Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, and trustworthy doctors.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here and I was really impressed! I got a scale and clean from the oral hygienist Rachel, who was really friendly and professional. It was the best procedure I've ever received with no pain or discomfort; I havent a scale and clean that made me feel so at ease before, while still maintaining top standards. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I began visiting Triniti Dental four years ago, where Dr. Daniel Im expertly handled some highly complex fillings with remarkable skill and precision. Over the years, I have undergone extensive dental work and consultations with Dr. Daniel, and his expertise continues to impress me. His work is always impeccable, performed with such efficiency and finesse that any discomfort is minimal, both during and after the procedure. His ability to complete treatments swiftly while maintaining exceptional quality has transformed my confidence in dentistry. Because of my great experience, my children also receive biannual cleanings and check ups with Kathy, whose gentle and caring approach makes their visits comfortable and has left a good impression of dentistry for my children.

Negative experience: I told them my child needed filling because there’s a decay when I made the first appointment. However they only scheduled a 15 min appointment for us so we got pretty much nothing done except for check up. The second time when we were there. My child was very scared when the dentist was going to inject the anaesthetic medicine. The dentist was very impatient and kept saying that we had to see a specialist. She didn’t even try to calm him down. I would have been OK even if it wasn’t successful on the day if she had made any effort. Eventually we successfully got it treated at another clinic, with a dentist who has a bit of patience and skills with kids. No specialist needed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dentist for a long period of time and I can confidently say that I have always had a positive experience with their services. The dentist, Dr. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that hebis doing during my appoinments. Fantastic experience: I have been treating my teeth with Dr Im for many years now and I can’t say enough about how good, amazing of a dentist and human being he is. First of all I had some really bad experience in the past where my root canal wasn’t cleaned properly which cause a serious infection to my jaw bone. I went to Dr Daniel Im while have had this major issue with which he did an amazing job healing my jaw as well as saving the tooth. Just incredible effort & relentlessly consistent. Second, I trust his work, opinion and his experience quite strongly as he always go above and beyond the to take care of his patients. Fantastic experience: I had a great overall experience over my 5 years of being with Dr Daniel. He did a really good job and was really kind to me for the entire process. His treatment of my teeth was spot on, he listened carefully and explained the whole procedure but the only setback is that receptionists in the clinic weren’t good. He is definitely among the best Orthodontists in Sydney and would highly recommend for major dental work. A F

Negative experience: I have been going there for almost 10 years and even after moving out of the area recently, I've been travelling there to get my checks and cleans. I had this latest check and clean, and was told at reception I had to pay $50 after private insurance. After all these years of having no out of pocket expenses for check and clean with the same private insurance cover, I asked the new receptionist if there was any change from the clinic or any reason, but was met with disinterest and indifference. Well, guess it's time to move on.

Negative experience: Unnecessary, was not required, procedure recommended. Two other Dentist did not recommend/require. Patient teeth has been fine for more than 12 months now. Would not recommend Stella Yoon or this dental clinic. Get a second opinion. This dentist and triniti dental clinic reminds everyone why dentist are considered the used car sales people of the medical industry. Get a second opinion.

Negative experience: Not recommended. I tried visiting this clinic twice. You have to take an appointment at least two months prior. Once I had an emergency, they didn't see me even then. They are not at all accomodating. Receptionist their is rude.

Fantastic experience: Dr Daniel Im is such a professional, caring dentist. He instilled complete faith in me from the first consultation, re an implant. He is a genuinely nice guy, passionate about his job and patients. Couldn't recommend him more highly. All the staff are helpful. I am so thankful for my new tooth.

Fantastic experience: After moving to the area I was looking for a new dentist and found these ones were close and had good ratings. I've found the doctors and staff to be very accommodating and skilled. I have now had several checkups plus a longer procedure and they clearly explained what they were doing and showed me the results afterwards with a tiny in-mouth camera. Very happy with them so far.

Fantastic experience: Triniti Dental is a really good dentist clinic, one of the best I've visited. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, providing follow up calls for booking and confirmations. The dentists themselves (I've had 3 different ones in my time there) have all been professional, gentle and careful when dealing with my teeth. Having had wisdom teeth removed as well as general cleaning and care, it's been a great experience having that attentive care. Triniti's customer service is top level, sending text messages as reminders of 6 month check ups, as well as confirmation texts the day before each appointment. Triniti cater to most health funds, and make the process of using it easy and simple. Price seems to be reasonable as my fund covers most general check ups with no issue. Highly recommend using this clinic.

I also remember once I woke up late for my appointment and I called them, the receptionist was so nice and told me not to rush. After all, all the staffs are friendly!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Triniti Dental for about 10 years now and I wouldn't go to any other dentist. Triniti Dental is always so welcoming and lovely and all the dentists who work there truly care and are proud of their work, super professional. During these COVID times, they've put in place measures that make a patient feel so safe. In addition, I love all the little touches such as a TV on the ceiling always playing something fun so when you are getting any work done, there's at least some distraction. The dentists are always thorough and swift, you never have to be in there longer than you need to. Plus, they've got all the gadgets so that it's a one stop shop and you don't need to go more than once for fillings or crowns etc. Thank you to the Triniti Dental team for making my experience always so pleasent. I never knew I would ever enjoy going to the dentist!

