Fantastic experience: Excellent Service and Highly Recommended.  Our family has been treated by Dr Austin Rhee for over two years now, and we can highly recommend him for his professionalism, skill, patience, friendliness and caring nature.  He always made us feel comfortable, took time to explain the procedure and kept checking on us during and after the treatment. Recently I also had my first tooth implant which was perfectly done by Austin.  Overall I am very happy with the outcome of the work, including the cost, time and care provided.  The implant fitting was carried out to a high standard and the tooth looks and feels so real. Staff at this clinic are also amazing, very professional, friendly and supportive. The location of this clinic is also a bonus as it is right next to the Mt Waverley train station platform which is adjacent to the shopping village with ample parking space. Great work, Austin and staff.  Your service is very much appreciated.  Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have had plenty of issues with my teeth over the years. I saw Dr Austin Rhee on a recommendation and I was completely satisfied with the work he did to fix my chronic tooth pain. I will not see any other dentist now as none have ever done as good a job as him. I have also sent my wife to see him and she too had the best experience compared to any other dentist she has seen. Fantastic experience: I brought my elderly mother to see William in June 2024 after she broke her front tooth. We were keen to find out if Mt Waverley Smiles would be able to repair it with a post and dental filling. William confirmed that this would be possible. In one single session lasting only 1.5 hours William was able to successfully restore my mother's tooth. He and his assistant Vanessa worked quickly and efficiently and made my mother feel very comfortable throughout. The result was a very natural-looking tooth which my mother is delighted with. Fantastic experience: Austin is such a patient and gentle dentist. He was great with my 5 year old son when my son needed 4 fillings! Always checking in if he is doing ok (the tv screen was definitely a welcome distraction!). Austin also did a great job on my tooth implant and is very thorough. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental work. I rang Mount Waverley Smile clinic and I had an appointment next day, on Saturday. After the consultation, X-ray, etc. an appointment was made to have the tooth treated on Monday. The dentist doctor, the nurse and the receptionist stayed after closing hour till the job was finished. Very professional, not rushing, and indeed I left the clinic with a big smile.

I don't know what your preferences/priorities in a dentist are, but here's mine: • got their dental degree in here Australia, and from the best uni here; • at least 15 years experience to have seen & done it all; • isn't approaching retirement anytime soon, so is still driven by their work, including keeping up to date with the latest industry practices/developments, and utilising modern technology/equipment; • knows how to communicate, including telling me what I need to know without me having to think about what to ask. So if you're looking for the same things in a dentist as I am, I highly recommend both Will and Austin at Mount Waverley Smiles.

Fantastic experience: We found Mt Waverley Smiles through google to consult dental issues for my dad. Dr Rhee treated him and we found him to be very understanding and caring. Dad had an emergency prior to the appointment on the weekend and Dr Rhee made time available from his full schedule to see dad at short notice for 10 minutes to ensure it was not a significant issue requiring immediate treatment. At the actual appointment, my dad ended up requiring a referral to an oral surgeon and Dr Rhee made 2 referrals, the second at our request to the Dental Hospital as an alternative option. Both were done on the day with excellent follow through by Tash the Dental Nurse. Overall a great professional team and I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist, the service is amazing! We took our 17month old for her first experience, and they were very accommodating. Whilst most dentists also suggest for you to get multiple things done, they are quite conservative and you only pay for treatments you really need.

Fantastic experience: Very family-friendly dentist. Excellent with young kids (my son is 5yo) and slightly nervous adults. Modern, clean facilities and machines. TV on the ceiling to provide a distraction during longer treatments (subtitles). Kind, knowledgeable dental nurses. Parking is available at the local Mt Waverley shops (3hrs car parking under the IGA). And is within 5min walk of both train station and bus stops. Location is awesome! We have met both dentists and have been impressed with their approach. Methodical and knowledgeable and happy to discuss each aspect to ensure you have a clear understanding moving forward. Very transparent which helps with trust. All of my little family now go here for our dental health & I would gladly encourage any person within Mt Waverley/Glen Waverley.

