Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both see Dr Mariana and she is so soft, thorough and great with kids and people with anxiety. I was phobic of dentists and went to see Dr Mariana for a checkup. She told me I needed an extraction and within days had booked me in. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Mariana (Mary) enough! She’s absolutely wonderful, not only did she help strengthen my front teeth and canines with such ease, but she also quickly figured out the root causes behind my dental issues. Thanks to her, I finally understand that my teeth grinding was wearing my teeth down, and that my gum issue was making them weaker. Her attention to detail and the way she explains everything so clearly really put me at ease. The clinic is spotless, modern, and fully equipped, they can do X-rays, scans, cleanings, and pretty much any dental procedure right there, which makes things so convenient. Her staff are always polite, kind, and respectful, and the whole experience feels calm and professional every time I visit. The location is super convenient too, with plenty of parking available. Negative experience: Extremely disappointed I visited this dental surgery a few weeks ago presenting with a broken tooth. Dr Mariana said I will be needing a root canal treatment that will require 2 to 3 visits and gave me a quote for $936.00 to complete the whole treatment. I agreed to the treatment and paid $583 on my 1st visit. On the follow up appointment, while I was already lying down on the dental chair, she began doing some calculations and said that today's visit will be $936 When I questioned this and refused to pay an amount that was never disclosed upfront, I left the clinic feeling very violated. To add insult to injury I then received a text message shortly after offering me a 15% discount on this treatment, as if I was shopping for shoes, not receiving medical care. This experience felt highly unprofessional, unethical and opportunistic. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this dental surgery

While the Dentist discussed with you different treatment options and prices to get you out of pain before commencing any treatment, you chose a root canal therapy.
Since you have mentioned that that pain has gone after your first visit of root canal treatment and you would rather finish the rest of treatment in 1 setting, the dentist advised you of the total cost of $936 which includes the 2nd and 3rd stages of root canal treatment, as well as the X-rays and the permanent final restoration.
For clarity, root canal treatments often require multiple stages, and sometimes additional steps are identified during the process that can affect the overall cost.
We always aim to provide an accurate estimate upfront and prior to any procedure, but it appears there was a miscommunication in your case, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We never intended for you to feel pressured or misled, and the follow-up discount was meant as a gesture of goodwill, not to minimise your concerns. We value your feedback and will review our communication processes to ensure clearer explanations of treatment costs in the future.

Fantastic experience: Mary Dental is my go to for emergency dental services. The clinic is very accessible with ample parking spaces at The Links. The online booking system makes booking an appointment hassle-free. The clinic provides a relaxing vibe with calming music on the background. Mariana has gentle hands and is very efficient. She also explained the procedure to me very well and offered step by step updates on our progress so I felt very re-assured. I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist. She kindly squeezed me in at short notice when I was in severe pain from a molar tooth that had been troubling me for over a month. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely caring — qualities that stand out immediately, especially to me as a health professional myself. I had originally come in expecting to extract only one wisdom tooth, as I had been told by other dentists that the procedure was too difficult for them to perform. To my relief, Dr Mary demonstrated outstanding skill, efficiency, and confidence in handling the surgery, and she was able to extract the problematic upper molar with remarkable precision. What impressed me even further was her compassion and willingness to go the extra mile. When I asked if she could also address my lower molar, which had also started causing discomfort, she did not hesitate. Fantastic experience: Last year, had dental pain in lower right jaw, Dr Mary diagnosed cavities in wisdom and the adjacent tooth professionally advised to only extract wisdom and save the adjacent tooth with filling to preserve jawline and chewing. The scan, extraction, fillings, recovery were smooth and outcome has been great. Kudos for avoiding extracting the both. Dr Mary is jovial, very knowledgeable and through a professional.

We got through the whole thing without any tears at all!! Fantastic experience: My tooth's crown had fallen off. I found Dr. Mary online and went to her for help. She clearly diagnosed the reason for the crown falling off and also identified everything else with regards to my teeth that would need attention down the line. She was thorough, friendly and did not push for additional treatments. I experienced perfect treatment for a resonable fee. She will be the "Go To Dentist" for our family in the future.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommended Mary and her team for any wisdom tooth extraction. I was really scared getting the extractions done in the chair however my friend referred me to Mary and it was the best decision I ever made. I did not feel anything whilst in the chair. She was super careful, gentle and successfully extracted both my teeth. Don’t pay thousands to an oral surgeon (which I was about to do), go to Mary.

While these are never truly painless she managed to get the prep work completed without destroying the existing crown, saving me $$$. Happy to recommend. Negative experience: I was very disappointed with this dentist . My booking was at 3:00pm; they advise me to arrive at 2:45pm , which I did . Then I had to wait over 35mins because?? I don’t know the reason , maybe they took in a walk in or saw multiple customers. It is ridiculous, that is not how you run a business. Being a successful businessman myself , time should be respected and adhered to. Eventually I did walk out due to such a long wait . Not a nice experience; will not be going back definitely; don’t recommend at all !
Hi Paul, we deeply appologise for the prolonged wait time. However, we had explained at the time that we were running 20-30 minutes late. We haven't seen a walk-in patient before your appointment though. However, in a dental or medical practice, unfortunately the treating clinician may have to run late, since treatment may take more time than expected...We value your feedback we will endeavour to see our patients on time, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I highly recomand this place for any dental check up, issues or any emergencies. They are an amazing team and trust me they know their job very well. They reassure you and they will give you the best possible services with a detailed explanation. It is a very hygenic place and cosy atmosphere. Even when going back home i barely felt any pain and zero tooth sensitivity when drinking hot or cold on the same day and following one also. Following the recomandation of my brother i went there and i have no regrets. So feel free to come and do a medical check up really worth to keep you smile healthy :)

Fantastic experience: We found Dr. Mariana while looking for a dentist that was open on the King's Birthday. My tooth had been extremely swollen for a few days at this point, and she was kind enough to do an emergency procedure on the spot. She is evidently experienced, gentle with her hands and has a calming presence about her. She kept checking to make sure if I was comfortable which I appreciate as I always get anxious at dentist appointments. The clinic has a nice ambiance and is very clean as well. Although I live an hour's drive away, I've come back to see her twice since and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Can't recommend Dr. Mariana any higher!
