Fantastic experience: The Dentist gave very clear explanations and advice on all concerns. Very thorough. 3d scanning helped me see and understand where some prevention/repairs ahead are needed. Seemed a very high standard of Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Aditi Jagdale recently for a tooth extraction surgery and had a great experience. I was pretty nervous at first, but she was super kind and made me feel really relaxed. She explained everything clearly and handled the procedure so smoothly—it was over before I knew it! She’s honestly amazing at what she does. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a dentist who’s both skilled and caring!

Negative experience: I've been coming here for years based on a friend recommendation however I'll be going elsewhere after my experience today. I chipped my tooth ever so slightly and went into have it polished as it wasn't large enough to fill. First appointment of the day and I was kept waiting for 20 mins in reception. After polishing the chipped tooth, while there in the chair I asked if they had time to do a clean and check one back tooth as it felt like it might had a whole in it. I was astonished how brief the procedure was 30 mins in and out. The suction hose sucked on my gum so many time and very ineffective, all the excess polish was swallowed. I wasn't given a glass of water to rinse my mouth on completion and the excess water all over my face was just no acceptable. All this left me completely perplexed. I have never had such a poor dental procedure in my life. What adds to my disappointment is the addition charge for checking one teeth. $302 for 30 min service, and still have discomfort and sharp edge on the chipped tooth.

Negative experience: I recently underwent a dental scaling procedure performed by Dr Anna Rajendran. While the scaling of my lower jaw was conducted adequately, the treatment of my upper jaw was completed in an astonishingly brief amount of time—around a minute. I was also asked to spit into some pair of tissues as oppose to a basin. Nor was I given a glass of water to rinse my mouth. All these left me perplexed as I have never gone through such short and poor scaling before in my life. What adds to my disappointment is the positive feedback I had come across prior to my visit. The inconsistency between my experience and the glowing reviews is very surprising.

Fantastic experience: I am 51 yearsold and can honestly say Dr Chamma is the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Chamma talks you through exactly what needs to be done in a non judgemental way and keeps you informed of what she is doing throughout the procedure in a very friendly manner. I have to say from when you arrive and check in with reception to when you leave all the staff are very nice and the general atmosphere is that of a relaxed and professional workplace.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for the AstraZeneca vaccination today. I had already filled out the internet before I came in saying I don't have a Medicare card. When I arrived, the staff inquired about the Medicare Card, I was told that there was no staff telling me they couldn't give injections because there was no Medicare Card causing me to waste a lot of time. I've been traveling for vaccinations for over an hour.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and reception staff are always so kind and helpful. My toddler has never seen a dentist before and she has left happy each time she has been. Lovely!

Fantastic experience: The entire team provides excellent service, right from Natalie at reception to dentist, Dr Sheenam Ahuja and Dental Assistant, Zara. Great service, friendly team and they are always very accommodating. They work very well together, very organised and I literally have nothing to critic. Initially, I took my six-year-old son to Dr Ahuja two years ago and I cannot thank her enough for making his first experience with a dentist so comfortable and painless that he is happy to go for his regular appointments. Dr Ahuja is amazing and when she is doing procedures, she explains what is doing …even to kids. She explains each process thoroughly giving me plenty of opportunity to raise any queries or concerns. I think her calming demeanour and amazing ability to do detailed work patiently makes the experience painless and comfortable. Kudos Dr Ahuja and her wonderful assistant Zara.
