Fantastic experience: It was my first experience today at Ormond Dental and it was very pleasant. I found Dr Bruno Longano to be a very gentle & lovely dentist. And also all the staff that work there. I’m very much looking forward to my next dental appointment there.

Positive experience: Dr. Bruno is really kind and a no-nonsense dentist. He gives you honest and practical advice about your teeth which I really appreciated. My cleaning didn't go as smoothly due to the stronger suction machine being broken during my visit. This caused water to spray up onto my face, drip down my neck and into my hair which felt pretty gross. It also meant I spent most of the cleaning feeling the sensation of drowning with a lot of water collecting in the back of my mouth which wasn't great and caused me some distress and panic. The hygienists did their best with the weaker suction, but unfortunately it was not a comfortable situation. Even though my teeth got cleaned, it made for a stressful dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment at Ormond Dental today and was extremely impressed with Dr Kimi and Liz. Friendly and professional service, and Kimi took the time to walk me through some options. They have some whiz bang gadgets that my previous dentist didn't have either. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bruno since I was a child and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. All the staff are very friendly and caring. They’ve recently added tv’s to the ceiling which is a bonus!

Fantastic experience: I have been to dozens of different dental practices all over Australia and without any iota of doubt, I can attest to Bruno's practice being the most competent, caring and well-priced. Bruno and Tori have both done work to my teeth and each visit they take the time to explain each step of the process, keep me informed to what they are doing and are ever so mindful of causing any pain. I find visits to either completely stress free. I must also mention the front of house lady, Jill, who is certifiably lovely. I couldn't recommend this practice more highly.

I am extremely anxious around dental procedures, thanks mostly to being a child in the 70’s. Bruno and his team made me feel at ease from the moment i walked in the door. Fantastic experience: As a new nervous patient to this clinic, I was introduced to the amazing new hygienist who was absolutely fabulous. She took her time with me, explaining what she was doing. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. In the end my teeth feel amazing - I highly recommend this amazing woman, who can work wonders on your teeth and your smile?

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! The staff are so kind and friendly. We take our little girl, who is 4, and quite nervous about going, but they always make her feel so safe and comfortable, praise her for being brave and she always gets a sticker! Their support has helped her start to conquer her anxiety. We live in The Basin, but we are more than happy to drive for people that are so welcoming and patient with us. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of awful experiences with dentists as a child, so am very fussy about who my dentist is. Bruno is brilliant - friendly, matter-of-fact, professional and just lovely. I've had all sorts of procedures including root canals, fillings and a dental implant with Bruno yet I have now lost my fear of the dentist as I know Bruno will take good care of me and is aways careful to minimise my pain. Fantastic experience: In my 65 years on this ball of rock I have been to MANY dental surgeries. NEVER have I been to one that is so down to Earth, friendly, and efficient. No up-selling, no judgemental behaviour, and no unnecessary extra procedures that weren't genuinely warranted. Bruno, himself, is extremely proficient, with a wealth of knowledge and excellent skills, especially in his ability to confirm final bite height finish aurally!. No pain whatsoever....both orally and hip pocket-wise. Just a great experience all round. I really couldn't recommend a dental practice more highly. :-)

Positive experience: I was in urgent need of dental attention due to Chronic tooth ache. The clinic fitted me in first thing. Turned out I need a root canal which the dentist started the process on. The Receptionist, nurse and dentist were all very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. The best thing is, the dentist seems to have resolved my pain, so this means I will get a good night sleep! I was impressed and certainly will be back!!!
