Fantastic experience: Very thorough and professional service with very friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Considering I had a surgical extraction, that should speak to their skills.

Negative experience: I have just sat here for 33 mins waiting for the dentist to turn up for work. My appointment was 9am. He did the same at my last appointment too 25 mins late. Rewind to my first appointment. Went in for tooth extraction. Made an appointment for follow up the next week. Which he claimed to be a free consultation to check the healing of my wound. During this time he proceeded to right up a dental plan and discuss implants and all sorts of other things that were definitely not on my agenda of priorities. End on consult he charged me $175. Didn’t even clean my teeth. Whole lot of talking over the top of me when I was saying Im not spending thousands as he suggested. Today I went in for a clean. I got there at 8.50 and sat there till 9.33. His receptionist rang him at 9.12 to ask his ETA. He said 10 mins. Basically this dentist has no regard for his patients except for his ego and lining his pockets. Never again will I be back. Shame. Moved to this area and wanted a new dentist. Definitely going back to my old one from now on

Fantastic experience: The best appointment I have ever had at the dentist. They go the extra mile to help you understand what needs to be done and to provide treatments that work for you. Very thorough and caring. I can not praise them enough and feel very calm and confident about my future appointments.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service, saw me on short notice, did surgery on a broken tooth, a failed operation by another dentist. Turns out this is the guy other dentists call in when complications happen so it was definitely a win on my part Glory to God. Was quick, painless and inexpensive. Fantastic experience: I went in today for my first consultation and I was extremely nervous and anxious, but they really calmed me down they showed no judgement and only support, they were so patient with me they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, highly recommend for anyone who has anxiety over the dentist or just in general, you will leave feeling so much better with your situation. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of dentists and always avoided if possible due to lack of confidence in my dental hygiene and health. The Dentist made me feel super comfortable and not judged which I appreciated. He explained and gave me recommendations for next steps in my dental issue and was extremely helpful. The Dentist and the Assistant did a very good job, assured me that everything is going to be fine as I had expressed I’m not a fan of dentists. Before extracting my tooth gave me clear, calming instructions and breathing exercises to shake all my nerves out. He explained the process step by step to which I truly appreciated and he handled this delicately! Thank you for assisting me in my dental issues and really do look forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recomend this dentist more. I have had no dental care for a long time and had some serious pain in my mouth when I first went to Dr Louwen. Not only did he immediately find the problem and solutions, but he also showed me the x rays and explained everything in a way that anyone could understand. He told me his honest opinions on everything and gave me great advice and care. A few months later and my problems are fully taken care of and I now come to him for regular check-ups. He does not try to upsell anything or con you into anything, he truly just focuses on quality work and care. Would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone.

The Dr went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Just because eagleby has an interesting reputation doesn’t mean you still can’t get quality care. Fantastic experience: Literally amazing, had my first appt today and I cannot recommend this practice enough, not only did the lovely receptionist help me find a safe way to store my bag and take care of it after I had a full water bottle spill in it but the dentist and assistant were just so lovely and caring, I have such bad anxiety with dentists and needles, I cried, I hyperventilated etc and they were just the best and didn’t make me feel less than, I don’t think I’ve been looked after so well in a dental surgery in a long time

Fantastic experience: Dr Louwen is a brilliant dentist, he is friendly and professional. He takes time to explain procedures and treatment. I recently had a crown done and it is perfect, no adjustments needed, it fitted like a glove. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Louwen for the whole family.

It’s always refreshing to see a bright smile and a familiar local face at the dreaded dental check up. Thank you for always being so bright and welcome Karra. Dr. Louwen and Nurse Jamie are so amazing with my ASD/ADHD/high sensory kids. Welcoming my children in like they’re good friends and have a chat with them about their interests and hobbies; it really gets them feeling confident and comfortable in the chair. It’s always pretty quick and straight forward, Dr. Louwen explains what he’s doing and any concerns he might have and any future plans and it never breaks the bank either, great place and fair prices. Thank you Eagleby Dental for always making our visits a breeze.

The work he performed was excellent 99.9% pain free. Charges were not over the top and were spread over several visits. Excellent staff and nurses.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenally professional and just all round great clinic to go to. You can get some things covered through Medicare (like scans and Xrays) when utilising eaglby dental which really helps financially and on top of that the pricing of dental work is very fair. Staff is great and extremely knowledgeable. When I was in the chair I felt like absolutely nothing wasn't covered and I truly understood everything that was going on which made me feel extremely comfortable. If you want professionalism AND piece of mind i highly recommend attending Eagleby Dental.

Fantastic experience: Had a very very painful wisdom tooth that very rapidly began deteriorating over just 3 days causing even more immense amounts of pain. I booked in too see Dr. Louwen immediately and he saw me just as promptly. It was a difficult extraction however both Dr. Louwen and his Assistant Jaime were absolutely fantastic they did everything they possibly could to assist with the pain and everything during the procedure. They made it as quick and easy as possible and with a very nice suture job done healing was the best I have ever had after dentistry. It was very easily affordable and they do have alternative methods to make paying even easier. I could not recommend any other dentist higher than I have Eagleby Dental. Thank you so much to the amazing team there you definitely have a returning patient to your clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of dentists and Dr Louwen was incredible. He was so patient and explained everything clearly. Took his time. I had ZERO pain with the tooth extraction. The tooth had snapped and was only the root so I was so scared what would happen. He pulled it so easily with no discomfort at all to me, was so simple. I’m going back next week for more work as I’m so impressed. I can not recommend him enough. Use this man if you need any dental done.

Negative experience: This morning I had both my daughters booked in for a scale and clean at 9am. I did get the time wrong thinking it was for 9.30 when the receptionist called me to let me know I got to the clinic at 9.15. We then waited until 10am just to be told that the Dentist hadn't even shown up to work. Absolutely blows my mind that 1 the receptionists just casually told me the dentist wasn't even at the clinic yet and 2 were also happy to allow people to wait and have their time completely wasted. This is the second time we've had to leave for waiting half an hr and over. We won't be back

Fantastic experience: Lovely Kylie will greet you as you arrive with the friendliest of smiles and all the information you need. She'll even call you the next day to make sure you are well after an appointment. Dr Heng is also very polite and explains proceedors excellently so you understand exactly what's going to happen. So glad I started going to them.

Negative experience: Made an appointment with the advise I need to be at work by a certain time and if your running late it wouldn't work , they still booked me in and when I arrived for the appointment , guess what running late no phone to advise
