Fantastic experience: The entire staff are some of the most beautiful people i have met. I rang in a great deal of pain & required an immediate appointment. Emma on reception listened with compassion and made me feel heard and supported, such a beautiful soul. The dentist and her assistance were welcoming, friendly and efficient. And made me feel like nothing was too much. They made sure i had a follow up after a few days to ensure i was out of pain. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and want to take this opportunity to thank you all for genuinely caring about your comminity. Such legends!!!

Fantastic experience: Booked me in at short notice after I broke a filling, I am an extremely nervous patient after some bad experiences, but the staff here are really great, put me at ease and it was over and done with before I had time to stress too much! No issues at all and was able to go back to work the same day, honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Keep up the great work guys !!

Fantastic experience: My adult daughter is autistic and has high levels of anxiety so usually needs to be treated under GA but Dr Laura was so patient and helpful and assuring my daughter was able to be treated. I wouId highly recommend her. A caring and great dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentists at this centre are amazing! I've always felt quite anxious at the dentist and came to this practice after some issues with my previous dentist. Dr Jerome and his team were fantastic and helpful from the moment I walked in. They really take the time to explain everything and ensure that you are comfortable. Their practice is outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laura is a fantastic dentist, and I feel relaxed in the treatment chair. The nurses are friendly and very competent at their job. However, one receptionist is rude, and this tanishes the practice's reputation. Reception is the front line, and whilst many girls are lovely, this one woman is rude. She worked this morning. 18.3.24

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience! Beautiful setup and is very clean and tidy. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful assisting me with singing up as a first time customer to meeting the amazing Jerome who made my experience smooth sailing. Jerome was very professional, knows what he is doing and got the job done in less than an hour with no complications. Very impressed! He constantly explained what he is doing and checking if I was okay during the process. They also offer afterpay which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Fantastic experience: Great experience, Valda is the best! Constantly explaining what she is doing and how she is progressing. I had my first crown done and it was such a smooth process with the crown being made onsite in less than an hour!

Fantastic experience: From the first time I had an appointment with Laura I knew she was going to be my new dentist. She’s very kind and understanding, and I’ve never felt judged like I have from previous dentists. I have just had an experience that I thought was going to be horrible and scary but Laura made it such an easy thing to get through. Also the reception staff are so lovely and caring so overall an amazing practice to visit

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Valda after I had received quite a large treatment plan from another practice and wanted a second opinion. I felt so comforted when she reassured me of my doubts and I was even able to get my treatment a little bit cheaper! Ths practice is so well decorated and modern too, my nurse was gentle and caring during my clean, and the staff on the front desk were able to send any referrals I needed straight to the specialists. I would happily recommend this practice to my friends and family :)

Fantastic experience: From someone with high anxiety with dentists, my latest visit to this clinic put me at ease as soon as i walked in the door with the friendly reception staff. My dentist was also calm and relaxing as she walked me through my procedure and reassuring me at every step. Very happy with the service i recieved from this clinic and will be bringing my whole family back soon for check ups! Would definitely recommend the wonderful service from this clinic.

Negative experience: I am very unhappy with this dental center. Laura didn't definitely do any effort to my child. I couldn't expect anything with her and left there. we had to wait for 10 min and just Laura hurried( I understand she didn't want to take so long time because next customer was waiting.).... Most children has anxiety when they are in dental, even adult are too. not only for my child! my child went the other dental and there was no problem with treatment. ( we didn't go dental not covered from benefit that Laura suggested) please be nice first of all!

Negative experience: I’m unsure if practice management know how to speak to people in a polite & friendly manner, they may need a performance review. When you receive a call back to discuss concerns about a past appointment. What is the point in calling if you are going to point fingers & speak to people very rudely and in a condescending manner. Extremely unprofessional & we are very disappointed. Reception staff are lovely and empathetic, this probably won’t be the case for long seeing as their management are horrible. Seeing your reply to previous comments I can only assume the response to this review will also be quite negative & unprofessional. Constructive feedback. Hopefully you may take this on board & work on it.. Hopefully you have high quality cctv footage with sound so you can go back and reflect on the situation.

