Negative experience: My husband went for an appointment here and lost a tooth as a result of getting a crown inserted. Cherise was the one who did the first stage of the crown insertion but then she left the clinic. Before leaving, Cherise asked David if she could do the second stage of the crown insertion, but he didn't allow her to. Stage two was then performed by another staff member, and as a result of this, my husband got a tooth infection; that tooth later had to be extracted. I called the Dental Clinic numerous times to try to resolve this issue. Each time I called, I kept getting the runaround and was informed that I had to speak to a certain person, who was never there when I called. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, and not to mention, wasted a lot of my time and energy. David assured us that his staff could fix the problem, but it later turned out they couldn't, which resulted in my husband having to have his tooth extracted, and which we had to pay for! We weren't compensated for this, nor did we receive an apology. This situation was handled very poorly and there was a complete lack of service. We definitely won't be returning to this Dental Office as a result of what happened.

Fantastic experience: I was looked after better than ever before, from the reception to the all important dentist and his assistant. I experienced no pain with minimum discomfort, plus I was continually explained what was happening and asked if I was comfortable or in any pain which I never was. I give this business and staff 10 out of 10. You made what has been in the past an unpleasant experience, easier and nothing to be tentative about. Well done guys.

They went above and beyond, including repairing my upper teeth with veneers for a complete result. Despite sometimes having to travel from interstate, they were always flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone considering the all-on-four procedure.

Fantastic experience: I am also in the medical field and have visited quite a few dentists in my time. Ethan is up there with the best. Respectful, very professional and caring. Dare I say that the molar extraction I just had 30 minutes ago, was a reasonably pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Manager ruins an otherwise great clinic I’ve been a loyal patient of Enhanced Dental for some time now. The dentists are excellent, and I’ve always received great service from the staff—until now. My experience on Thursday (10/07) was so disappointing that I feel compelled to leave this review. This morning, I had a flat tyre and was running a few minutes late to my appointment. While driving there, I received a call from the manager (a blonde lady) who insisted on cancelling my appointment. I explained that I was almost there and can just use the remaining appointment time as it was quick procedure. She refused, saying another patient was booked in after me and they couldn’t wait. When I arrived, the waiting room was completely empty. There was no sign of another patient, and I stressed to the manager that this was an urgent matter—if left unattended, it could cause serious issues with my teeth. Still, she showed no regard for my situation and insisted I could not be seen. Her tone was forceful, dismissive, and entitled. After a frustrating back-and-forth (which wasted even more time), she finally brought the dentist out, but bizarrely only allowed her to speak to me at the front desk. No chair, no equipment—how is that a dental appointment? Only after pointing out again that no other patient had arrived and that dental equipment was needed, did she allow me into the room. Unsurprisingly, the dentist completed the procedure comfortably within the remaining time—even after all the unnecessary arguing. And still, no second patient ever showed up while I was there. I now strongly suspect that the manager had double-booked the slot and tried to shift the blame onto me to cover up her own scheduling error- as that's the only logical explanation for this erratic behaviour. If that’s the case, it’s not just poor service—it’s dishonest and the worst way to treat a long-term patient. Rather, honest communication followed by a courteous suggestion, would have been the way to handle this situation. What's also disappointing is the lack of consistency- in the past, I have waited over 10 minutes for appointments at this clinic without complaint, understanding that delays happen. But when the situation is reversed, there's zero tolerance. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at any dental clinic in over 20 years, and I sincerely hope this is an isolated case. To the clinic’s boss and higher management: 1. Please review this manager’s handling of bookings and patient communication—especially if patients are being turned away under false pretenses. 2. If your clinic enforces a “no tolerance” late policy, make it clearly visible (e.g., on signage or booking confirmations), so clients are properly informed. 3. Understand that patients have real lives—emergencies happen. Flexibility and compassion go a long way. I genuinely liked this clinic and have had great experiences here in the past, which is why I’m so disappointed now. If there was dishonest behaviour here, then trust needs to be rebuilt. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because if this manager continues to act this way, more patients will leave—and more one-star reviews will follow. I’m open to updating this review if meaningful improvements are made.

