Fantastic experience: As a new patient at Potter Dental I was very impressed with my first visit this week. A welcoming and clean dental clinic with friendly and efficient receptionists and nurses. Dr Andrew Waymouth is now my dentist after finding him professional, very approachable and happy to answer any questions I had. Fantastic experience: I'm an existing patient and needed an appointment for some unexpected work prior to going away. I was able to obtain one very quickly and the service, from the friendly receptionist to the Dentist and her assistant, was excellent. Parking at the rear of the property is very handy, given the on-street parking in that area is tight.

Negative experience: Amazing shout out to the reception lady who held herself so well. Unfortunately the dentist (dr Andrew) while okay at his job treated his staff very very poorly and I am quite disgusted that I had to witness this. That man should be ashamed treating women that way. Due to this I will not be returning.

Although I was very nervous beforehand, my dentist took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, which really helped ease my worries. The nurse was incredibly kind and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for the care and support I received. The reception staff were also warm and supportive, which made the experience even better. While I was initially hesitant after the change in ownership, I’ve felt completely reassured and in the best hands ever since. I truly couldn’t ask for a better dental team!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental clinic!! Caring and professional!! They always try to fit you in if you have an emergency. I have had different dentists when there and every dentist wonderful to deal with.
Negative experience: Awful experience, people are not polite or knowledgeable, time wasters. I do not recommend this place.
Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin Tran looked after me today. After not seeing a dentist for over ten years - from a bad previous experience, I highly recommend seeing Kevin at David Potter dental. After seeing the X-ray of my troublesome tooth he gave me a consultation and explaIned what was happening with it, and what my options were. He was very caring, highly professional and gentle. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I have booked my 3 yr old son to have his first dental check up with Dr Kevin Tran. He's very excited to go go the dentist - 'teeth doctor' Update- we took our 3 yr old son to see Dr. Kevin Tran today. For his first dental experience. Dr Kevin was amazing and our son felt calm and very comfortable. Dr Kevin is amazing with children and adults.
