Fantastic experience: So happy to have found Cosmic Smile Laser Dental practice after my old dentist retired. The clinic has very modern equipment and I was so impressed to find that on each visit my oral microbiome is checked along with my teeth! Jason is an excellent dentist who is also very knowledgeable about snoring, lasers and more! He is very gentle and reassuring and I feel like I am in safe and very skilled hands when I am in his chair. Natasha the hygienist is also technically excellent and a delightful person too. Having my teeth cleaned by Natasha is quite a relaxed process because of her lovely chatty and caring nature. Meanwhile in the reception area the lovely Nadine takes care of bookings, billings, admin and more. I love her because she chases me to make sure I remember to turn up! Together they make a great team and I recommend the clinic highly!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Pang was very disappointing. He conducted an unnecessary root canal and repeatedly identified new cavities during weekly visits, which felt excessive. I sought a second opinion, and the new dentist confirmed the issues were mishandled. Fixing the mess has cost me thousands of dollars. I do not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pang has been looking after my teeth for over 15 years now. He’s very professional and gentle, Always provides me with the best options for my long-term dental health, and he’s very careful to make sure I am not in pain. He even provided advice on other areas of my health, including laser treatment, infrared bed etc. I always feel I’m in good hands with Dr Pang. The whole team at the practice is amazing, including Nadine the practice manager who’s simply the best, I would highly recommend the practice!

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend Dr. Pang or his clinic for children. I took my son to see Dr. Pang for a regular check up and cleaning and my son needed a filling in one of his molars. I would have normally expected the doctor to talk about what the next step procedure is and talk my son through and put him at ease/conform him. Instead he just went straight to use the injection for the anesthetic, my son saw it and got really scared. He then proceeded with the filling procedure without the anesthetic which my son was fine with. The nurse at the clinic checked my daughter's teeth as she had her adult teeth (first pre-molar) starting to grow before the milk tooth came out and advised us not to do anything and she actually said that these are the canines! We found out later on at the orthodontist that the teeth starting to show were the first premolars and they needed to be taken out which made sense to me. So disappointed with this clinic and I would definitely not return.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to, and I'm apprehensive about visiting dentists. Dental hygienist is fantastic. Post that appointment I had tooth extractions and fillings in one session which went really well. The Cosmic Smile practice is welcoming and professional from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with some major oral problems for the past 5 years. I have consulted dentists here in Australia as well as overseas with nobody able to isolate the cause and help me. I was recommended to see Jason from a good friend. And through a Nutripath Oral Microbiome Test he isolated a major imbalance in my mouth. I was given a very gentle therapy at his clinic as well as a program to stick to for several weeks. I was consistent in following his guidance and within 8 weeks I have fully resolved the root cause of a problem that was very distressing for me for many years. Jason’s experience, guidance and compassion is sincerely second to none. I remind grateful every day for his support and care. It was a complex procedure because of the advancement of nerve disease and decay, 2nd molar top right from the back. He has specialised equipment to ensure full access and advanced laser equipment to reach the bent canal and ensure everything is cleaned out thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Jason is well trained and well mannered. Patient and meticulous with his examinations and when you are unsure, is eager to explain your situation. Receptionist was very friendly and and accommodating. Great attitude. It is located on the 2nd floor of a tall building which is found behind a coffee shop. Didn't see ramp availability but there are elevators. Parking should be easy as there are some quiet streets by.

