Fantastic experience: Dr. Shireen, her staff and clinic is amazing. We as family always go to her for routine cleaning and kids cavity issues. She is excellent doctor and a very humble, kind and friendly person. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Not happy. We went for my daughter’s dental cleaning and it doesn’t feel like anything was done and cost was higher than expected. She wasn’t happy with the overall experience as well. It will need another cleaning from a good dentist. I have been for cleaning before to other places but never faced this issue. Please ensure your customers are happy and you give quality service. My name may not be in your database as it was for my daughter but my review is genuine.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t a review about a dental check-up or treatment—this is about a beautiful act of kindness that truly moved me today. Today, Saturday morning, I had gone to the Riverstone Post Office to renew my passport. To my disappointment, they rejected my application because I had signed it using a blue pen—I was supposed to sign it with black ink. They told me I needed to reprint the checklist form—but I live 7 km away and don’t have a printer at home. The nearest Officeworks was too far, and I felt stuck, walking through the street unsure of what to do next. Most of the shops were closed, and I felt a bit hopeless. Then I saw this dental practice. I didn’t know what to expect, but something told me to step inside and ask for help. My plan was to see if I could cover the original signature and make a photocopy. The waiting room had a few people, and I could see they were busy, but the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile that instantly put me at ease. I told her I wasn’t there for an appointment or dental work—just someone in need of a small favour. What happened next truly touched me. Without a moment of hesitation, she took my form and did her best to help—trying different ways to cover the signature and make a clear copy. The prints didn’t come out well, but instead of giving up, she kept trying. Then the doctor—who I believe is also the owner—walked out from seeing a patient. The receptionist explained my situation, and the doctor immediately said with a smile, “Ask him to email us the form—we’ll print it for him.” I sent it through, and they printed multiple copies for me. Just like that. No questions, no hesitation. And all of this while their practice was clearly busy. What struck me the most was their attitude—genuine, kind, and full of positivity. They didn’t treat me like a stranger or an inconvenience. They didn’t look for an excuse to say no. They simply helped—because they could. When I offered money as a thank-you, they gently refused. I asked for their names—if I remember correctly, the receptionist’s name is Naina, and the doctor and owner is Dr. Shireen (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!). This happened around 10:00 am, and now as I write this at 10:00 pm, I still carry the warmth of that moment with me. In a world where people are often too busy or too guarded, today I was reminded of the beauty of simple human kindness. To Naina and Dr. Shireen: I don’t know if you’ll ever read this, but from the bottom of my heart—thank you. Your small act made a big difference. May life return your kindness a hundredfold.

Negative experience: Got 4 cavities drilled and filled and was happy until pain started again and I went to another dental clinic only to find that they didn't even get all the cavity instead they got out some of it and then covered the top over with fillings, while the cavity was still eating away at my tooth. 2 people did my procedure and they were both standoff ish. They tried telling me i needed extra surgeries don't that I recently found out I definitely don't need. They just want money. Dont go here

Negative experience: I went for tooth extraction left me with face paralysis Dr Zena charkty damaged my nerve dislocated my jaws after that she said she's not liable she only gave me back the money I've paid for tooth extraction I find that so evil of her now I'm on my own with this face injury yes all this happened 2021 June 15 at Riverstone family dental I can't rate her performance high she destroyed my life and she is the danger to the community because she's operating somewhere else

I was told Dr shireen is the best dentist and the miles would be worth it and it happened to be that way! .I drove all the way for an hour to meet her in person for my treatment. It was definitely worth it, I was in intense pain with one of my RCT tooth and she made a wise decision by extracting it smoothly. Honestly I dint even feel the process, she definitely has got soft hands ❤️❤️. I went in due to a dental emergency and have mad the switch to Dr Shireen permanently for myself and my family as she is a lovely lady who makes you feel safe and cared for during your procedure, taking away the anxiety of going to the dentist. She offers great dental hygiene education to help prevent cavities and preserve your teeth. Her focus is on your comfort and health and follows best practice in industry and she and her team even call the following day to make sure you are okay and managing pain, which goes that extra mile. Highly recommend for both children and adults, lovely practice and staff!

