Negative experience: Borderline harassment from the admin staff. I can’t handle it anymore and will be moving dental clinics after my next appointment. We originally moved to support this business when they first opened due to convenience, being so close to home. Despite never missing an appointment, I have been subjected to sometimes 3x confirmations for the same appointment!! That includes: booking, deposit, PHONE CALL & VOICEMAIL + text message. I am a busy working mum, I do not have time to respond to all of these extra confirmations when I have confirmed my appointment to a standard that would satisfy any normal business sufficiently. Do you not understand how much admin is involved in modern-day parenting already? Regular people do not sit around all day constantly confirming appointments like paid admin staff do!!! You have lost a client. Thank you.

As a small, family-run practice, we genuinely understand how hectic life can be, especially for busy mums like yourself. Many of our patients actually appreciate our appointment reminders, as they help keep everything on track. That said, we also understand that too many reminders can feel overwhelming—especially when you're managing appointments for multiple family members.
Our goal with reminders is simply to reduce missed appointments so we can continue providing affordable care without increasing our fees. It’s a delicate balance, and we’re always open to adjusting our approach where needed. I’d be happy to discuss a tailored communication plan that suits your family's needs when you’re in next (July 23rd).
Of course, if you decide to move to another provider, we will respect your decision and can release your records at your request. Either way, please know that we value you and your family and are here to help however we can.

Fantastic experience: Only yesterday I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr.Ahmad, I cannot say enough nice things about all of the staff as well as Dr.Ahmad. He was so gentle, I could hardly tell what he was doing, and I was not under sedation!!!.. I have visited this practice many times and EVERYONE so kind and thoughtful. I feel very bad that I cannot name the dentist/hygienist I usually see, for scale and cleans. She is AMAZING! I’m so nervous in that chair but makes me feel so comfortable and at ease xx

Fantastic experience: Glo Dental Beeliar have gone above an beyond to support mtly son and I. After the snapped his tooth, which was a previous root canal (from another provider) they managed to fit him in as an emergency to check and fill any holes, and restore his tooth within 2 days. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at GLO dental all I can say is it was exceptional from beginning to end! Lisa who is the most kindest caring receptionist I have ever met was simply amazing and so helpful and understanding! I saw Hayley who is also amazing, Hayley is the best dentist I have seen in my life she was very efficient and explained everything about my dental problem so that I understand what I needed to have done. The surgery organised for me to have my treatment the very next day which I was extremely surprised at as it’s right on Christmas! I can’t thank all the staff involved enough! Fantastic experience: Dr Hayley and her assistant were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. The end result were teeth that look and feel great. I was surprised at the level of dentistry tech, with 3D scans and enamel wear topography, allowing us to catch things before they become a problem. The practice is clean, fresh and modern. Plenty of parking out the front.

Negative experience: Extensive pictures & scans taken, really impressive. The whole treatment was painless only to feel it at checkout, when a tricky gap in the online info about the practice & doctor is brought to your notice and slugged with a gap fee!!

We have 2 branches - Cockburn Central and Beeliar. The Cockburn Central branch is part of HCF More for Teeth program. However, HCF are no longer including any more dental practices on this program, hence our Beeliar branch is not part of this arrangement.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the friendliest yet professional Dental surgery we have been to. We have been to both Cockburn and Beeliar surgeries with our children. All of the staff are so patient and friendly resulting in a comfortable experience for our kids and for us too. Dr Rhea and the staff - especially Lesley, Kylie and Charmaine are all angels. We are really grateful and will recommend to everyone we know.

Fantastic experience: My experience today at GLO dental Beelier was probably one of the nicest I’ve had in years. I walked in and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The actual clinic was very clean and had all new facilities. My dentist Dr Cassidy Shelton was also friendly and she was really good at explaining exactly what she was doing for me in regards to my dental plan. She was also very gentle as I needed a filling fixed. I highly recommend GLO and will be telling friends and family that live in the area. Rachel Mills
