Fantastic experience: My experience here was amazing. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. My TMJ symptoms were initially very consistent and began affecting my everyday life, with the constant clicking of my jaw and daily neck pain, and I wanted a long term solution. After just one month of wearing my orthotic my neck pain stopped and my clicking became much more minimal and no longer painful and I am hopeful this will only keep on improving. I also left with more knowledge about my condition and its causes and aids. I highly recommend this treatment and company for treating TMJ

Fantastic experience: Dr Vicky and her team are friendly, patient and kind. I booked the appointment for TMJ pain as I was unable to sleep and was in a lot of pain with migraine. Nadia the reception kindly slotted me in when I told her I was in a lot of pain. Initially I asked for botox and Vicky explained to me botox will give short term relief and then I will have to come back again. She offered me a long term solution instead of a band aid solution. I had tmj problems since I was in my early 20s (I’m 40 now), I had 2 mouth guards made by 2 different dentists and they were never comfortable, so I didn’t put it on daily. Even if I had put it on, i didnt feel significant difference. Since 2024/2023 the pain was getting worse and I went to the GP and had CT scan but there was no problem. I was advised to take anti inflammatory but I had heartburn when I took it. In December I was in so much pain and I found Vicky through google. Vicky explained and showed me scientifically what has caused my tmj pain. She took some photos and did diagnostics testing ( i think it’s called EMG) to measure the tension of my muscles on my face and neck. I finally found someone who understood and listened empathically to my problem and found an effective treatment for me! On day1 of treatment, first she measured my EMG before the tens machine treatment. The room was comfortable whilst I was having the tens machine on my face. Then she made 5/6 moulds for my new mouth guard guided by emg and other scientific equipments to make me the best mouth guard. She then checked my posture and took some photos. Funny enough, my neck felt great too when I had the right mouth guard. She also advised me how to rest my tongue. The purpose of this guard is to correct my bite, so it’s different from my previous guards that only protect the teeth. 2nd day of treatment, I had tens machine again. Then she used the emg and polished the mouth guard to make sure it’s comfortable to wear. Vicky was very patient. The first 2-3 days, my teeth and facial muscles were trying to get used to it, so I had a bit of pain (but not on my usual side, it’s on the opposite site). After that I had no problem wearing it all day (I took it out when eating and drinking). It’s so comfortable, now I actually feel I need this when I feel stressed. It has been more than a month and I feel significant difference, i have no jaw pain and I sleep better. I can enjoy chewing my food again without pain. Vicky advised me to wear this at night all the time, but to slowly wean off during the day and train my mouth and teeth to be in the correct position. In regards to migraine, it’s not completely cure as I do have migraines due to other medical reasons, but I feel the migraine is a bit less frequent and less debilitating. I dont usually bother to write reviews, but If u are like me and have suffered for so long with TMJ, see Dr Vicky. First consult is complimentary and no pressure to go ahead. Fantastic experience: My experience at Dr Vicky's clinic has been amazing. I had a regular check up and clean which I found to be thorough and professional. I had a lump of scar tissue on my lip which had been bothering me for years, Dr Vicky was able to remove the lump with a laser, the procedure was quick, painless and clean, my lip healed nicely within a week. All the staff I've met at the clinic are wonderful people, thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Today's visit was a delight. Miyuki makes a routine scale and clean into an educative, relaxing, healthy experience. Her gentle touch relieved my x-ray and sensitivity anxities. She taught me how to brush my gums, especially with my plaque build up. Dr Vicky Ho followed up with a thorough splint check up in today's visit. The new splint results from the neuromuscular treatment I received for destructive teeth grinding and has prevented further cracked teeth. Dr Vicky Ho also examined a long standing lump on my tongue, took photos and wrote a referral straight away to complement my GP's referral to an oral specialist. I am very grateful for Dr Vicky's prompt actions yet gentle and kind listening nature in delivering her expertise and medical dental skills. Dr Vicky's calming Reception and dental team are beautiful in their reassuring, calming and friendly approach to make dental health feel good.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Vicky because of constant clenching, jaw and facial pain. Opted for the more holistic way of getting my pain sorted, which was to get an orthotic created to help my jaw and facial pain. Ever since using the orthotic, all my pains have gone and I'm seriously loving it. It was a really great experience at smile design studio. All the staffs are really friendly and helpful throughout my appointments. A much preferred and drug free way to sort out TMJ pain instead of Botox injections 6 monthly. Also Botox was not encouraged as I was going through fertility treatments. Cannot thank everyone at smile design studio enough! You've given me a 2nd chance in my life to be able to eat and chew normally like everyone else. Definitely recommend a consult to get information and make a decision on what suits yourself best! Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I decided to treat myself to a smile makeover. I’d seen Vicky’s work first hand as I’ve worked alongside her doing Sedations as a Registered Nurse. I chose Vicky and her team because they were always kind and gentle with the most nervous of patients as well as producing exceptionally beautiful results. Vicky and her team gently coaxed me, as a nervous patient through the process. I started out terrified of “Dentists”, and by the end of the process, I was practically falling asleep in the chair I was so relaxed. Like anything that alters your looks, it is a process with ups and downs. Especially in these Covid times. But the entire team from Heidi on the front desk, Leni the “gentlest hygienist”, to Vicky and Sally at the the business end, made me feel important and valued at all times. Fantastic experience: Broke my bottom two front teeth from a collision in basketball and contacted Dr. Vicky Ho. An appointment was organised for two days later (first available appointment) and my teeth were repaired swiftly and to a high standard. All staff were friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a top tier dentist!

