Fantastic experience: I have used DBay dental since I was 15 years old but never have I been more impressed than with the current team. My entire family sees Dr Nikki and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had a tooth implant done and from start to finish, Dr Nikki was incredible. Her friendliness and professionalism gave me the utmost faith in her abilities, or should I say gifts. She's a magician and I just adore her and the staff. Dr Nikki, if you ever move on, please take me with you ☺️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Nicola Rayner highly enough. She was so kind and genuine and made me feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole appointment. She talked with me through my concerns and was so gentle and her communication was top-tier. I avoided the dentist for years due to being an ex-smoker and was fearful of being judged for it. Dr Nicola was 1000% non-judgemental and understanding of my needs and I will definitely be back. My anxiety surrounding dentists has completely gone after Dr Rayner’s clean and check-up today. Fantastic experience: Dr Daniel has been very professíonal. Actively listens to concerns. Is keeping up-to-date with the latest tech advances. I can leave my new ultra thin mouthguard in all night and it's stopped my teeth grinding. The DBay Dental practice was highly recommended by my other family members so I switched and was not disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A great experience for me. I was very nervous of the dentist so I put off going for way too long. Thankfully they were understanding and honest with what was going to be needed to be done and why. A great experience and I will be back for regular check ups now.

Fantastic experience: Definitely had a fear of the Dentist but after a few appointments in the last couple of weeks have definitely conquered that fear a bit. Dr Daniel and his assistant were a great team! Had very gentle dentistry and cared about his work immensely. When I first heard I had to get a crown I was super nervous but the process wasn’t as painful or bad as expected. I had a phobia of the numbing needles but definitely not as nervous with them now. Would definitely recommend him.

Gave me a plan, and indicated costs. No pressure to get work done. As my budget allows, i am returning to getting the next work done soon

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to post reviews, but I am incredibly grateful to Tamzin for taking my call on a Wednesday evening and managing to get me in for a last minute appointment with Dr Harry and Amelia; who was able to resolve my toothache trouble. I cannot thank you all enough, I have had my fair share of extractions, but the care Dr Harry and Amelia took, I have to say I'd rate them 11 out of 10. The surgery is modern and the team are welcoming. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist in years, was really anxious and fearing the experience, my dentist was dr goodman, he made the experience as anxiety free as possible, he gave good advice on my teeth and recommended a wisdom tooth extraction, explained everything about the procedure and answered any questions I had, I did not feel any pain whatsoever and the dentist and assistant were very efficient in removing the tooth quickly, they talked with me about aftercare, even though I was an emergency dental patient via the public system I felt I was treated the same as any other patient would have been, thankyou dr goodman and dental assistant

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend the DBay Dental Team enough. Recently I attended this practice for filllings and 1 tooth to be pulled out. It's been many years since I have had a tooth extraction and that was done by Dr Kenny. Dr Kenny was our dentist for 40+ years and we were sad that he retired. Harry Goodman was the dentist who attended to me during these recent appointments and I rate him as highly as I did, Dr Kenny. The Dental Assistants in attendance, Tasmyn, Amelia and Bianca were so caring towards me as a patient, they too contributed to my positive experience. If you are like me, scared of dentists, I would recommend you visit this practice. Just a little post script, I am not related to any one who works there.

Positive experience: We have moved to the area and are trying a new dentist. We arrived 5 min early and got taken in 20min late. Reception did not smile or greet on arrival. I found them to be indifferent and not welcoming. The dentist was friendly and high energy. I took my 6 yo son in for a check up and clean and paid $90 for the dentist to give food and brushing advice and look in his mouth with a light. When I enquired at reception about Medicare cover she said I’m not entitled and was the same unfriendly demeanour. I won’t be back. I’d rather wait a couple of months and go somewhere good where they at-least smile and give you a clean. We have been to the dentist before and had a much better experience. I don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my last appointment with Dr Harry Goodman. His wizardry in applying composite bonding on my 6 front teeth was very affordable and has transformed my smile almost instantly. My only complaint is that he didn't teach me any self-defence as I am already overrun with woman and I'm truly struggling to fight them all off. Thank you Harry and the team at DBay Dental.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Goodman for an exam. He was so thorough and made me feel super safe and cared for. He did a filling and I did not feel a thing. I have always been scared of needles and I had a very comfortable experience. The filling feels great, I will definitely be back!