Negative experience: Rude receptionist. bad experience! I had three attempts to enter the clinic in all. First time, the door was locked, only a receptionist always made a phone call gesture to me through the door. It took me a long time to understand that meaning: I could not enter without appointment, so I had to make a phone call outside the door. i totally understand that making an appointment is fine and necessary especially during the pandemic, but is there a more comfortable way?I feel i was like a servant, with the king sitting inside the room! The second time I called to make an appointment, the customer service called me back many times to change the time. The last time I finally "made it" inside! but the customer service was rude and arrogant, without any smile on the face. It it absolutely impossible to go to a place like this again

Fantastic experience: Like many of you who are reading this, I was cautiously looking at reviews on Triniti Dental before booking my 1st appointment (just over a year ago). Dr Kim's name came up most frequently with favourable reviews so I asked for him specifically; I was not disappointed. After more than 5 appointments, including 2 general checkups & 3 wisdom teeth extractions (with one which was particularly tricky), I can safely say Dr Kim is the best dentist I've seen so far. What separates a good dentist and an exceptional one is the little things. Dr Kim is very experienced, knowledgeable, calm and friendly. His attention to detail is second to none, which was very important in detecting any existing or potential issues with my teeth. I often bombard Dr Kim with questions to satisfy my own curiosity & thirst for knowledge. He's always calm, friendly and there to answer my questions, which is a great bonus. Over the last few years, I've been assembling my own dream team of health professionals and I'm glad to have Dr Kim as one of them for many years to come. He often goes above and beyond. Further, Triniti Dental has very good pricing compared to some of the quotes I've received from other clinics. Even the receptionists are knowledgeable, which made me pleasantly surprised. Chris

Negative experience: I would recommend them to change the receptionist... She is not very good at communicating nor she has good customer service. My gf went there to book appointment for the 2nd time and she ended up going somewhere else because of the way the reception lady responded to her. Just uncaring and "can't be bothered" attitude. It's a real shame because I heard good feedback about the dentists working in this clinic.

Dr Daniel Im did surgery on my son’s top front teeth which were broken in rugby. Roots and bone were shattered, needing someone skilled and knowledgeable to sort the teeth out, Dr Im did an exceptional job for which we are most appreciative . I had to have 2 crowns, both were made in the rooms, fitted and no issues since . Our thanks to Dr Im and his team.

Fantastic experience: If you like me, where visiting a dentist is one of your biggest fear in life. the sound of the drills, the pain, the detach look in the dentist's face. These were the things that used to dread my thought. you know who you are if you have the same issue like me. When my friend invited me to come here and pay a visit to Dr. Douglas Lo promising nothing but gentle care, painless treatment and profession compassion. i have my share of doubts. But oh boy i am so wrong. To sum up my experience, here are some bullets point: The room is spacious and clean There is a TV with movie playing Soft music in the background that are both comforting and relaxing The dentist himself willing to work with my pace to assure nothing feel rushed or out of rapport listened to my fear and discomfort and being patient with me providing real solution to my problems really good at what he does (my tooth have never look/feel like this) passionate and really and i mean REALLY gentle with me the whole way through took picture and showcase the amazing result afterwards he is buff and the nurse is pretty So there you have it, took 15 mins off my busy life to type this review, because its a damn good experience and if you are currently in pain and fear of visiting a dentist? than you know where to go, it is worth it and you know it, I assure you. or you don't have to, you have the options, do whatever you what. good day to you

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Yo-Han Kim for over 4 years. My experience in the chair has been as comfortable as a dentist can be. His work has proved excellent with little need of follow-up except for regular checkups. Very highly recommended.

Negative experience: I went there for minor gum inflammation. Doctor told me to leaser some gum off would solve my problem . He did not give me antibiotics and pain killers because I'm breastfeeding (Breastfeeding can take antibiotics!!! ). He told me I will be ok next morning. It's 2 days now, Im so painful that I can not open month, sleep or talk. My face swollen and my jaw look like I eat a whole egg in my month . I went to another clinic and they told me if I came few hours later I would end up in emergency. I try to search his name on their website, but cant find his name!? Too much hate, never want to go back.......

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I have been seeing Dr Yo-Han Kim for over 3 years now. Dr Kim is always professional and makes you feel at ease with the dental work required. We would highly recommend him. We have even moved out of the area and still return, as we believe there is no better dentist.

Negative experience: The dentists are good and patient, but the receptionist (the one with teeth braces) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't know what she is saying and doesn't listen !

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Yo-Han Kim. The extraction was two days ago, it went very smooth and quick, with no complication or swelling. He took the time needed to minimize any discomfort, spot check the pain sensation before starting the extraction. The extraction process took less than 2 mins! I was pretty surprised consider other dentist told me she has difficulty "seeing" that teeth. Overall a very pleasant experience, would certainly recommend his practice. Bonus: The cost is reasonable and close to the medicare/private insurance agreed amount.
