Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved from Brisbane recently and had to find a new dentist. Dr Pani came recommended and we both feel very fortunate to have found him and his team. I have had chronic dental pain for about five years and saw several dentists, a periodontist and an endodontist in Brisbane with no resolution of the problem. After only one visit to Dr Pani I finally have answers and relief from this pain. It is clear to me that Dr Pani has a genuine interest in his profession and in his patients, offering the latest knowledge in his field and also great use of new technology when appropriate. Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful to Pani and his amazing team for restoring my smile and allowing me to enjoy eating again with my implant retained over denture. Fantastic experience: About 6 weeks ago I received my implant. I couldn’t be happier. Dr Pani and his Team were very professional and a delight to visit. I’ve always been reluctant to visit the dentist but Dr Pani went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to explain the whole procedure. When I lost my tooth I lost my smile. Fantastic experience: I have made Dr. Pani my preferred dentist. I had an issue with a back tooth, but wasn’t sure exactly which one. With some persistent investigation it was revealed there was issue with some old work. From there it was a great process of restoration with root canal therapy and a new crown which was made and fitted within half an hour. Best part, next to no pain. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I am such a sook when it comes to dental visits! I go through emotional turmoil, palpitations and total angst at even the mention of having work done. So I chose Warwick Smiles (with the hope that I would be smiling on exit) Dr. Pani and his team were exceptional, ensuring that before any treatment began, I was comfortable, reassuring me every inch of the way that their main aim was for my comfort during procedure. My anxiety level went from a 7 to 0!!! I appreciated being included in what was being done at every stage. Fantastic experience: Attended this practice after getting a toothache whilst on a camping holiday. Had to have first stage of root canal. There was an issue with the procedure, the dentist was amazing trying to find the issue. After about half an hour of leaving the surgery I received a follow up call as the dentist was concerned. They offered to make time for me the next day if necessary. It was not necessary and the pain has gone. Also nice to go to a dentist who explains what they are doing and why. Highly recommend.

The Warwick Smiles Dentist is to me a warm fire after a long day in the snow. For me it has been 25 years of bad dentists. I got to the point where i was letting my teeth root. I was tired of being ripped off, tired of bad advice and over being blamed and judged for the state my teeth were in. Warick Smiles Dentist is the most professional and caring Dentist i have ever been to. The skill of the Dentist is the best i have ever experienced. His knowledge and techniques are excellent. I have just had my third extraction and i am ready to go back for the next. I recommend visiting this Dentist as he genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing. The support staff are friendly and very supportive and it is a child safe environment. A thousand thankyous and for the first time in decades i am excited at the prospect of being able to eat what i want without being in pain. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I experienced a very severe toothache on Wednesday. We are travelling nomads. My wife contacted Warwick smiles and they organised an appointment for 9am the next morning. They then contacted me to come in earlier which I did. The dentist and assistant were very helpful and friendly. They fully explained options. I opted for extraction which they did with NO pain for me. The receptionist contacted me the next day to check on my condition. I highly recommend this practice from the contact with a pleasant receptionist to very professional dentist and assistant.

Negative experience: Terrible service double dipping for child dental scheme already were getting paid by the GOV then decided to charge on top. Realised they were losing customers then try to change it back. Others in town don't do this. And very little patience for nervous clientele. Won't ever take our family back.

I've been there a couple of times for emergency extractions and yesterday morning I had an appointment with yet another voucher. This time I had multiple extractions and today I have a few sensitive areas but the pain is manageable. Fantastic experience: Had a cavity below the gumline filled and needed a root canal, which I must say had me worried about the pain in store for me which everyone had told me about. On the day I was given a local injection, which I did not feel and consequently never felt any pain throughout yhe entire procedure, amazing!! also was given the option of paying off in instalments which I am going currently. Definitely will be going back yearly!!

Negative experience: Went in with a bad infection. Dentist was insensitive to the fact I was scared and seemed annoyed when I could still feel everything after being numbed. He was quite abrupt and made me feel like I was being a sook. Didn't even give me a script for pain relief when I left. Needless to say I have since gone elsewhere to continue my treatment.

From my very first contact they were great - the receptionist was very friendly and helpful on the phone and they fit me in within a few hours of my call. When I walked in the door I was greeted very nicely and offered a bottle of water. Then I went in and the dentist and his assistant were just as nice. I had to have a tooth removed and it was a very difficult extraction. They were very professional and ever so caring, continuously checking to make sure I was ok. Was such a relief once the tooth came out!! The after-care was brilliant as well - ringing to make sure I was ok and organising some pain relief for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Definitely 5 star service from start to finish

I am 71years of age and love to get the best out of my beef ribs if you know what I mean. I had lost a tooth and cracked another.Dr Pani explained what would give me the best outcome and alternative treatment that would get me through. I opted for the best outcome and now can smile again. Negative experience: Like most people I have a fear of dentists. I had two teeth that I was needing work on. There was no discussion on pricing. Previous dentists have discussed pricing and worked out a treatment plan. This didn't happen. Didn't need 2 x-rays nor work on third tooth in the short term. On payment I queried price (thinking there must have been a mistake) dentist Pani told me that I had "insisted" on extra work. (He suggested additional work while I was there and already numb) I agreed to the extra work but to be told I had insisted was not well received. In fact he was steering me towards some root canal treatment which I declined. Dentist Pani also told me that "I should know how much things would cost as I had been to dentists before." And that I should have asked about costs. Nice gaslighting putting it back on the patient. I don't actually have a dental price list memorized. I don't know anyone who does. This was in front of a waiting patient. With my upper and lower mouth numb a tongue twice the size i was having great difficulty in speaking. It was embarrassing. It was also awkward for the receptionist. Who suggested perhaps poor communication. I said there was none. Dentist Pani on hearing my displeasure said to just pay what I feel in my heart, it's a small town. I paid my account in full. I have always paid my bills. It's the patients fault for not asking enough questions and apparently insisting on extra work. Will I go back. No

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pani explains what he intends to do using photos of your teeth to help you understand. Then he does exactly as agreed. He did a very good job of my restoration work. When the anesthetic didnt take straight away he patiently waited and added more as necessary until I was happy to proceed. Thank you Dr. Pani.
