Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain thoroughly every procedure he was doing. I am apprehensive about visiting the dentist and needles but I didn’t feel a thing! The experience was positive right from the greeting from the ladies at the front desk to sitting in the dentists chair. A calm and supportive environment I strongly recommend!

I also suffer with anxiety and Dr Kim and his dental nurse were absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend them enough!! Good with kids as well as adults.

I think small children (now teenagers) looking forward to seeing their dentist again after treatments is probably the best recommendation available.

Dr Kim is so gentle and his procedures so painless I have almost fallen asleep during a root canal! Even though I am entitled to free procedures through my health insurance, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was one of those anxious people whenever someone mentioned the word dentist, but since I have been going to Dong ,he has put my mind at ease and he’s very patient, and great at what he does with no pain or stress. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a dental phobia. The Team there make you feel like you are part of the family , And nothing is too much trouble. Negative experience: Best to avoid this business. Dishonest/immoral business practices. I was a client years ago. I have been away and had a checkup done elsewhere, but back now. Today I called them, I asked for teeth clean and was told I needed to show an invoice from my previous dentist. Not sure how many people keep these invoices, but I don't. So I was told I could not get my teeth cleaned unless I had a checkup first. I clearly explained that I have had a recent checkup, but I was clearly told I must show a receipt!. Oh you cant, sorry gota charge you. Money first business.
