Fantastic experience: I am writing this honest review, to help dental patients make the best decision of their lives! I have had extensive dental surgery over the last 18 months, carried out by Dr. Alex, who is a very patient, meticulous Dentist who goes to great lengths to ensure that everything is just ... perfect! I came to Dr Alex’s practice as a new patient 20 months ago. At that time, I had a full lower denture that floated around in my mouth and caused me immense embarrassment, not only with trying to eat but also with my inability to speak properly. I also only had 6 natural upper teeth with a partial denture that was very cumbersome and went half-way down my throat! which, besides annoying, also restricted my speech (see the 1st photo attached). I always felt like I had a mouth full of plastic. On my first visit to Dr. Alex, he informed me that I needed to have my remaining natural upper teeth removed. He suggested I have 6 dental implants, which would then anchor a full denture set of top teeth. He further suggested that I have 2 more implants embedded in my lower gum, which would then hold a denture that would be anchored, so it would not move/float around like my current denture ... but that it would also be removable. This, in itself, is life-changing!! The procedure for the implants was not painful at all ... Dr. Alex made sure that the area he was treating was well and truly numb. The implants were inserted and my current dentures were placed over the implants, until the implants bonded with my jaw, which took a few months. The final result is that I now have a beautiful set of top teeth (see the 2nd photo) ... compared to my bulky, plastic former denture (see the 1st photo). The bottom denture is now anchored onto my bottom gum, until I remove it for cleaning. I really wish that I had been told about the options of partial dental implants many years ago ... it would have saved me a lot of embarrassment, self-consciousness and withdrawal from social events ... due to the difficulty with eating and speaking. In the past, I have often searched the internet for information on dental implants, but nowhere did I find the information about the partial implant process option. I thought that my only option was to have a full set of top dental implants i.e. 14 implants, which I thought would be too expensive for my budget ... and that I would need to travel to have the procedure undertaken. Therefore, when Dr. Alex informed me of my options, and that he was local to my area, I jumped at the opportunity! ... but I couldn’t really visualise, at the start, what the end result would be. If I had my time over again, I would replace the teeth that had been randomly extracted over the years, IMMEDIATELY WITH IMPLANTS, which, in my case, would have saved the stress on all my other top teeth ... so maybe I would still have some of my natural top teeth. Nevertheless, I am sooo happy with the end result ... it is better than I could have hoped for and it really is life-changing! I just wanted to share my experience with you, in the hope that it makes your decision a bit easier. It is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made! Fantastic experience: I almost never leave reviews. But the excellent service from Care Dental certainly makes it worthwhile. Many dentists over many years and this is the first time I feel like someone is addressing the root cause rather than the symptoms. About halfway through and couldn’t be more comfortable with the plan and its execution. Drive a long way from Bayside Brisbane past at least about 50 other dentists to get here. Special thanks to Rapunzel for her excellent communication and organisation.

Negative experience: Not very happy. Visit for nerve pain was very disappointing. Dentist applied numbing solution, less than 5 min Visit. He suggested I see the dental hygienist at my next visit for a clean. Went to the appointment and the dentist applied a filling to the aforementioned nerve pain. No clean. Dentist said make yet another appointment for the clean. I feel like he's just making money off me for several visits. Won't be going back. I have no time for multiple visits for issues that can be done in one visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Farag for a little over 12 months now and if i could give more than 5 stars I would. He has completely transformed my smile and I have gained my confidence back. For someone who has a fear of dentists I can not recommed Dr Farag more. He is very comforting and has explained all the work I have needed done in great detail so in know what I am expecting at each visit. The whole team at Care Dental Cashmere have been amazing.

Negative experience: Never ever go here! I came in as I hadn't been to a dentist for a while and thought I should get my fillings checked, even though I wasn't in any pain. The dentist replaced all my fillings and was left in lots of pain, weeks later and unable to chew on one side of my mouth form the pain. He tried fixing that filling and after that didn't work, he tried taking it out and replacing it again. I spent another few weeks unable to chew on that side of my mouth and they clearly had no idea what was causing the pain and refunded about 1/10th of what I had paid. I went to Herston Family dentist on a recommendation and another nightmare trying to get Cashmere to send the records through to them. Within 30 minutes at Herston and one X-ray, he identified the issue and by replacing the filling, Cashmere Care dental had made it worse. By the end of the hour at Herston Family Dental, my pain has significantly decreased and cost me a fraction of the price. Save yourself money and pain and go anywhere else!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter has been terrified of dentists and it’s always been a struggle but our first visit to Care Dental was effortless, painless and she walked out with a smile on her face after an extraction! The team were absolutely wonderful in supporting her needs and I couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache in the evening and as I don't have a local dentist, I decided to try looking up dentists near me to help. As it was getting to be around 7:30 at night and most practices were closed or closing, I decided to try and contact Care Dental Cashmere and explain my situation. Not only were the reception staff extremely understanding of my situation, but they advised me that they would stay back after their closing time so I could come in and have my toothache checked out. When I arrived, the reception, nurses and dentist were all extremely professional and once we figured out what the problem was, I was treated immediately. After this, the dentist advised that they would be in contact with me the following day and the team organised a follow up appointment to make sure everything had gone well. Fantastic experience: I have had terrible experiences in the past with dentists, like choking on my own blood and crying while a dentist told me it will all be over soon because they didn't want to give me anaesthetic. Alex was amazing, didn't even feel the needle for the anesthetic go in, let alone anything else, i felt at ease just with that to start with, then he told me to raise my hand if i feel any pain and he will stop, which made me feel, safe, i guess you could say. I got to watch Brooklyn 99 which was a massive bonus, he checked to make sure floss fit between my teeth afterwards (which has been a problem after a different dentist), will definitely be going back as a regular, since i don't feel scared to go to the dentist anymore. I would highly recommend again and again.

Not only does he do a great job but he is always extremely professional, keeps you calm and is well priced. You can trust Alex to look after you and your teeth!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Alex recently and satisfied with the service provided by his team.He really is a highly professional and knowledgeable dentist.When it comes to dental treatment, he always makes sure “patient interest comes first”. Very thorough with examination, he will let you know every findings in the mouth and offer the best treatment options with various possible payment plans. He is good at treating children and often happened he has become friend of children after their dental treatments. I can’t thank him enough for his pain free dental services.

It's really almost embarrassing that google maps encourages (of their own deciding as no business can opt in or out) the average person to critic businesses of such a high calibre (any business at all in fact). The customer acting as the reviewer has no idea about the business owners life but yet we're encouraged to make comment on what they do for their livelihood (and I assume for some business owners, after years of dedicated study). Fantastic experience: Alex (dentist) makes you feel at ease and is very informative, especially with additional at-home-care solutions. Jasmine (dental assistant) is caring and thorough. It's clear that this practice has an approach that isn't rushed or half-measured and they are interested in treating their clients from a holistic perspective, in terms of not just suggesting a flling for the sake of it etc.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first ever filling here. I wasn't even aware I had a needle, for the first time at a dentist, I never felt a needle. They were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these guys. After worrying for weeks about having my wisdom tooth out I went to see Alex and his friendly team. Having the tooth removed was so quick and almost painless I needn’t have worried. They made me feel relaxed throughout the visit and discussed everything that was happening. The dentist Alex was fantastic and highly professional throughout my treatment today. After taking photos and X-rays of my teeth he took the time to review and explain the exact reason why I was having some issues with my teeth and advised the best direction to head in to rectify my problems.
