Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Core Dental enough! I’ve just moved to Southbank and needed an emergency appointment — I called at 1pm and was in the dentist’s chair by 4:30! Dr. Jacalyn was incredibly calming, especially as I’m usually petrified of needles. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I’ll definitely be using Core Dental from now on!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jo has been the most lovely dentist! She's helped me come a long way in dental hygiene, especially easing my anxieties during certain procedures and teaching me techniques to help me not gag as easily. She also wasn't judgemental about me not visiting the dentist in a long time at our initial appointment, which I was really worried about leading up to it. Now I see her all the time!

Fantastic experience: The team at Core Dental Southbank are amazing. From the minute you walk in, you are embraced with a warm feeling. The receptionists are so nice, efficient and will go above and beyond to help, especially the lovely girl who worked today during the day. Dr Jackie is amazing. I used to be so scared going to the dentist but Dr Jackie’s approach changed that for me. She is so calm and friendly always checking in to make sure I feel comfortable and gives the best care to her patients. She made me feel safe coming for my treatments and I am so grateful I found her. She has never given up on me and my teeth treatment. She is always so understanding, helpful and does what is best for you. Would highly recommend her and her team for all your treatments.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had a fear of dentist their whole life, I finally had to give in when I had some deep tooth pain. I saw the reviews and picked Core Dental Southbank. The receptionists were delightful and bubbly and happy to help. I met with Dr Sally and Bryony and they treated me with such kindness and compassion knowing my anxiety. When it was decided a root canal was needed, Dr Sally walked me through the entire process and we did it that same appointment. They had Friends playing on the TV to distract and constantly checked in to see if there was any discomfort or anxiety. I am not afraid to go back and see them. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this place any more.

I had some fillings done and she explained every step and made it super easy (with reasonable prices!) I'll be going to Dr Jackie for all my check ups from now on.

Fantastic experience: Today is my second time visiting core dental. For my humble opinion their service are excellent. I’d had bad experience to some dental clinic. thats trauma always make me feel so anxious and afraid. But when first time I visit core dental for first time I feel so welcomed since in front door. And Doctor Anchal is so lovely, patient, kinds and did really good job. I remember I got so anxious and scared till make me cried out in the dentist chair. But doctor Anchal calming down and support me and tell me that everything gonna be Oke and can be fixed. That’s what I never ever experienced from another dentist before. Emphaty and care. But doctor Anchal show it. Now I put trust on her on my dental care journey.

Fantastic experience: Today was my second appointment with Core Dental in Southbank. Dr Anchal, and the dental assistant today (sorry I didn’t catch your name) have been so lovely and pleasant to deal with. Dr Anchal is very knowledgeable and is very considerate, gentle, honest, and professional. She honoured the price for a new mouthguard/night splint I need when it was slightly different to the one she thought I needed after seeing my current one today. Dr Anchal explained the issues with my teeth with proper explanations and gave good advice and recommendations as well as for my questions. I was a bit shocked by the issues that arose with my teeth since I last went to the dentist but I’m glad I did. The receptionists Max and Shontelle are also very friendly and pleasant to interact with and helped answer my questions with the payment plan I have. 10/10 service to you all. You all make me not mind going to the dentist :).

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a little bit following a horrible experience I had at another dental clinic. My dentist Dr Jacalyn made me feel so comfortable and safe during my exam and was lovely to chat with. Fantastic experience: $195 for a General checkup and clean. I had Dr. Anchal Verma on 17th March 2023. It was a pleasant experience. Though we probably exchanged less than 30 lines of dialogue (teeth were a bit preoccupied) her warm demeanor made the experience just a little bit more memorable.

My first visit was covered fully by my insurance and my next was a wisdom tooth extraction that I was very scared of but they provided me medicine to help me relax and the tooth removal was over in less than 10minutes. They even called me the next day to check up on me. Best dental care I've ever had!

