Fantastic experience: I'd like to express my appreciation to the dental care provided by Dr Mellati and his reception team. Since my last few visits to Dr Mellati in Dec 2024 , my gum health has improved a lot. Thanks to his patience and guidance, I am now able to manage and keep my gum healthy with very few flare ups. Dr Mellati has an excellent bed side manner and is an outstanding periodontist. And his reception team is very prompt and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Max Fertman is a very experienced and skilled Periodontist. I had very bad bleeding gums and he cleaned and within first treatment it's stop bleeding. I highly recommend him if you have gum disease or bleeding issues with your gum.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this periodontist. I began treatment at this clinic in 2023, expecting regular monitoring and professional care. Unfortunately, across multiple appointments, no periodontal measurements were taken, no X-rays were performed or recommended, and there was no tracking or documentation of my condition. I was repeatedly told that measurements would be taken “next time,” but they never were. Appointments felt rushed, the dentist was often dismissive when I raised concerns, and the anaesthetic used during procedures was so minimal that I was left in significant pain. On several occasions, I had to ask for more because the discomfort was unbearable and the treatment continued regardless. Despite this, I was overcharged at nearly every visit for services that were not properly carried out. The front desk staff were also consistently rude and unwelcoming. Even trying to book an appointment over the phone felt like an inconvenience to them, with little regard for patient experience or basic courtesy. I’ve since started seeing a different periodontist and have filed a formal complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking thorough, transparent, and professional care.

Dr Wong and his team carefully and thoroughly explained to me (both verbally and in writing) all my options and what was involved (including a referral to an ENT surgeon for sinus care). Fantastic experience: After a close association over the last 3-4 years with Dr Mellati and the team at Precision Periodontics, I can honestly say that they are are miracle workers! Here is why: I am an "old man" and suffered with periodontal disease for about 35 years. It was being "overseen" by another clinic outside of Sydney, for the later part of that time. Despite this, about 3-4 years ago, I developed an infection in 3-1, and I was told all four lower front teeth had to go! I went to see a young dentist who had just participated in a clinical lecture by Dr Mellati, and she recommended that I see him. Dr Mellati is kind, and someone who genuinely cares and empathises. He truly engages with your problem/s. He is also someone willing to "give-it-a-go" - if you are, and at the same time he lays it on-the-line in terms of risks and probabilities. So, after, 1 endodontic canal (by colleague to PP), 2 gingivival grafts and 1 frenectomy later, I STILL HAVE ALL FOUR FRONT TEETH and a good prognosis into the immediate future. I can honestly say Dr Mellati and his team's surgery skills and dexterity are amazing, as well as the technology and sterile rooms. You always feel safe and confident (they will even play your favourite Mr Bean videos!). My lower 4 teeth now have better gum metrics than the others! I implicitly trust Dr Mellati and his team. I am happy to continue with my ongoing periodontal management with Precision Periodontics, and to travel 110km each way to do so. Thank you everyone! It's great that everyone at PP has contributed in some way to help this old-man smile again!

Fantastic experience: I first went to Precision Periodontics in April 2021, was treated by Dr. Wesley Wong. I found him to be very gentle, thoughtful and professional with high level of communication skill. Two months after my first visit, I had an accident during a bushwalking, knocked off couple of front teeth and damaged few others. Dr. Wong accepted my emergency call immediately and I was in the clinic an hour after my call. In spite of his busy schedule, he managed treating me between his appointments and during his breaks. All the staff and dental assistants in the clinic were super sympathetic and kind. One of the advantages of this clinic is that there are three different dental specialists under one roof. For my case, I was able to be examined by Dr. Wong and Dr. Chan from Gentle Endodontics at the same time for the damage of this incident. It was a long day, but I was very satisfied to be treated by both specialties in such a short notice. Later on, Dr. Wong discussed with the specialist in Sydney Prosthodontics Group for my implants. It has been very convenient that all these dental works to be done in the same clinic. I am very happy to have found someone take care of my dental health. Meanwhile, I would have no hesitation recommending Precision Periodontics to any of my friends or families.

Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to the actual doctors make the experience so easy even though surgery is a pretty nasty process for anyone.