The Dentist and his assistant worked very well together and I was made to feel comfortable . Then I received follow up phone the day after which i appreciated. Positive experience: I have now been to DBay Dental 3 times, different dentists each time, the first two times were great, they made me comfortable and I felt safe...However I had the worst experience with a dentist since I left the States with Dr Nicola Rayner. She must have been having a bad day; She made me uncomfortable and uneasy in moments with her manner and gruff actions; good thing she was skilled as dentist, she just needs to work on bedside manner and listening to patients needs. The office managers were very understanding and they made me feel heard concerning my experience. Dr Rayner called to check on me and apologized, greatly appreciated. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. I still find the rest of the staff personable and professional, with very good hygiene and safety measures in place. Their attention to the customers experience being a positive one was greatly appreciated. I am a bit dentist shy, and they made me feel comfortable and confident in their services and skills. First time I went in to get a tooth pulled and it turned into oral surgery, they handled it with care and professionalism; next day I was in good shape, they did great work. Second time I saw Dr Cassy, she was great too. Thank you

Negative experience: Probably not the best dentist for children. My daughter was in a lot of pain and was told she had decay and needs to eat less sugar obviously I already knew that and wasn’t prescribed antibiotics as I thought she would have an infection was referred to Paediatrician Dental I decided to get a second opinion the next day and got a referral for a X-ray at X-ray clinic and got antibiotics for help for pain now: Really annoyed I had to get second opinion an no help for initial consultant.

Fantastic experience: I was able to go to D Bay Dental initially to have a broken front tooth rebuilt and dentist Dr Min did an amazing job. I then required fillings and teeth removed in preparation for dentures. Dr Cassandra Peters is an excellent dentist and a very good communicator as she did what needed to be done and then gave me all I needed to know in preparation for dentures. The professionalism of both dentists was very reassuring. The follow up call to check on my welfare was totally unexpected but truely appreciated. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Never thought I’d be writing a review about a dentist, let alone how good it was. I have had a fear of going to the dentist since my teens due to a bad experience. Yesterday (02/02/2023) I had no choice but to find a dentist due to a horrible toothache. I was able to get in here and all the staff made me feel calm and took great care of me. It end up being an extraction, which I couldn’t believe was over so quickly and gently. Thank you so much. Again, never thought I’d say this either, but I’ll be back soon.

I have been elsewhere with my son, and they were not patient with him due to his fear of the giant needle that puts the teeth to sleep. Anyways the lovely lady who was operating on my son's teeth? I forgot her name. She was very patient and explained what she would do, showing him all the equipment she was using. Dbay dental is the best very welcoming and has lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency visit to the DBay Dentist and Dr Min Kim was assigned to me. She is all about Care. Going through my medical situation she picked up on a treatment that could have issues with my dental situation. Dr Min tried to call my Doctor, being Saturday, that wasn't successful. Dr Min gave me a prescription and details on my own care while she tried to contact my Doctor. Once clearance was given by the Doctor the procedure by Dr Min was hassle free and, more importantly, pain free. She explained the reason for contacting the Doctor and carried on with her caring treatment. To Dr Min, her, on the ball, Dentist Assistants and the front line staff, a big thank you.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the BEST Dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Ellen is kind and caring. She was extremely considerate and accommodating to my "fear" of dentist. I even receive a check up phone call from the lovely reception staff after every single appointment. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who is hesitate to go to the dentist and wants to get the best care at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia with dentists. However I can't recommend Dr Ellen strongly enough. She is incredible. Tender, sincere, patient. I could go on and on. She is that good that I have kept on going back until all my teeth were fixed. You are the greatest Dr Ellen.

Negative experience: Went here for emergency tooth removel.not only did the dentist use the end of his mirror tool to bang on my teeth till I said that hert what for I don't know but it was only on the ones that need work.thank god he didn't brake them witch iv never experienced with other dentist but they also left a big chunk of tooth in my mouth which is now coursing more pain then before.an the gum is trying to heal over the bit of tooth witch courses bleeding from gums and carnt use that side of my mouth at all.i do not recommend this so called practice at all..staff weren't that friendly ether I will not be returning to this practice and Will wait to see my normal dentist to have there horrible work fixed.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend DBay dental highly enough. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They really care about how you are feeling and giving you the best possible outcomes. Dr Akka is not only very skilled but takes great pride in his work. He has a lovely manner that puts you at ease. Fantastic experience: I took my niece to be treated and Dr Akka was her treating dentist. I found Dr Akka to be very professional and child friendly. My niece went in very nervous, Dr Akka was very patient with her until she felt comfortable before starting treatment. I would 100% recommend Dr Akka when treating patients.

Negative experience: Would not recommend taking your children to see Akka, he is definitely not a child dentist! My son has a dead tooth that is infected above in the gum and was a bit scared because of a previous experience which is understandable being 6yrs old. He did not try to comfort him like the other dentist that are at this practice instead just sat there and looked like he didn't want to be there, we waited almost an hour over our appointment time to walk in and out within 5 minutes. Would not even try to put the gas on him and see how he handled it instead told me I should go seek a private dentist, Which will cost me hundreds of dollars that I don't have as were on CBS and if I couldn't do that he would have to be put on antibiotics while waiting months on the public hospital waiting list and pretty much just suffer because it's only going to get worse. Very disappointed is an understatement! If I could do 0 stars I would.

She was very thorough and explained what she was doing to me as she went along. I never thought that a trip to the dentist could be so pleasant!
