Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!! Dr Jill Fisher is so amazing with my children and our entire family. She has a gentle touch and a kind heart. Dr Fisher always gives my kids verbal prompts before she does something so they know what’s coming up and they are never worried. Dr Fisher and her fantastic assistants are such a well oiled team that they move flawlessly like they are one person. I’ve been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else. Update: Yet another flawless visit! Dr Jill Fischer and her team are THE BEST!!! Also, their reception team are so efficient and lovely. Thanks yet again for providing such great dentistry and customer service. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Five years ago I experienced a broken cusp on a molar which Jillian suggested the best repair would be a crown. Jill explained why the cusp broke ( lots of amalgum fillings from the 50's and 60's) and that as time went on, I would almost certainly get more broken so we worked out a plan and I subsequently had another 6 crowns installed by Jillian over a three year period. I was fortunate that all of the roots of the molars were in sound condition and as a result I now have strong molars for the rest of my life. The dental lab were full of praise for the prep work done by Jill and so am I. We only made one error---- no before and after photos!

Fantastic experience: I've always had consistently excellent treatment from Dr Jill Fisher, and trust her for her knowledge and expertise. Her communication skills and caring and understanding manner are of the highest standard. Reception staff, hygienists and assistants are helpful and courteous.

Negative experience: Extremely unreliable and disgusting, I have a broken tooth and booked an appointment with a dentist I knew before, they called me to push me for rescheduling or another dentist but I couldn't, on the appointment day a few hours before appointment they called me and cancelled my appointment as what they claimed the dentist I booked is not available and again tried to reschedule or book another dentist which I didn't know. They don't respect customers'time and conditions and why should I respect them. They did exactly the same couple of years ago when I booked one dentist but suddenly another dentist showed up in the room. This place is ridiculous and pathetic .

Highly recomend if you are anxious about visting a Dentist. The staff are extremely friendly and I have never had an issue at all. After a procedure you also get a follow up call to make sure you are ok, how good is that

The hygienist is awesome……… very thorough. All staff from dentists to reception have been very friendly and helpful and I could not be any more happy to have found the practice…..so convenient too.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended national dental care Chermside for my 6 monthly check-up. As soon as I walked through the door the Receptionist greeted me by name, let me know she had checked me in and that I was welcome to sit down. Only a few minutes later the friendly dental assistant Michaela invited me into the dental room and prepared me for the appointment. Dr Phil, my dentist, made me feel safe and welcome, remembering things from 6 months ago that we had chatted about. I had cracked a filing eating brittle toffee, which Dr Phil repaired rather than replaced, giving priority for other more important dental work I need done. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to national dental care since I was a child , and fee so lucky to have such a great dental team with dr jill fisher , she is always on top of my treatment plan even after spending the last two years in Canada. The team at ndc chermside is like coming in to see a group of friends everyone is always happy to see you and are so kind which for some people like me who get nervous about a dentist visit can make it really easy. So a big thank you to Jill and the ndc team I wouldn’t go to any other dentist ( not even in Canada )

Fantastic experience: Dr Jill is beyond amazing! As a neurodivergent person a visit to the dentist can be an emotional and sensory nightmare. I’ve been seeing Dr Jill for quite a while now and over that time with her empathy, her compassion, her complete lack of judgement and her willingness to learn and listen has turned what was a terrifying task into a quite fun event. She and her dental nurses have made me feel so comfortable, accepted, welcome and valued. I unreservedly recommend her to anybody, autistic or otherwise. Dr Jill is a huge asset to the world of dentistry and a genuine ally to the neurodivergent community.

