Fantastic experience: It was a Thursday when I called for an appointment at Carousel Orthodontic Centre coz the rubber in my lower teeth snapped. Rebecca, the receptionist assisted me by finding the soonest time I could possibly book an appointment. When I arrived it was busy since it was school holiday. The dental assistant offered to just refresh the rubber for both my upper and lower teeth so it would look good. I was never expecting that she would go extra mile coz it was busy day for them. Every time I visit here, whether busy or not, the quality of service just keeps getting better and better. It goes to show how they value each client they have and I felt valued. Their clients on a busy day like this were never a distraction to what they do. Always friendly and ready to assist. Always keeping their cool even during challenging days like when I visited. Each staff member working here is equiped with required expertise and skills in their field from the front desk, assistants and to Dr Dyett. I highly recommend this practice! Negative experience: Ended my Invisalign treatment with only 2 pairs teeth at the back touching, just ignored this as if it wasn't an issue. Said teeth have since broken and been repaired, going to happen again in future. Complained about the bite and my teeth still being crooked and they told me this could be fixed with adjustments on my permanent retainers and they removed the attachments from my teeth. When I received the final set I was essentially told we can do much with adjustments, too bad. Spent a fortune for my teeth to look average and now have a lifetime of bite and jaw problems to deal with.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was your typical teenager who wouldn’t smile in any photo, no matter what, there was no smile. She went through her treatment with Doctor Arti Dyett and was kept informed every step of the way. The staff from reception to assistants was amazing, friendly, approachable, understanding, and always professional. My daughter was recently taken as an early enlistment in the Royal Australian Navy and her smile is amazing. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: My son has just completed his Orthodontic treatment and I'm still in awe of how fantastic his teeth look, and how it's changed his confidence and smile. He has been under the care of Dr Holmes since he was 8 yrs old and listened to all my concerns about permanent teeth removal ( yes, I'm one of them mums! ) After doing a plate to correct his small arch we were able to avoid taking any teeth out and correct the rest with braces. I can't express how stoked myself and my husband are with this practice, the staff who go above and beyond for you, the after care and to the Drs who actually listened to my concerns and gave my son the perfect smile. Negative experience: We came to this clinic due to the great reviews on Google, however my daughter got seen by Dr Arti Dyett who even though saw my daughter's xrays and pictures sent us away with incorrect information and delayed my daughter's treatment by 6months as well as referring her to get a splint made up which was very costly. When she had her routine dentist check up and I advised what happened, they immediately referred us to another clinic who advised that the splint was a waste of time and money and that extractions were required and gave us the proper treatment plan to begin right away. I am very frustrated and disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I'm all smiles while writing this, literally. Carousel Orthodontic Centre took on my very difficult case of spacing and overbite and they did their magic. I am a completely different person with a different smile and facial structure. I feel so confident that I can't stop showing off my smile. The best part is fixing my teeth has drastically improved my speech, I feel like I talk better and my lisping is practically gone. In the beginning for me I started this journey for cosmetic reasons but in the end I have gained smiles and better speech. This particular Orthodontic clinic is clean with super friendly staff. Fantastic experience: I came here at the recommendation of my younger brother who had his teeth straightened, and he encouraged me to go and get mine done after he got sick and tired of listening to me for 10 years venting about wanting my teeth straightened but I didn't know who to reach out to to help me out or what orthodontists do. I thought that's what dentists do, but orthodontists are also dentists just more specialised. I wish I had known about this earlier but I'm glad I came, and because I trust what my brother says or I'd get him in trouble ;) So I came to the right place! Not only that, staff are so friendly and welcoming I wished I stayed there longer just for that. The place is modern, clean and tidy. I had my aligners on for 2 years, currently on retainer. My teeth is so much better than it was, so I'm happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Just finished up with my braces treatment. The appointments were always on time, more often than not I'd be taken in early! The staff work quickly and efficiently and were always willing to help with any concerns I had (like when my two front teeth started getting a massive gap they put measures in place to keep them together). I love my smile and I feel like I could easily go back with any questions or if I ever needed assistance. The front desk ladies were lovely through my whole treatment as well, always greeting with a smile and acknowledging me when I came in. Fantastic practice and fantastic service!

Fantastic experience: I first attended this clinic at 12 years old when I got braces. I always felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Holmes was kind and professional and the nurses and reception staff always greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and like I was with family. I appreciated my experience so much, that I returned as an adult for additional work, as did my husband. And now I have bought my own 12 year old daughter in to have braces just last week. My regular dentist offers Invisalign and I am SO glad I didn't go with them as it's a specialised treatment and the end result is very different with a specialists' expertise. Negative experience: I first visited 5 years ago. I was refunded which I did not ask for as I was told they had moved the wrong tooth with the most recent Invisalign retainer. I unfortunately went back as they have my records. I wanted a new retainer as my current one was cosmetically worn. I tried on the new retainer when I collected it as instructed and let the front desk know it was tight around the top. There was no following consultation to check whether the retainer was okay so I assumed I was being fussy and went to the front desk 10 minutes later and said as much. I was told by a receptionist "it's a new retainer, it's probably like a new pair of shoes where you have to wear them in". A few weeks later I revisited as the issue persisted. I was told I would have to pay more money to solve the issue which I agreed to and for the recent retainer I opted for a refund this time. The story changed and I was told the orthodontist would not see me again which made me feel I was being treated as a con artist. Absolutely seems like I've been punished for their mistake 5 years ago. It was very upsetting and I feel that I have wasted a lot of time here.
