Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience from start to finish for my dental work. During my whole procedure the dental staff and dentist always made sure I was checked up on and well informed of the next stages and if I was ever in any discomfort they made sure to get me into the dental clinic ASAP to fix any problems. As for the procedure itself in the chair, they always made sure no pain could be felt and if any breaks where necessary they allowed time and continued to check on this until it was complete. Couldn’t recommend them enough and so happy with my final result, have already recommended them to multiple friends and work staff and will continue to use them for future procedures

Fantastic experience: Probably the closest I have ever come to a 'relaxing' dental experience but that's how I would describe it. Dr Rahul was professional and gentle and the reception staff were very accommodating in finding an appointment time suitable.

Negative experience: It saddens me to write this but I have had the worst experience here Not only once but every time i have been in contact with them. Last minute cancellations, putting me with a different dentist and not telling me. Quoting me for my teeth then charging 4x the price at check out. My filling is not right, the backs of my teeth still have traces of my retainer on them that you can see in my scan but it was TOTALY DISMISSED by the male dentist. Asking on 4 occasions to 4 different people for my orthodontic work in writing but not sending the correct one I left the dental surgery in tears Then to top it off I asked for my scan to be sent and THEY SENT SOMONE ELSES! I DONT RECOMMEND Ive NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY I had planned on spending 5,700 with these people but I will definitely not I’m horrified

Fantastic experience: The team at Iluka Dental were amazing! I was absolutely desperate for an appointment and they were kind enough to move things around squeeze me in to an emergency consultation on a Saturday morning (after calling 7 other local clinics who had no availability or couldn’t see me as I wasn’t an existing patient). As someone who is terrified of the dentist they were friendly, gentle and understanding, and I felt very well taken care of. Their pricing was also extremely fair compared with what I have paid for less service in the past. They even phoned me a couple of days later to check how I was doing and provide additional advice. I will definitely be returning to them for the further treatment I require, and anything else I may need in the future! Thank you Team Iluka Dental!

He worked on the tooth for nearly one hours and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I have had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. His skill is simply staggering and I could not have been in better hands. I have another appointment with him in a couple of days to complete the second stage of the remove wisdom teeth and root canal. Fantastic experience: I was visiting Perth from Melbourne and had to seek an immediate appointment, IIuka dental came to my rescue and offered an emergency appointment. They were very thorough with their procedure and provided a treatment which was needed. Dr Rahul immediately administered one visit root canal treatment on a molar tooth. My records were also promptly emailed back to my dentist in Melb. Dr Rahul has magical hands, for the first time I barely felt the syringe pain while administering anesthetic. Thank you to Dr Rahul and his lovely team. I would want to make this a yearly dental trip, cause of the wonderful service received.

Crown finishing and installation was painless and very comfortable. Fantastic experience: A little over 3 months ago I was at Lifecare Dental Kingsway and Dr Rahul Sohoni pulled out one of my wisdom teeth and they were absolutely amazing and comforted me as they saw how scared I was. Today I had to go back and as Doctor Rahul only works once a week they told me where else I can go(Iluke Denal Centre) but again I was treated so well by not only him but his assistant too and the receptionist too. In the future I would like to only book back to him. I definitely recommend him to anyone that is scared and just in general a very good dentist

Fantastic experience: Iluka Dental Centre & Krupa Clinical Nurse Manager had the toughest challenge this week having had a call from me a prospect dental patient who had not been to a dentist for over 36 years! Imagine you had the worst dental experience at the age of 14 in the UK and then never went again for 4 decades! But then 36 years on you needed some urgent and critical treatment! That was me! Pretty much the worst patient scenario you could confront as a dentist and never going to be easy or straight forward! Reluctantly this week, I was faced with calling a dentist or driving to A&E for help with my tooth agony and tongue swelling! The decision was to call Iluka Dental and my first point of contact was Krupa and unknowingly this turned out to be the best person I could have rang and spoken with!! Krupa thank you!! Yesterday, I attended the dental practice and met by Krupa who was amazing and spoke openly and reassuringly about the process and treatment. Came out happy and healthy and massive thank you to the dentist and his assistant who had been amazing! Finally, my confidence and experience with dentists and my treatment has been significantly restored by Iluka Dental and Krupa and massive thank you and highly recommend them! Mark M