They have this special teeth cleaning machine which is honestly so impressive plus his deep interest in going that little extra mile. This week dr rubbed this stuff on my teeth to show me were the plaque had built up so I now know where I need to focus on where to brush that little bit extra or abit of a different angle to reach areas that I miss. The price is really fair an the exceptional care taken has given me my best chance to maintain an improve as I have really bad gums an only this dentist has helped. This dentist is the real deal. I do brag about him being the best I found Mosman to Chatswood. I wouldn’t go any where else as I know he is who I can trust as been proven an always walk away thinking he is just the best. Negative experience: My daughter was diagnosed with lip tie and was recommended to Dr. Pang. The day of the procedure, the staff was friendly and the procedure went smoothly. What was odd was that the Doctor asked I wait outside as my 1.5yo had to ensure it alone. As I was bringing her into the room, even the Assistant said I could stay, but the Doctor said otherwise. The rating is reflective of the service received post-op. We were given Baby Teeth Serum to use for the healing process. It was expired and when I called them about it, they said that it was free so it would not be replaced, but I could buy another if I wanted. The procedure was not free and the serum was provided as part of it, so I thought. The situation could have been handled more professionally and graciously. Bottom line it’s bad business to be providing expired products to your patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pang diagnosed and treated my 6 month old son for tongue and lip tie. As my second opinion, Dr Pang confirmed my mother’s intuition. He and his staff remained gentle warm and assuring while I had all three kids in his child friendly practice! He was fast and articulate and made the process very easy for both my baby boy and myself. I highly recommend Cosmic Smile and grateful I was referred to him by a friend. I will be returning with my children for check ups in any further treatments they might require in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cosmic Smile Laser Dental for about 18 months to use their Red light bed. Jason the owner is very knowledgeable regarding the benefits of this type of therapy. I am now a fan and a believer and I have since purchased lights from him. I have had bad experience with dentist especially rushing to see other customer making money well not with Jason he cares about his patient.

Fantastic experience: We came in off a referral from our lactation consultant as our daughter had suspected lip and tongue tie. Dr Pang was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our case and provided clear answers to the questions and concerns we had. The procedure was quick and he also allowed us to use a room to nurse after the procedure as well. He also took the time to show us and allowed us to film how to properly conduct the aftercare. We’ll continue to monitor but our experience so far has been great! Highly recommend!

I recently needed a large root canal treatment on a large back molar due to a leaky filling and was advised I’d need several visits for root canal, but after calling Nadine at Cosmic Smile I was hopeful might be kinder and quicker using laser. Dr Pang, with his laser root canal treatment, took only one visit, was a virtually pain-free procedure and cost less than all other quotes! Dr Pang was meticulously thorough, using all the latest technology available - lasers, cameras, operating magnifier - for precision and he even took time to treat my chronic problematic jaw post-op with a healing laser(and it hasn’t flared up again, since). I’m always so impressed by Dr Pang - his skill, knowledge (biomedical, dentistry, laser) and passion for new and better ways of achieving results. The various laser tech Dr Pang uses is impressively effective and has cleared up my children’s’ and husbands’ chronic blocked sinuses. My husband will be trialling the laser bed for a chronic hip issue so we’re hopeful it will help also with that. Dr Pang is also treating my daughter’s overjet issue after noticing a previously undiagnosed issue. It is such a relief knowing our dental health is finally in good hands I just wish I’d found Dr Pang and the team at Cosmic Smile Laser Dental sooner!!!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with our experience. Had my 5 month old daughter's tongue and lip tie lasered. She originally had her tongue tie done in the hospital she was born in however Dr Jason pointed out that it was still a little tight. I wish we had of had this done sooner as it might have made breastfeeding less painful. Dr Jason was very informative and provided detailed resources for doing the stretches after. It was a very quick procedure and very thorough. The results have been fantastic. She healed very quickly. She is able to flange her upper lip SO much better when feeding. Her suck is definitely stronger. I can't recommend cosmic smile highly enough. Very happy with the results. I'll definitely be recommending others.

Fantastic experience: I took my 11 month old daughter to see Jason Pang to get her upper lip tie released. I was very anxious about the procedure. Jason took the time to hear my concerns and explain to me the laser process. After giving my daughter some numbing gel and waiting a few minutes for it to take affect he started. I am extremely impressed with how quickly the procedure was carried out with little discomfort and tears from my daughter. As soon as he had finished I was able to comfort my daughter and she was her happy self. I was explained the after care and given the option for a follow up appointment which I took. When we got home I instantly noticed a difference breastfeeding. Her latch was a lot stronger and more comfortable. The healing time is quick and there has been no pain or soreness. I am extremely greatful that Jason was able to release her tie with his laser technique and saved me from putting my daughter through a general anaesthetic: I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking at getting their little ones lip or tongue ties realeased