Fantastic experience: I used to drive past Smile Design all the time and noticed they deal with TMJ issues. I had also fainted and knocked my two front teeth out and my usual dentist put composite on which ended up chipping so I was looking for veneers. So I made an inquiry and Heidy in reception was very lovely to deal with. I ended up with 4 veneers to balance out the sizing of my large two front teeth which I was always self conscious of. I used their home whitening system first to brighten my existing teeth and then had temp veneers put on to check the shape. They corrected the shape of these as they were too long though. I had the colour matching done at Digital Dental Creations, who were also very friendly and the colour match was perfect! I hate dental needles but they use this vibration thing to distract you so it wasn’t as bad and you can watch Netflix while you are getting the treatment done. I love my new teeth and I can’t thank Dr Vicky and her team enough! I wasn’t able to go through with the neuromuscular treatment for TMJ issue because I fell pregnant but I will be back after bub is born to complete the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I attended Smile Design studio for a Deluxe Teeth Whitening treatment this week, and I was so impressed by how friendly, professional and caring the whole team was from the minute I walked in. My treatment pep was immaculate, and I was offered many options to keep me comfortable during my treatment. My Teeth Whitening results were Amazing!! Even better than I imagined, as I've always had yellow shaded teeth. There was no pain or sensitivity during my procedure, & I recieved a beautiful aftercare pack to take home. Staffs are all friendly and very energetic that even you got dental phobia you will forget you got one. hygienist is very competent and I trusted Vicki for all my dental work as she is highly qualified and did an outstanding treatment to my teeth that no one else can. I can say you will be treated as Gold class VIP whenever you visit this practice. Reception makes you feel at ease and very welcome when you come in and brings you to a comfortable lounge and offers a freshly made coffee while you are waiting. Fantastic experience: My association with Smile Design Studio and Dr Vicki Ho has been going for many years. Her remarkable skills coupled with her wonderful staff make dental visits a pleasure. Recently I had a severe dental pain, which unfortunately happened out of surgery hours.Vicki was an angel of mercy and performed an emergency root canal treatment for me. It was complicated, but her remarkable expertise “saved” me from the previously excruciating pain. How lucky I was to have found myself a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in to the surgery you feel relaxed and cared for. The reception staff are friendly and the design of the reception creates a Zen like feeling of calm. Over the years I have consulted many dentists but Dr Vicky is the best I have seen. She is not your average dentist and is highly qualified as is evident from the many courses and awards displayed on the walls. She is professional and caring but also has a good sense of humour. She is patient and explains what she is doing and puts you totally at ease. All said if I was to dream up my ideal dentist it would be Dr Vicky and I cannot rate her highly enough. Fantastic experience: Having a phobia of dentists, I was delighted to have found Dr Vicky Ho. I instantly felt that I was in very capable caring hands. From the moment I made my first phone call and spoke to the very knowledgeable friendly receptionist I felt this was a very professional practice. Fantastic experience: I started my treatment with Dr Vicky Ho at Smile Design Studio about 1.5 years ago and have recently completed my new smile.  It took me over 20 years to make this major decision.  It is probably one of the hardest and biggest decision I ever have to make.  Dr Ho and the team have always been very helpful, great, friendly and made me feel very welcoming.  Though the process took a while, I finally have a brand new smile after several major dental treatments including bone grafting and part implants by another oral surgeon with invisalign, whitening, final implants and bridge by Dr Ho.   Thank you for the awesome work.  The photo shots on my new smile are really fun and beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Had some teeth whitening done on 6/12/19. Amazing result. I had low expectations so I was super happy when I smiled at the mirror and saw a set of white teeth beaming back at me. Oh, and all the staff are kind and warm. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very pleasant experience with this Smile Design Studio. I came in having overcrowded teeth, and had been told by a different clinic that I would need to extract 4 teeth in order to straighten my teeth. I am so glad I got a consultation from Smile Design Studio, as they were able to offer me alternative options for dealing with my teeth. I am currently using Damon Braces which are far more effective than traditional braces, as they are helping me gain a wider smile as well as not requiring me to extract teeth. The braces are a bit pricier than traditional braces, but not having to extract teeth makes having them very worth it. Dr. Eric is professional, friendly and personable, and has been able to help treat my overcrowded teeth, helping me to gain a nicer, fuller smile .All the staff at this company are kind and I am very glad to be completing my treatment with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone wanting a better smile.

Fantastic experience: Smile design studios is such a welcoming, professional and friendly dentistry and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish Dr Vicky and her amazing and knowledgeable staff: Aemee, Heidy and Elissa, were so lovely and catered to all my questions concerns, wants and needs without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. I came in with concerns and Ill experiences from the past with dentists and I was astounded by the transparency in information provided at very early stages in consultation to the effort to make me feel welcome and the warmth and loving nature they all had for myself as a client -who originally came in for a simple consultation. During the course of my smile, they always made me feel welcome and they provided education, professional services and extra value which sets them above and beyond anyone else. Not only am I happy with my smile, but the friendships I developed over the course of my experience...not to mention the fact I could watch Netflix during my visits to help with my nerves! Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've been to and when it comes to your teeth I wouldn't compromise. After multiple cheap fillings from prior dentists broke Vicky and her team finally fixed mine and i'm happier with the results than I've been before :)
