Fantastic experience: Dr Tim Parks is a fantastic clinician. I had a tooth broken in 4 places, I was dreading my appointment, he is so gentle and has a very friendly kind manner that puts you at ease. He took the tooth out and put the implant in at the same time and it was pain free. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, reasonable price too. The team are welcoming and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Exceptional Dental for a few years now as part of my Invisalign journey. Every time I come I am always greeted kindly, and treated so well. Dr Park is always finding solutions and thinking outside the box with my Invisalign treatment plan. My teeth have straightened out beautifully thanks to Dr Park. Sophie - dental hygienist, does the best cleans, pain free highly recommend. Truely they are the best dental clinic I’ve been to.

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I have ever had! I went to fix a broken filling and the dentist ended up injecting me in the wrong muscle, leaving my mouth bruised and traumatised. Such a disappointment! I wasted my money and wasn’t given any compensation. Please don’t waste your time and money at this place.

Fantastic experience: If your after affordable, professional dentist services in Sufers Paradise with great post op care give Exceptional Dental a call. They're awesome! Dr Tim Park treated a really bad broken tooth and abscess for me urgently and never had a problem since. Fantastic experience: I needed to visit a dentist at short notice with a painful tooth. I was recommended by a friend who suggested I visit Exceptional Dentist as they’ve been going there for years. They recommended I see ‘Dennis’. I was very impressed with the E2E experience I had. They were excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The Dental rooms were very clean, sophisticated and beautifully presented. I was very impressed with Dennis, he was very cheerful, made me feel welcome and comfortable and provided a thorough and highly professional review of my oral situation. I was very impressed and his assistant was efficient and had a pleasant manner which is also appreciated. My problem was diagnosed and a plan put in place to observe and act if required. I’m very grateful for finding Dennis and his clinic in such close proximity to my residence. I’m very fortunate! A terrific experience all round. I’d certainly recommend this Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but I really have to share this. While vacationing at the Gold Coast, my son injured his bottom incisor (including a chip off the tooth) from an incident at a water park yesterday and Exceptional Dental (via Michelle, the friendly receptionist) was able to squeeze us in this morning at 9am to urgently assess the tooth. Dr Dennis was absolutely amazing: extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and very patient and reassuring towards a very worried mum (me). He explained everything clearly, performed the assessment in a most kid-friendly manner, and gave us very useful advice for our next steps. We were thoroughly happy with our experience and I would recommend anyone who needs a regular or urgent visit to the dentist to contact Exceptional Dental. Prices very reasonable too. My son really liked Dr Dennis. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had receding jawbone and lost most of my teeth. I went to three dental surgeons for consultation. Those that want to make money recommended bone grafting and full dental implants. In short, I had denture and part implants because I'm 63 and my bone will only recede and grafted bone is weak. Dr Park is not greedy and acted very professionally throughout the reconstruction. He has saved me a lot of money and problems in the future. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Park.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Exceptional Dental for well over 6 years now and I am always happy with the team. All staff are so friendly from the Front desk, to the Hygenists, Dental assistants and Dentists (and anyone I have forgotten). Such a comfortable environment to have any procedure, you feel so welcome. Dr Park is amazing at talking you through your service (especially if it's a difficult one) so you know exactly what's coming and when. The customer service I have received is next level. I cannot recommend Exceptional Dental enough -especially if anyone is a little nervous about treatments. This definitely is the place to go!

Negative experience: Terrible service. Rude staff (particularly reception) and quality of work is poor. Had to see another dentist costing me more money and wasted time. Avoid if possible — many other quality dentists on the GC.

He has been hard working more that 15 years in dental field as a great skilled surgeon and he served also as a Instructor for implant surgery to numerous doctors. Before Everything else, Tim is a good man and he always care about his people. Being a patient of him is a good chance to get a nice friend.

Negative experience: I went to this "Exceptional Dental" on 21.01.2021 for the treatment of tooth number 46. After I was sent home, I called them to say I have a pain in my teeth that wasn't there before. I was told that this is normal and I should take painkillers instead of being urgently invited to the dentist. Now I noticed my tooth bleeding. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday, I checked it on google maps. I'm alone with my aching and bleeding tooth.

Fantastic experience: Let me preface this review with I am probably the worlds worst patient and absolutely don’t like pain. They listened to my concerns, I have to say it was the best experience that I’ve ever had in the dentist. For me I think exceptional dental, from the moment that I walked in I was nothing but impressed professional, courteous and very efficient absolutely fabulous people great to deal with and the job they did, I needed 4 fillings and they did an absolutely magnificent job could not recommend them more highly.

I was treated for a wisdom tooth extraction, totally painless and post procedure recovery was as expected. Thank you Dr Parks. I also had my teeth cleaned and whitened, well worth the money. The cleaning procedure and outcome carried out by the friendly hygienist was again exceptional. Finally this year Dr Parks fixed an unsightly gap at the front on my mouth with a simple yet effective cosmetic addition of a small tooth. I can now smile with confidence. Luka and his lovely colleague at the front desk complete the team, always calling to check how I'm travelling post procedure and welcome you to the clinic with a friendly smile and a chat. Fantastic experience: I am here to tell you about a magnificence of dental care and attention that I have discovered for all the bug-eyed fearful neanderthals who had suffered as I 'once' had done. Yes, I was a dentists nightmare ok. I have a bad gag reflex and can't breathe through my nose properly and the only thing holding me together is 'spit' due to raw terror going through my mind, creating pulse beating adrenaline surges of epic proportion and I had only just walked through the service doors. However that all changed the instant I was attended to by the service desk where a very kindly spoken young male instantly made me feel a little easier at the magnified hell I was putting myself through. I didn't mind how long I waited but their efficiency was exceptional and before long I was sitting in the chair looking up at two kindly faces and a dentist with a serene understanding of the visual nervousness he was facing. So, without the aid of injected numbing novocaine, I my tooth was drilled filed, hooked at and grinded. The dentist, was a magician and together with his assistant gave me a totally pain free session and to such a degree that I have had further treatment and will continue to visit until all my assorted tooth problems have been fixed. To find a Dental Surgery with sincere professionalism that elieviates any imagined discomfort is, for me, a reinvention of my faith in such industry professionals being there for you, and you alone. If ever any reader of this post has a fear of Dental procedures, forget it and visit the Dental Clinic of 'Exceptional Smiles' because that's what they have put on my face for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: I have to say, as dentists go i have never been more welcomed and taken care of by any better than with Kerry And Lucas. I have been a client for several years but through circumstance time has come for major dental work and I am dreading the cost. I needed to know how much it was going to cost me to have my Teeth done now that i was made redundant from work. It made it very hard for me to have enough funds to cover what I imagined the costs would be. But I revealed my heart and told her my dilemma. The way Kerry helped me Navigate thru what the insurance paid to what was left for me to pay was nothing but Exceptional which gave me a way to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am now going to begin doing the work with the dentist in planned steps that I can now manage with some financial ability - after all I am very mindful my teeth are integral for my health. Thank you Kerry if it wasn't for your reassurance I would have walked much to my partner's dismay.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Leong at the Exceptional Dental rooms in Brisbane. It is the first time I have ever had fillings done that I felt nothing. Painless local anaesthetic, felt very relaxed with Dr Leong and his team.
