I need two hygienes for my teeth and made it up which is total up $400 while giving me the quote, she added $290 for a patch for each tooth. She clearly seemed so rude to me as a new patient and all she was doing was overcharge me. She never admitted they were wrong and never apologised to me. She also acted like I’m cheap and do not have the money to pay. I am so annoyed and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone as they are extremely dishonest.

Highly recommend Dr Larry Benge, he exceeded my expectations and some....I've been to many dental clinics over my life time and the overall experience l have had with the rest are, no where near as professional as Dr Larry Benge, all they seem to be doing is looking for more work in my mouth so they can extract more money from me. Dr Larry Benge has gone above and beyond to repair an implant that was done in Thailand, he gave me a few different options of what it may cost depending which way l chose to go and in the end he adjusted the crown/ inplant without breaking or cracking it therefore he saved me thousands of dollars, and didn't even charge me for the filling he did and he's time "what a campion". What dentists dose that! Dr Larry Benge is honest in quoting you differnt options and l can tell you there are NO hidden surprises. I have highly recommended him to my family and friends and he has won me over for life.

Fantastic experience: Had one of the most comfortable and helpful dental check up here, even for someone like myself who is quite anxious about my dental check-ups. Marline is incredibly warm and welcoming when you arrive at the clinic. This was then followed by Mitchell performing a very thorough clean. Furthermore Dr Reje is very sweet, she provided constructive and informative feedback along with the comprehensive check-up. Overall, it is an amazing experience and really would recommend.

Mitchell is very careful and gentle when cleaning my teeth and doing my check up, very patient answering any questions and going over any concerns. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bond St Dental for the last three years to see Lauren Fowler, and have had an exceptional experience. One of the things I love most is the way Lauren clearly explains the rationale behind the work she does, and her ability to answer any questions to make you feel at ease. When getting sized up for Invisalign (using their cool next gen scanner), Lauren walked me through each step of the process so I knew exactly what I was in for. I would happily recommend Lauren and Bond St Dental!

Fantastic experience: I recently had all on 4 implants done at Bond Street Dental after being well informed and guided by a professional and caring team. My initial visit was for a free consultation with Rochelle and Dr Larry. After being examined , I was guided through the process and what it would take to regain confidence in a brand new smile. The team were extremely assuring and all my needs were catered for including all payment options available to me. Rochelle was with me every step of the way , and after proceeding further , I was introduced to Peter....the man responsible for creating my new smile. Peter is indeed a gentleman , and great at making you feel assured , yet very comfortable at the same time. He has always been available to contact regarding any queries I may have had. After the surgery , I was surprised by the lack of any pain , just a little discomfort...nothing I couldn’t handle. All in all , while very early days for me (2 weeks in) , I am not just overly happy , I am extremely grateful for the teams effort in rebuilding the “new me”. Every comment I get now is , “I’m jealous” , “I want your smile” , “you have a new demeanour” .....you get the gist. Thank you , thank you,thank you Bond Street Dental. Fantastic experience: Larry came highly recommended after I sadly chipped my tooth again. First time patient here and can honestly say it was a such a pleasurable experience. I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day, and the tooth looks better than ever. Very friendly staff, and quick, thorough service. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Lauren Fowler for dental implant surgery and I cannot speak more highly of both her, and the team at Bond Street Dental. I was nervous about getting the implant done, however the entire process was incredibly professional and considerate, and the end result has been better than I ever expected - I sometimes forget it's even an implant and just think of it as a tooth that has always been there. Lauren put me at ease throughout the whole process and it was surprisingly pain-free. I would highly recommend both Lauren and Bond Street Dental.

Negative experience: We Have to wait 35 minutes (like if was for free ) and them he fix my teeth in 4 minutes ( did not even use laser or drill the teeth to clean from any bad things) just put the product to cover the tooth decay) this dentist talk nice and a lot but NOT respectful and unprofessional with the clients who bring the money just care about to get many clients per day. The only good nice and clean Clinic

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Which is a pretty big call for a dental clinic but I stand by it. Thorough, thoughtful and fun.