Fantastic experience: I took my teen daughter to Core Dental Southbank, for a check-up and to finally scope out a new, regular dental practice for our family after having moved to the city from Regional Victoria just before the pandemic. Dave and his team were great! Dave was relaxed, casual and calm (which put my daughter at ease) whilst also being very professional and clearly confident / highly skilled. Dave was also thorough and thoughtful in his approach to his treatment of my daughter on that day and in preparing a treatment plan. We’re delighted to have found our new family dentist without having to “shop around” at all! Such a bonus that it’s a 5 minute walk for us and I was able to get the last appointment available for the very next day.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dave, and everyone I dealt with at the clinic were super friendly and professional. I had a dental crown installed and they did an amazing job. When initially discussing the possibility of a crown, they gave me various options and explained the upside and downside of each option clearly. I've seen several dentists in the past and Dr Dave is the best one I've dealt with. Thanks again!

Dr. Dave was very thorough with the assessment and explained every step of the procedure as we went. Fiona was gentle and compassionate and kept me engaged during the procedure. Plus points for the pleasant environment and the 80s background music!

Fantastic experience: Very nice practice with lovely staff and practitioners. I have dental phobia/anxiety so was nervous to try a new dentist after moving away from my last one but they were very understanding and sweet and I made the right choice going with them! Bonus points for the calming glasshouse candle caramel scent filling the air in the lush waiting area Everhthing was modern, comfortable, and clean. Would highly recommend, they’ll be my new regular dentist for sure.

I chipped my front tooth and they not only did a seamless filling, they also operated on my lip and removed the excess tooth fragments that had been missed by two other medical places. Heard all horrifying stories about wisdom teeth removal but my experience was amazing, painless and relaxing. He was accommodating, patient, super friendly and professional. He walked me through the process, and answered heaps of questions I had. I'm relocating to canberra, but if I ever have to go to a dentist again, I'll be flying to melbourne to see him!! He is worth it. Highly recommended If you're tight on money, you get options to pay in installment through afterpay or open pay.

Fantastic experience: While no one wants to go to the dentist this is the most "enjoyable" experience you could hope for. Such a warm greeting with the lovely receptionist, it smells like a spa as they have a candle going at all times. My dentist Dr Dave Sachi instilled absolute confidence and calm from my first visit. I went from first visit to filling and tooth extraction within one week (came for second opinion and went forward with the necessary work). I was dreading my first ever tooth extraction. It was absolutely manageable, I thought it would be 100x worse. Thank you to the fab team at Core Dental.

Fantastic experience: Attended the clinic in Southbank in an emergency as my tooth was very sensitive and I was very cautious and reluctant inside. Dr Anchal treated me well and she was very gentle and careful in listening and treating my tooth. I nearly fell asleep during the treatment and walked out of the clinic very happy. I will surely recommend Dr Anchal for her skill, gentleness and eye to detail in dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I sought the help of Core Dental clinic to straighten out my crooked teeth using Invisalign. Fantastic experience: Scott Krause and Kathleen took in my friend on Saturday 28th after we travelled over an hour from Geelong. We were turned down by Barwon Health University Hospital - Geelong, and Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, as well as many Geelong dentists, and oral surgeons who either refused to see, refused to quote, or refused to treat. Scott Krause and Kathleen took my friend out of her nightmare level of pain in minutes. Scott had the tooth out in no time flat. My friend and I are so deeply, DEEPLY, grateful that Scott and Kathleen were open today. My friend has been crying more than I've ever seen an adult cry in my life and the pain was the worst of her life and she has a very, very high pain threshold. She's recovering well now. Thank you so much Kathleen and Scott. What you did for us was so appreciated. We could not have continued on in that level of pain and distress. We really were at our wits' end. The treatment was well explained and well done. Thank you. You did a really good deed today. Also Kathleen quoted a ballpark figure over the phone so we knew whether we'd be able to afford it. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about getting my tooth extracted today but with the warm welcoming and amazing reassurance from the Core Dental southbank staff (Anchal and Eve), I was extremely delighted to feel absolutely no pain through the whole experience. Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr Lucy back in Jan 2018, I’ve since been coming to Lucy with ongoing treatment for fillings and a root canal. I have a huge fear of needles so Lucy and the dental nurses were always so patient and gentle with me and made sure I was okay. They would always let me know what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also have dental plans so I didn’t have to pay for the treatment upfront. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff at core are all extremely professional and friendly, I was a new patient to the clinic and I felt safe and looked after. I also loved the state of the art technology, including televisions on the ceiling to distract you when your in the chair!

Fantastic experience: I had a filling and whitening done here and it was great. The staff we all lovely and the price was the same as my regular dentist quoted me however the location for the dentist is so much easier as I work in the city.
