Fantastic experience: I have been having together with my four children for many, many years. We have seen a number of dentists (Alison, William, Kim just to name a few) and each dentist has been polite, kind and an absolute wealth of information. They are always happy to accommodate and I love the fact they can do emergency appointments as well!

In addition to being technically excellent, her price is fair ..... a combination hard to find. I have recommended her many times to my family and friends, all come back with great feedback. efficient and excellent work! now just about to finish my Invisalign treatment in my 60s ... I wish I have done this sooner. very happy with the result!

Fantastic experience: My husband comes to Allison and her team to have his teeth fixed and cleaned, and Allison's team is always really helpful. When my husband had a chipped tooth one Saturday, they didn't hesitate to open up an emergency Saturday slot to get him sorted out so that he didn't have to take the pain through the weekend.

Fantastic experience: If I'm being honest with you, This is the best dental clinic EVER. Kim was so nice to me. As an 11 year old terrified of dentists bc of past experiences, Kim really helped me. I started attending at 8. I love this place. My 4 yearold little brother also didn't want to go. but Kimcalmed him down then all of a sudden he wanted to go back. Unfortunately we moved to Tassie but I will never forget this place

Fantastic experience: After researching various different options, I switched from my dentist of years to Dr Allison at Erskine Park Dental as she was an experienced Invisalign provider (my old dentist provided a cheaper substitute which I wasn't comfortable with), and since having her plan and treat my orthodontic needs, I have decided to stay with her for my other dental treatments as well, as I have found her and the whole team at Erskine Park Dental to be honest, competent and genuinely driven to achieve the best outcomes for my long term oral health. I don't leave reviews often, but am happy to for businesses which stand out for excellent service, and Erskine Park Dental is certainly one of those in my experience.

Fantastic experience: I chipped both of my front teeth around 10 years ago and finally decided to get them fixed. Dr Allison was able to get both fillings done perfectly even though it's a hard procedure. She was patient and made sure that I was completely happy with the final shape of the fillings. Pricing is reasonable and the staff was very friendly!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Erskine Park Dental for years. All the dentists and team here are great and not at all pushy about getting extra things done. Both my daughters have had Invisalign through EP Dental with great results. Such a caring friendly team, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Terrible practice obsessed by money where the right thing is only applicable if it coincides with billing more. Traumatized my son unnecessarily in order to enable them to inflate the final charge, and then doubled down instead of owning their terrible business culture. If you value your wallet, or your teeth, stay away! UPDATE: Within 45 minutes of my initial review this unsavory practice began bombarding my family and myself with a multitude of e-mails and phone calls, threatening us with various reprisals ranging from government agencies to legal action. All due to a well earned 1 star rating! They should rename to Erskine Park Comedy Club. The owner is hilarious, and impossible to take seriously! :)

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning and they squeezed me into a slot on Saturday afternoon without hesitation, the emergency repair was greatly helpful (saving me from having a very unpleasant weekend), and I've since had a few followups, all good experiences. They explained what they were preparing to do, and that helps put one at ease. Thank you Allison and the team. Disclaim: I knew Allison and her whole family as family friends before I "knew" her as my dentist. And I can say she talks about dentistry with real passion even when she's catching up with family and friends . I can attest that she is passionate about doing dentistry, doing it well and doing it with pride Go to her and her team and you're in good hands.

Fantastic experience: The team here are very friendly . The dentist I had tried to save my tooth but in the end had to have it removed. First one I ever have had pulled and I did not feel a thing. Very friendly and took good care of me. Will deffently recommend people to go here

Fantastic experience: Went in today with severe gum swelling and pain. I was assigned roheena to help and she was very kind and non judgemental during the whole process. Explained everything to me with whatever as going on the causes and treatment. Although the clean was painful due to the swelling she was gentle and reassuring. Looking forward to having her continue to help me recover from this with her work and personality. Also to add everyone in the clinic is very kind, understanding and accommodating. So glad my family comes here too and have referred many more who have been extremely happy with their service.

