Fantastic experience: Dr. Tony Saad and his amazing staff (Dorothy Lashlie and Bilal Hares) saved my life when I developed a terrible abscess above a degenerated root canal. I had just flown in from the USA to begin work in a theatrical production that has me here in Oz until the end of September. I needed to be pain free immediately. They all came to my rescue with the greatest of care and concern. Tooth pain is debilitative. They got me over the proverbial hump to a place that has allowed me to do my work and get back to my own dentist in the states who will proceed to do the work necessary to prevent further distress. I thank this team from the bottom of my heart❣️

I have been Through so much health problem and have been on strong medication wish have left me with dry mouth and as a result my teeth keep breaking. Had brige denture inserted,but unfortunately it didn't help I was advised by my bentist Tony saad that the best option is to pull out the rest of my teeth and have implant. I was scared of PAIN. Tony advise my/ and left it to my to make a dession. Three years ago I had implant done and I have health gums and I can eat. The only regret is that I didn't get them earlier.

Negative experience: I am surprised by the reviews here. These reviews led me to visit this place. Expected a better consultation and advise on the dental cavity filling. The doctor hardly explained the risks associated in detail. I ended up in a worse situation than before getting the dental filling done.

Negative experience: Don't bother if you have any complex to work on. Simple procedures, sure. I have to visit a Surgeon to fix their mistake. When I complained about it, I was given the run around. Additional payments made to Hospital, Surgeon and Anesthetist for an issue I was assured would be resolved with the removal of the tooth. It did not. No apology nor relief given. If it was a complication I'd have felt better about it. Seems like it was just poor workmanship.

Negative experience: I called and asked them whether they accept medicare or health care card, the receptionist said yes they do, then when I get there they didn't tell me about the cost, first, the doctor took an x-ray and then told me the fact they are private and I had to pay $110 for the x-ray. so if you are new to Australia and have never been to a dentist like me always double check other wise they will quickly take advantage of you like what this guys did to me.

Fantastic experience: I would say this is one of the best dentist I ever saw, trust me I did more than 3 extracts , 2 implants and more than 6 RCT treatments in India. My bad :) how much ever I maintain my teeth something happens. Recently I visited the Clinic yesterday as i had a bad tooth ache and my wisdom tooth was paining. I came for a visit and though I should get a proper appointment to remove the tooth. But the doctor examined the reports and was so kind enough to extract it same day. I was so happy. I always have fear , anxiety and my blood pressure increases due to that when ever i go for dental treatments. But the doctor was so amazing , She applied an ointment to make my gums numb and they injected me. I never felt a pinch. Post that she extracted , except for the pressure I didnt feel any pain and infact she told she has given me stitches . OMG it didnt pain , not even a pricing sensation .AMAZING DOCTOR !! am so grateful to you. She explained me the post extraction precautions and was so so helpful. Also I got a call today morning , inquiring my experience. Its awesome , painless !! Thanks Doctor. I felt the procedure was little costly, though i am health card has coverage. They could slightly lower the price say atleast 10%( my thought) . Except for that I strongly recommend this place. Thanks to my friend who recommended me here.

Fantastic experience: I am a German on a working holiday starting my trip in Sydney. I had two fillings on my teeth almost right before the trip. One of the teeth was already sick to the root. I went to Dental Avenue because all other dentists in the area were not available. I am really glad this happened. I had a very good inspection of my teeth and was provided with all the possibilities. The Dr. suggested a root canal treatment which would have been 1200 - 1500 AUD. I decided that he should pull the tooth out. Which cost me 500 AUD (60 for seeing me, 45 for x-ray included). I can highly recommend this clinic. I didn't have to wait very long.
