They are friendly from the moment you walk in the door with a welcoming hello. The dentists are all knowledgeable and helpful with questions. The work done on my teeth is very professional and they have great after care sample packs that I love to get each 6 monthly checkup, scale and Clean. I one hundred percent recommend ND POSq for any dental needs. Plus they are in the middle of the city making it easy to go at lunch or after work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mani was my denist and walked me through my teeth examation. She showed me photos of affected teeth areas and x-rays of my teeth positions. Able to clearly explain what the photos and x-rays of my teeth meant and the steps we are going to go through to fix them. Also, what I need to do daily, to keep my teeth and gum healthy. These were the steps to prepare my teeth for invisalign and improving my confidence in my smile.

I reached out to Dr. Denice Kim, and she immediately understood the urgency and booked me in for the next day. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Denice Kim made me feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and patient—truly one of a kind. She explained every step, took an X-ray to make sure the root wasn’t fractured, and then spent over an hour carefully fixing the tooth. Yes I had 3 fillings however the NDC team at Post Office square made this morning all very painless. The dentist is not only a great clinician but a really good communicator and so very friendly. Her and her dental assistant made my procedure much less of an ordeal than I expected. Very happy to recommend my favourite dental practice

Fantastic experience: Went in for two crowns today thinking it was going to be a very unpleasant event but the whole thing was low drama and I walked away smiling after 60 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as always and the dentist doing the handy work was brilliant. Will be trying hard not to crack anymore teeth all the same though.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Hardi Desai. I went to the clinic quite stressed given my previous unpleasant experience with wiadom tooth removal that I had at a different practice before. Stress didn’t last long as Dr Hardi not only reassured me and calmed me down by providing very professional explanation of all the steps of the procedure, but he also made the whole experience absolutely painless. The tooth removal was super fast and smooth, no pain, no issues. Dr Hardi is an excellent professional and great dentist , I highly recommend him if you want smooth and painless dental care. The whole team in the practice is very friendly and accommodating. NDC PO Square is the best dental clinic in Brisbane, I would recommend it to everyone.

I've been going for 8 to 10 years now every 6 months and my former dread of a visit to the dentist is completely gone. I even almost look forward to is for smooth clean teeth, pain free and even have a laugh with the team during treatment. I'm more than happy to recommend them whole heartedly.

Negative experience: Unhappy results - changed filling of one of the back tooth as suggested after going in for a checkup and clean. 3 days after still swollen gums and sharp pain when biting around that area. Never happened before changing the filling.

The main dentist, Jeremy, is a really nice guy and so patient - will stop anytime you're uncomfortable. Some generous discounts occasionally as well. Note: I have private health insurance which is a privilege and makes the whole experience a lot less stressful

AND they offer free parking!!

Negative experience: Honestly it's appalling they way the staff talk behind the dentist and other staffs back, I over heard some of the conversations when the ladies are in that small room cleaning stuff, no wonder good staff and dentist have left.. very toxic...

They actually leave messages, which I find to be so courteous in this fast-paced day and age. They are very communicative about any changes, even as simple as a different dentist being in attendance (that's not an important factor to me). The reception is friendly and very informative. I love this place!

I can confidently say that NDC have the best dentist in Brisbane. Before my operation, I was well informed by Andrew about my teeth situation and he also explain and talk me through everything I need to know. The operation went smoothly and I also received extensive care from him and his team regarding my healing process. After conversing with him, I found that he is not only a professional, friendly and caring dentist but also a commercial pilot. Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Webber is amazing! He really cares about his patients. I always get scared and nervous to go to the dentist but he always calming me down and talk me through the whole procedure. He even gave me a stress ball when I get too tense I got 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out, and they are healing nicely without any problems. He gave me all of the instructions before and after the surgery and explain to me thoroughly about the procedure. I could even contact him when I got panicky about the blood and he even checked up on me on the next day. Very attentive and professional dentist! I even recommended him to my friends!

Fantastic experience: Only reason I came to this clinic was because of Dr. ANDREW. Wife and I moved from face value dental just to get treated from Dr. Andrew only. The clinic is great and have up to date technology equipment required to perform and put you at ease. I would hate the clinics that are lacking in investing some money in advanced equipments as that I believe needs to be updated with the changing times. All i can say is if anyone is reading this then book and get treated from Dr. Andrew and I am sure he will leave a smile on your face and put you at ease no matter what. He is passionate, committed and not greedy like some other dentists I have encountered who just wants to make extra dollars of you and will sell whatever they want to sell by not giving the right advise. I hope he doesn't leaves this clinic and look forward to get future treatments from him .

Fantastic experience: After 10 years of not going to the dentist, I went and spoke with Dr Andrew Webber in October 2020. Andrew made me feel at ease and worked efficiently. I visited a number of times for fillings and then had 2 wisdom teeth removed last month. Would definitely recommend, I will 100% be returning to Andrew for future needs.