I highly recommend seeing Roheena if you need any dental check-ups.Roheena was very professional and informative as she not only treated and took x-rays but she also educates her patients. Fantastic experience: I have to say i am so thankful for having such a fantastic Dentist to bring my 2 boys to. They are just amazing, honestly my 6 yo had to have a few things done and a tooth extracted he has ADHD and ODD so these things are difficult at best. All the staff there are great but a special mention for Kim was just so patient, kind and understanding with him even though he is a little difficult to manage.She made him feel safe and explained things to him so he could process things in a positive way and he actually said he was excited to come back to see kim and asked me later if he could get her some flowers.If your looking for a dentist for your children i cant Recommended them enough.

Negative experience: First time coming in to this dentist. Already over charged $31 gap for something we aren't aware of before proceeding. Had been advised no gap but still charged. $31 is not much but the disappointment is great. Not a good feeling. If I could do half of a star rating I would.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Erksine Park Dental is great. I have gotten multiple dental cleanings from Dr Kim and she is so friendly and professional. I also started treatment for late teen/adult braces with Dr Allison last year, and the whole process has been really smooth and the braces have made a huge difference already. Fantastic experience: Couldn't praise the team enough. Professional, caring, and even received a follow up phone call the next day to check how I was after an extraction. I HATE Dentists but I could no longer put off a visit. Had FB stalked them, watching their posts until I felt comfortable in contacting for an appointment. Definitely picked the right team. Nothing but praise for them all, from walking in the door to walking out. I'm even going back; happily! Only regret? Too big for the dinosaur chair

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with a damaged tooth that had died and turned black. With a lot of help from this dental surgery, Dr Allison suggested I use there awesome payment plan and straighten my teeth as well so I could have a complete smile, with a lot of patience, as this was quite a difficult case, Dr Allison was able to adhere a veneer, after braces, which has made me so much more confident when smiling.

Negative experience: Had a tooth extraction and I was aware it was going to be a challenge and brake during the process. However, nearly a week later and still in excruciating pain, I noticed what I thought was still parts of the tooth so I phoned and explained what happened. I didn't feel valued as they didn't care about me being in pain and delayed an appointment time. Due to my initial appointment in my opinion was not finished I said I don't expect to pay. They said well it's with a different person. I only got a different person because I couldn't handle the pain yet they still wanted to charge me. Once I arrived I felt attacked by the initial dentist saying that I'm blaming her. Some customer service I tried to remain calm so I can be comfortable from the pain. Then I was briefly told what that sharp piece was. They didn't care whether I understood or not and after a few questions they had to draw a diagram. I've had extractions before and this by far is no doubt the worst place to have it done. They also have no issues doing whatever they want without explaining the process to you and when you go to the counter you get a bill shock you only get with electricity. Also, how can your customer answer a question when their mouth is wide open?? My answers could have made your choices different. Never again. CURRENT STATUS: Being threatened by this company and their reasons are far from the truth. Their attempts to phone me initially (a few hours after my review) was done at 11:18pm where they kept calling around 4 times and then threatening via text which I have all records of. Word of advice, be prepared if you're going to be honest with your reviews, I noticed another person who gave a 1 star rating has mysteriously vanished from your view.

Fantastic experience: Dr Allison is really gental and friendly :D I used to be so scare of seeing dentists , but the lovely staff and dentists help to ease my fears, they also have a dinosaur dental chair which is so cute , my niece loves it !

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental practice around. I visited the surgeon (claudia) in 2015 with an emergency extraction, and visited allison today for another extraction. Both times the procedure was clearly explained and carried out with extreme care and precision. They even took my sensitive teeth into account, only using the cold water and suction when absolutely necessary. Back at reception they were very understanding and caring and showed me payment plan options. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to my checkup, and I will be bringing my daughter in.