Negative experience: The first time I went there with my daughter, we were attended by Dr Laura and she was amazing, very good and patient with our daughter which definitely encouraged me to go there for the next check up. Too bad doctor Laura was fully booked so had to be attended by another doctor who was extremely impatient with my daughter, She seemed to be in a hurry for the next client and never gave us the attention that we deserved The next thing she picked 2 holes on our daughter's teeth and just went to fill one and left the other without telling us that she had made decisions to fill just one and leave out the other Extremely dissatisfied.

Negative experience: This place is not good at kids. We left there within 5miniute, Dotor didn’t try anything to relax my kid.(seems just give up)my kid has extreme anxiety but we couldn’t see any helpful things. We had to choose the other dentist. Very unhappy experience. We don’t go here even for any check up things after now!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have ever been to. My son was terrified of dentists after a bad experience at another dentist. Two visits here, got the work done he needed to and isn't scared of dentists anymore, he even thanked them on the way out after his treatment. ❤ Wouldn't usually leave a review but, if it helps people find a good dentist for their kids it is well worth the time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jing and the team at PCDC were absolutely amazing! I had a horrible abscess with an infected tooth and I rocked up worrying about the price and my pain. They were so reassuring and calming during the appointment and I didn't need to re-mortgage the house to get it done. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and had two needles and two fillings. Dr Laura and her assistant Ashley were both fantastic. Talked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. For the first time since I can remember I didn’t feel like I was at the dentist! The front staff were pleasant and very helpful, a great experience all round.

I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was heavily infected and had an abscess on top of it all my whole experience wirh Dr Jing was pleasant, gentle and sensational! I could not give Dr Jing a higher praise for her work on myself today completely took away my fear of dentists If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This practice recommended and after reading many reviews, decided to see Valda. I am so happy I did. She dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally and calmed any anxieties that I had. Negative experience: Do NOT get mouth guards here! Definitely a disappointment and a total RIP OFF for a basic non personalized mouth guard that costs almost $200!!! I was quoted approximately $150 via message from the dental clinic for a custom made mouth guard. I’ve got LESS done on it as it’s a small size, only 2 layers, basic colour (not personalized) for $190 ! The price was not disclosed to me at the time of discussion with dentist, only when I was out to pay at counter. If I knew I would not go through with it. Dentist was not even there to see if it fits upon collection, was just given over the counter, and now it doesn’t actually fit well. Definitely a poor choice on my end. My partner’s dentist in Miami actually personalized a custom made mouth guard for $150 - 3 layers AND took the time to see if it fits well for him after making it. Now that’s a good customer service and price justified !

Fantastic experience: Today I went to pimpama city dental centre, it was my first time, I have leukemia so I have to be careful, dr Valda was so understanding I could not have been any more happier as the whole team was owsome, I now have a new dentist and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a dentist, to me they have 5 stars, the procedure for me was a tooth extraction. I've had bad experiences before so happy, plus the pricing is great as well.

Fantastic experience: the dental surgeons are gentle and patient with kids.you know toddlers are afraid to visit dental clinic but the kids keeping coming back after the first visit.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Dr Linh Vu. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout my clean and even fitted with me with some new moulded night guards after discovering evidence of teeth grinding. I am usually hesitant to go to the dentist as I have very sensitive teeth. Fortunately Dr Linh Vu offered numbing tooth paste which made the whole process much more bearable. This has never been offered to me before. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at this practice I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service. I was seen to very promptly and the work performed good. Also as a parent knowing how difficult it is to get kids over their anxiety etc, i would recommend this practice due to the manner they operate. Well done and keep up the great work, fantastic team.

Had a needle I never felt , a very comprehensive check up and tooth repair and clean for a fantastic price which was fully explained.