Fantastic experience: I visited Mount Waverley Smiles last week and I was very impressed with how easy it was to get an initial appointment. The receptionist was very patient and helpful with my inquiries. The offices are very large, clean and have mounted TVs on the ceilings to make the overall experience that much more enjoyable. Dr. William was very thorough in my scale and clean and was able to address any concerns I had. They currently have a new client promotion going on which I thought was worth every penny. I look forward to regular visits to this dental office. Not a lot of parking right near the office, but there is ample parking in Hamilton Place. The office itself is right in front of the Mount Waverley train station so it is super easy to get to via PTV.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a clean and check up and left with nothing but huge white smiles. The facilities are very new and kept very very clean. Dr. Will looked after me and gave me a complete run down on the health of my teeth. The TV on the ceiling so I could watch TV while my teeth were being cleaned was a very nice touch. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to Dr. William Huynh last week for teeth clean and a filling for my chipped tooth. The filling was done professionally and was aligned perfectly; the cleanings were very thorough. We were very happy with his work. The assistant Isabella was very friendly. Dr. Huynh is highly recommended. The new clinic in Waverly is super clean. By the way, the location is close to shops with plenty parking and also next to Mt Waverley railway station.

They have cameras and screens to show close up photos of your teeth and Dr Rhee explained the x-rays and images so you understand whats required. Would highly recommend!

My 3 year old boy loved the whole experience, lying down on the chair, wearing glasses and looking at the tv. He found it funny blowing winds into his mouth ! He thoroughly examined my kids and answered my questions very well in regard to brushing their teeth and future concerns etc. This clinic is super clean itself as well as KIDS TOYS! Fantastic experience: You can tell that they care about their patients even when you first arrive. For instance filling in my medical history details they ask if I don't like sitting in the dentist chair tilted past the horizontal position. Which is one thing I really don't like and have never been to a dentist that has given me an option for this. I saw Dr Willian Huynh to get a filling/chipped tooth repaired and teeth cleaning. All went really well and one thing I did notice was that afterwards that my bite was still normal. You know sometimes when you go to get a filling and the dentist files down the new filling so your other teeth don't rub on it and for a few days your bite needs to adjust. Well this time my new filling as aligned perfectly. I also needed a crown on my back tooth but it is not urgent but they gave me a quote to do the work. Now that I think back that is unusual in a good way, all dentist I have seen in the past gave me a bill afterwards without advising me of the exact costs involved beforehand. Needless to say I was very happy with the experience at Mount Waverley Smiles and will be back in Feb to do the crown.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Mount Waverley Smiles by a friend. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. The care and experience that Dr Rhee showed was second to none. He took the time to explain things properly while other dentists I have been to never did that. He explains exactly what he is doing and tells you what to expect so there are no surprises. My family had the opportunity to visit Mount Waverley Smiles a few weeks after they opened. The clinic is conveniently located right next to Mount Waverley station and has plenty of street parking. Fantastic experience: It’s so hard to find a good dentist that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their patients. My first visit was 10 years ago when I received a root canal for a front tooth (treated tooth is still going strong today and looks no different to my other ones!). Dr Rhee is the most thorough, experienced and caring dentist I’ve seen. He always makes my experience at the dental clinic as comfortable as possible and takes time to address all my questions and concerns. He never pressures me to take a particular action but rather lays out the pros and cons for each option so I’m fully informed before making a choice. I’m thrilled that Dr Rhee has opened a clinic closer to home.

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled that Dr. Rhee has opened his clinic in Mount Waverly. I have been persistently going to Dr. Rhee since 2014 even if it meant driving 2 hours to and from his old practice. He has always demonstrated genuine and quality treatment with focusing more on long term outlook rather than just a quick fix up whilst also being very gentle - which is very important to me.