Negative experience: My first time to this dental clinic and had a horrible experience with filling that I got done last month. The filling is already loose and I’ve been in pain past few weeks awaiting to get it fixed with another dentist who knows to fix it in one go. I was there to just get a hole fixed up in my lower jaw and Dr. Sherlin proactively advised after all the X-rays, to have the filling done in the lower right jaw to avoid problems in future. Appreciated the proactive advice, But this hasn’t gone well and has caused me more pain and problems than a solution. Definitely not confident to return to the same dental clinic. As I need to get it fixed once and for all without trial and error.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with Riverstone Family Dental. After fixing a chipped tooth, the filling fell out. They filled it again on my next visit free of charge. Will certainly keep coming back. The team are friendly and have always done a great job with check ups, cleans and my new filling.

Fantastic experience: In case you were after Dr Zena, she seems to have moved on and Dr Shireen has taken over the practice, who is equally well qualified and experienced (Primary Dental Rouse Hill) and is a joy to deal with, if you can classify a visit to the dentist as a pleasant experience. Free one hour street parking on weekdays, otherwise try to park a little far away and walk in if it's going to be longer or visit on the weekend. Sam's cafe next door had good coffee and the hot bread place looked enticing, so maybe plan to visit them before you get your teeth looked at. And don't forget to floss.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a hatred for dentists. Been thru enough to give up and let the pain just take care of itself. When I finally decided I needed to make a visit I found Dr Zena locally and am glad I did. Very happy with visiting the dentist now, Dr Zena got a plan in place and continues to help improve on what I neglected over time. So happy with the service and quality my family and extended family now visit her practice. Can not wait to take my daughter for her first visit. Plus, they have Netflix at your chair if you need to catch up on anything.

Negative experience: Really disappointing service from an administration point of view. Both times I’ve tried to book in and both times I’ve had my booking cancelled The first time I booked I took a day off work to come in for my appointment and I get a phone call the day of the appointment saying my appointment was cancelled “due to unforeseen circumstances”, I explained my situation and the response was “oh well sorry about that” no other time slot was suggested or offered and I feel the receptionist really didn’t care. Weeks later I gave this place the benefit of the doubt as I’ve heard really good reviews and tried to book in a second time and yet again, only hours after booking, I had my appointment cancelled. The receptionist did try to offer another time and suggest another day but I explained I don’t get much time off work so that wasn’t going to work. Very frustrating, I’ll be booking elsewhere from no on

Fantastic experience: My kids love going to the dentist just to see Dr Zena!! She really makes the kids feel relaxed and comfortable which is hard to do at the dentist. She’s always giving them a gift after every appointment which gets them excited to go back! And even if it were bad she would replace it free of charge because that is the kind of person she is. In addition, Doctor Zena is a woman of integrity and does what she says she is going to do. 2. Riverstone Family Dental is affordable. In fact, when you consider the amount of time and the quality of materials used in a nationally accredited dental practice you are definitely getting what you pay for! 3. I went in for a single session to get my teeth whitened and I got the results that I wanted.

I was ready to take the tooth out, you told me you can save it. Thanks to you I still have that tooth. You are a fantastic dentist.

Negative experience: 1. Zena performed a filling for me. The filling subsequently broke completely off after only a short time. She said she would replace the filling free of charge but when she subsequently replaced the filling, she tried to charge me for it. I immediately reminded her that she had previously promised to replace the completely broken filling for free. She relented in the end but she got stroppy and it was obvious to me, from what she said at the time, that she did not want me to ever return to her dental practice. I did nothing wrong. All I did was hold her to her earlier promise. Just what does her word actually mean? Something, everything or nothing? 2. Affordable dental care? Why then does Zena charge consistently way over the private health fund rebates? 3. Zena's spam email system sent me an unsolicited spam email message trying to get me to undertake unnecessary dental work. I reported the message as spam and I thought that would be the end of it. However, subsequently her spam email system sent me another spam message. I again reported it as spam and hopefully I won't get any more of her spam messages. No customer should have to "Opt-out" of messages that they never opted-into in the first place.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go to the dentist. Equipment is fresh and modern, and the environment is very welcoming. The best trip to the dentist I have ever had.