Negative experience: First of all, I would like to say that the receptionist in green on 06/09 was really friendly. However, I truly regret letting Dr. John Pena touch my teeth. He started with a half-hearted cleaning job in the morning, and then when he was fixing a tooth with damage on the right side, he ended up damaging the left side, which had been perfectly fine before. I had no choice but to agree to let him fix the left side as well. When I got home, I found bits of whatever he used to fix the tooth still stuck between my teeth, and I had to spend ages trying to remove them myself. Moreover, after I asked him to clean my teeth again, he hurt my tongue using the tool and didn’t apply any medication at the end. I am really disappointed with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jillian Fisher is the best dentist ever. I have been always soo scared of dentist and specially of needles, but Jillian has been so patient with me and explaining the procedure. I did not feel the needles going in and the extraction of 2 teeth. I had the worst phobia of dentists, but I can guarantee I had no pain. I am recommending Jillian to all my friends and anyone who ask me about dentists. Further more I would like to say also about Jillian’s teams and the lovely people at the reception that they make you feel welcome, they are friendly and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jill and her team are wonderful! Dr Jill is an excellent dentist, as well as being one of the kindest and calmest people on the planet! Our son is autistic and used to be terrified of going to the dentist. Check ups were rushed and never more than a quick look. Dr Jill has built up a magnificent rapport with him, so that she now does regular thorough inspections and cleaning of his teeth. She can even get him to sit still and take x-rays, which is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Tried different dentist and decided to stay with NDC Chermside. I would give them a 6 star if that is an option. Reception are very helpful and friendly. Doctor John is very patient and professional. He answers my question in detail and really let me walk out with smile on my face. And the nurse (sorry didn't catch their name) really really helpful calm me down during the surgery. I was very nervous as it was my first time doing filling and extraction, the nurse calm me down and John just prove my nervous was unnecessary. Best dentist ever. Best Reception ever. Best nurse ever.

If you’re an anxious person with going to the dentist Jill will sort you out, she’s very patient and kind! Hopefully she doesn’t have plans to retire I’d hate to have to find another dentist to visit..

Fantastic experience: Easily the best dental practice I’ve been too. It’s conveniently located in a major shopping centre with parking 50 metres from the front door. The practice has pleasant friendly front of house staff. The practice suites are very modern and comfortable. Dr Phil is worth travelling many kms to visit.

My dentist, Dr. Sheehan has excellent people-skills and makes the bi-annual dental visit as comfortable as he possibly can.

Negative experience: Unorganised with contacting clients, my mother was receiving missed messages and calls to have her confirm THE BOOKING I MADE FOR MYSELF UNDER MY NAME AND PROVIDING MY CONTACT INFORMATION. And the receptionist contacted my mother at 20mins to 4pm with the receptionist leaving an ultimatum of canceling the appointment if there’s no response by 4pm. I’m 18 years old, contacting my mother on confirming my appointments is a breach in privacy since I never provide consent for that contact. I’ve been going to this practice for years and the Dr’s are great, but the reception I called to confirm the appointment and inform on how annoyed I was about the contacting situation sounded uncaring, un-empathetic and sarcastic in her responses even though I have every right to be annoy. This must be a new hire because I have never talked to such a rude sounding reception in my 4+ years of attending this practice.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, who had broken a tooth, I was able to book online for an appointment the next day. The dentist was able to repair the tooth, explained the cost, and the health fund gap seemed reasonably. This will be my regular dentist now.

Fantastic experience: What an excellent experience. They saw me at the last minute due to a crack tooth. The front counter were helpful and lovely to deal with. Phil was outstanding, and excellent dentist. I'll be back for cleaning and then getting the pearly whites looking great again.

I was met by gabby the receptionist who actually introduced herself and honestly it was such a lovely experience! The manager Tash was there and just as lovely! The dentist and his assistant made me feel as comfortable as possible and the lovely lady on the desk that finished my paper was also lovely. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!!

Positive experience: Really good Dentistry from John, very caring and considerate..I had two major fillings on an earlier visit and even the injection was done before I knew it…only the gap cost was the issue that dropped a star..my Private Health only covered half the cost so that was the only negative issue…

With all my heart I want to recommend Dr. Jillian as a great professional in his field. Dr. Jillian took care of all the preparation and placement of my dental implant. All procedures were easy, painless and comfortable, even the operation to install the shift was quite comfortable. Dr. Jillian explains all procedures in an accessible and understandable language. The clinic has a calm and friendly atmosphere of care, you immediately feel calm and confident that you are in the hands of professionals. The ladies from the reception are very nice and caring, they will always help and cheer you up, they will explain any question even if you are annoyingly asking again. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed with Dr Jill and all three of us were laughing most of the time. It felt like I was hanging out with friends and they were doing me a favour.