We had been to a number of dentists prior to seeing Dr Tia at Enhanced Dental and they never came back to us, we had to chase them up it was like they were not interested in meeting our needs. Fantastic experience: My family has been coming to this dental clinic for almost 8 years. Minju is the best nurse I've ever encountered. She always genuinely empathizes with your pain. Of course, about three years ago I did meet an arrogant Korean female dentist who extracted one of my teeth using extremely unprofessional methods. It took nearly two hours and left me in agony for a week. I'll never forget that excruciating pain. She only stayed at the clinic for a few months before disappearing. Overall, based on my 8-year experience here, this clinic is definitely recommendable!

Fantastic experience: This is my family's choice for dental care provider. We've been coming here for nearly 5 years for check ups and the odd filling. The dentists have always been great to deal with and make the whole process so easy and not threatening at all. We recommend Dr Ethan. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. We are always sent timely reminders for check ups via SMS which is very handy. It is also a super clean practice which I love and never overbooked so you're not waiting around for ages before the dentist is ready.

Negative experience: I had braces done here about 3 years ago. Before starting the braces, I had to get my teeth checked and had one infected tooth removed and implanted. Two of my teeth were also filled for cavities between them. However, after the treatment, the four teeth became increasingly painful. I didn't understand why all the teeth that were previously fine suddenly became painful, so I had no choice but to undergo root canal treatment for the upper two teeth. Then, the lower two teeth also became very painful, but they said they couldn't treat them while I was wearing braces and I had to wait for the braces to be removed. After the braces were removed, the bite was off. When I talked to the dentist, they said to see a specialist and that the orthodontist did their best. However, I found out that the orthodontist didn't even have a license for orthodontics. After the braces were removed, I had root canal treatment for one of the painful lower teeth, but even after the treatment, it was still very painful. A 3D x-ray revealed that there was an infection in one of the root canals and I would have to extract the tooth and get an implant. The amount of money I spent on my teeth was enormous and the time I suffered due to my teeth was too much. When I complained to the dentist, they said that root canal treatment can fail and it's not their fault. I can do whatever I want legally and there's nothing they can do for me. It's ridiculous that I had to get root canal treatment for all the filled teeth and one of them has to be extracted and replaced with an implant. This situation is very frustrating and I feel cheated. I'm wondering if patients can't do anything but keep suffering and spending money when something goes wrong at the dentist.

Dr.Jun is excellent at his job and is also a wonderful person. It's been over a year since my dental surgery but Dr Jun is still making sure everything is going well, with regular reviewing and cleaning. All the dentists that I have seen there over the past 3-4 years have been great. The receptionists are nice too. Fantastic experience: I started going to this dental practice a little over a year ago. Unfortunately living with a continuous need of dental work I had a fair share of dentists over time. With Enhanced Dental Studio I finally found dentists who understand me and my needs. They understand my fear and pain and work with me every step of the way. Not once have I been disappointed. Yes prices are a bit to the higher end but sometimes worth it for the service you get.

Negative experience: Made a booking by phone for 10:15am, and write down the time immediately. We arrive by 10:09, when we check in, the front staff only ask to sit down and wait. At 10:29, we were told as we were 20mins late, unfortunately we have to go, because the next patient is here. As I said I was actually 5 mins early, she said the computer has 10:00 booking. On top of the booking time mistake, the front staff is very impatient and rude. She just repeats “I have 10am on my computer” no matter what I say. No apologise at all. When I say I do’t want to book for another time and my family won’t come back, she looks relieved and somewhat happy. I would have made another appointment if the staff said sorry, be polite and reasonable. I understand mistakes happen during work, but the attitude was so bad. I can’t find any reason for me to going back there. I had to share the experience with my friends that go to this place as well.

Negative experience: My wife is having a crown fitted and the temporary crown has fallen out twice in 7 days. Time off work to get it refitted. Zero confidence it will last until the permanent crown is fitted.

Negative experience: Made a booking by phone and the staff confirmed the booking but when I went to the dentist on the day, there was no booking made. The Chinese lady at the reception definitely took the booking call but she deny it and we wasted our time. If you are a receptionist, clear communication is a must but also actually booking patients in!! Such an upsetting experience

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Enhanced Dental Studios twice; once the day after Boxing Day, when I was in agony with dental nerve pain. Dr Chen saw me almost straight away, and did an emergency root canal which saved me. I then went to see Dr Tan recently for my crown, and she too was lovely. Will continue to go there.
