Negative experience: I’ve been here several times for check ups and tooth removals and to be fair there have been no major complications with my treatment. Ultimately I have gotten what I paid for, even if I paid high prices for an awful service. My dentist was an old man that spent most of his time flirting with his teenage dental assistants, occasionally deigning to glance at mouth for a moment before going back to bragging about his expensive house and car and complaining about taxes. Due to this, every time I was in his chair something went wrong. Whether it was his scalpel slipping, him yanking some kind a tooth covering out my mouth without unhooking it first or him sticking himself with his own needle, something always goes wrong. It doesn’t feel like I’m going to the dentist, it feels like I’m going to the circus, except the joke is on me. Honestly even the students at JCU dental offer a better service and they are free. Don’t waste your time and money.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for kids
Negative experience: Attended the dental clinic for a filling, behind the tooth, after a few hundred dollars, the issue has not been addressed.
Negative experience: 1300smiles Pimlico made a mistake billing our health insurance provider. The mistake resulted in a gap payment required. Getting a refund after the mistake was pointed out has been a nightmare. Any decent company would be very apologetic and provide an immediate refund. Got fed some lines about a 5 to 10 business day wait.

Fantastic experience: I came here a few weeks ago to have both my daughters teethed checked and cleaned. Today I took my eldest back in for some dental work and I have to say, they were so warm and welcoming to both of my kids on both occasions! They explained everything to them and just made the experience for them so calm and easy. Will definitely be using them from now on, for both my kids. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend 1300 Smiles Fulham Road highly enough! Every member of staff is incredible, professional, friendly and really understanding. Dr Ali is so fantastic. I had a root canal started at JCU and can not begin to explain the issues that arose from it. I came to Dr Ali and after fixing JCUs major stuff up in my first appt, it felt like a brand new tooth. I has to delay my next appt by over 18 months due to personal reasons and the initial work he did held perfectly during that time! I just can't thank everyone there enough for the work they do. I pay using the Humm payment plan and it's interest free and works into my budget. Thank you again! 10 stars! Haha.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a wonderful visit with Dr Crystal. It was the first pain free clean that I have had for a long time. My teeth are getting a little older and I was planning to have them whitened. Too much red wine and cups of tea. Her method of cleaning has them looking better than knew.
