Negative experience: I do not recommend getting your braces done by DR HENRY. He may be cheap but his work is horrible, after 3 weeks in, his braces has been falling off. When you call them to have your son looked at , you have to wait for DR HENRY, you cant see any other doctors there and DR HENRY works only on a monday or sometimes he takes a week or 2 off. My son would have to live with the pain due to the wiring pking his gums and cheeks. I regret sending my son to him. My kids will no longer step foot at the clinic again. Worst experience

So good with my girls and educating them with brushing their teeth better and making me (mum) learn too lol but she made the whole time there very smooth and easy.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional Dr Mokerrom Hasan. He never explain what needs to be done as we had issues with teeth. He charged us more money without our consent and when we asked they never explained. We were a new patient and they have a new patient promotion $199 which we were charged $250. When asked why they said he charges more and we asked for him. We never asked for him or given the option of which dentist to go to. Not happy with service and we will not be returning

Fantastic experience: Doctor Hasan and his team are impeccable. I had two incredibly impact wisdom teeth which were removed efficiently and with no pain or pressure. It was shocking how well he did because I had my other two wisdom teeth removed by a supposed ‘Sydney’s best wisdom tooth specialist orthodontist’ years before who also has rave reviews but that surgery was more painful even though it was an easy removal. So comparing the two experiences I can confidently say Dr Hasan’s skills are certainly top tier level.

Fantastic experience: I quite possibly found the best Dental team in Sydney. Dr Hasan extracted a wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it in 5 minutes. I didn’t feel anything. Usually with teeth extractions my whole head shakes, so I waited. Nothing. It was done! I am pleased to say that I will be back. And I usually fear Dentists haha.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting dentists. I recently went back to Ingleburn Primary Dental after not going there for myself in 9 years. I have, however, seen various dentists every single year in those 9 years. The dentist proceeded to tell me I had 13 cavities, no xrays taken, just photos to show me "shadows" on my teeth that she "guaranteed would be underlying decay" and she doesn't need to do xrays because she has a "good eye" She then proceeded to do the worst clean and polish. I went elsewhere for a second opinion. NOT ONE SINGLE CAVITY, and xrays taken proved it. This dentist then redid my clean and polish because the primary dentist basically didn't clean anything. Happy to take my money though. I took my daughter to Primary Ingleburn for years, she always "had cavities" on her check ups yet when I took her there after a trampoline accident they didn't know how to deal with her. Now I wonder if she ever did have all them cavities. Will never ever use primary dental again.

Negative experience: DR. (Ms.) Sonya Kaur, one of your old staff is behaving like she is the boss. Patients should stay away from her and once patient is treated by her and even patient is not able to come over the problems, she is not allowing them to see other dentist. There are so many other dentist who are extremely good with diagnosis and treatment. Even if her patient are trying to make appointment with other dentist, she doesn't let them get treatment from other dentist. I posted how wrong diagnosis was made by Dr. Sonya Kaur and how she claimed high charges (I did receive the refund). But dental centres didn't took any action against her. Does she have any authority to check on appointments what other dentist are having. She doesn't have any authority to make a comment (that I am not allowed to get dental treatment in Ingleburn dental clinic). Is she upset because I expose her wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment. There are so many people complaining about Dr. Sonya Kaur. And, Dental Centre is not taking any disciplinary action against her either. It's damaging reputation of other dentist and damaging of dental clinic too.

Negative experience: Dr. Muhammad El-Hajje is the most incompetent dentist in this location. My wife came here for a simple dental clean and he did the clean in 15 mins. Left plaque and didn't floss. Complete incompetent person. He will be reported. The only thing good about him is he comes in on Sundays. Incredibly non professional and should be ashamed of himself.

Negative experience: It’s been years and I still get text msgs and phone calls about one of your patients. Clearly when you get my voicemail you hear my name is not Rubayet. You should be updating your customers medical and personal history every 12 months. Once again I’m not Rubayet! And no I haven’t had my tooth extract there. Please be sure to update your patients medical and personal information accurately and regularly!

Negative experience: Waited 50 minutes in reception for my appointment with Mokerrom Hasan and charged $100 more than other top-rated dentists in neighbouring suburbs. Advertised that appointment includes X-ray and examination, yet performed neither. Last time visit.
