Negative experience: After much research & recommendations for a new Dental clinic, I came across Westpoint Dental. Unfortunately I did not have a good 1st experience. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I called the clinic at 3:15pm to advise I was running 15min late & to check if this was still ok, the receptionist confirmed it was ok. Upon arriving at 3:45pm, I waited to be seen & was asked to complete some documents. I completed the documents by 4:00pm, the receptionist then advised that the dentist was not available until 4:30pm or 5:00pm. I advised the receptionist I would return around this time rather than waiting in the clinic & asked that she call if me the dentist was available sooner. I returned to the clinic by 5:00pm only to be told they would need to either cancel my appointment or I could wait to hopefully see another dentist, who had just taken a new client in & their clinic closes at 5:30pm. Very disappointing experience & complete waste of my time waiting around. The receptionist should have cancelled my appointment when I called to inform I was running late if the dentist was no longer available. The receptionist was young & very apologetic, unfortunately that does not give me back the wasted time, and financial loss; I left work early to attend this appointment. She needs training on how to better handle these situations & not be afraid to cancel if need be, rather than making clients wait around then send them home without being seen. (I note, you will not have my details on file as I asked the receptionist to return the personal information document I was requested to complete) Back to the drawing board for me… Open to recommendations for a good dental clinic for wisdom teeth removal & Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: On christmas eve the wire on my bottom row of teeth came off!! I ran to the closest dentist and they were so kind enough to squeeze me in with no notice! Dr Amir Ameri was very knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything that needed to be done and did it without any fuss. He reattached the wire and gave my teeth a clean.Dr Ameri saved christmas!

Negative experience: Used to be a good dentai clinic but not anymore. Can you please choose a better receptionist? We’ve been going to this clinic for years but the service is no longer friendly now (even though the place looks nicer). One rude receptionist is enough for my whole family to find another dentist. If other dental clinics can give you a quote (for check up, cleaning) before making a booking, how come you can’t?

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Amir at Westpoint Dental Clinic for a number of years now. The new clinic is absolutely beautiful and all the staff are so welcoming. The clinic is always clean and everything including the staff are always well presented. Dr Amir is an amazing dentist and my teeth are so improved from where they were a few years ago. He is always so professional and takes the time to explain any procedures and makes sure you know the appropriate at home after care. He always remembers topics we discussed at the previous visits and really makes you feel valued as a patient. Westpoint Dental have also fitted me in the calendar if I had an emergency that needed to be seen too. I would highly recommend Westpoint Dental and Dr Amir.

Fantastic experience: I’m not the biggest fan when it comes to the dentist, so I will hold off for as long as I possibly can. However… all I can say is wow to the atmosphere! Can we just take a second to appreciate the set up of this environment. It feels like I’m walking into a relaxing spa boutique and not the dentist. It even smells like one! This atmosphere immediately puts many people who have a fear of the dentist at ease and makes the experience much more pleasant. Dr Amir and his friendly staff are second to non. Dr Amir really takes his time with his patients and will explain in detail what needs to be done when it comes to your treatment. He makes the entire experience so breezy! He went out of his way to make sure I receive the most from my healthcare fund that I wasn’t even aware existed under my cover. So my out of pocket expense was virtually nothing and I saved so much compared to other dental clinics I have been to previously with the same health insurance. He really does look after his patients and genuinely cares. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a fear or have ever had a previous bad experience. I can guarantee you, you will not have a bad experience here. I know I will be making sure I regularly return after my experience.

Fantastic experience: This is place is amazing! They have a team of very friendly receptionist, Dentist and dental assistants. I took my 5 1/2yr old son to Dr Amir Ameri who had a decayed tooth which he took out and made my son feel safe and relaxed and he was very patient with him because my son was scared of the whole process. This place has now become our regular dental clinic.

Negative experience: On 16 February we used the practice‘s web form (on the practice website) to request an appointment. Followed up again on 25 February. It’s now 10 March and we’ve received no response so based on yhat experience, a one star rating is generous.

Negative experience: Terrible place, obviously wanted more $$ I went in for a removal as I was in pain and the rude dentist there quoted it to 600 dollars, I left and went a back to my usual dentist a few days later and they removed the tooth for$240 Receptionists are very unwelcoming and unfriendly. It’s a rip off. You may have quoted that price, but as I said it was ridiculously marked up. Make excuses all you like but that doesn’t change the fact that it was taken out for $240. So your said price was wrong wasn’t it. It also doesn’t change that your counter staff need education in customer service. I’ll be telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Negative experience: Had teeth whitening done here two years ago. Price was not quoted before treatment. It was a big shock as it was very expensive. Two staffs who worked for me didn't seem to be confident of what they were doing. Won't go back.

Negative experience: Im very disappointed with Frank’s receptionist, Her name is Marina, my family & I have been under Frank’s care for the past 5 years or so, previous receptionist are all so friendly, Marina is very rude, she’ll talk to you with an attitude & a bad tone, it’s so sad that this dental practice will get bad revesby because of this receptionist, Hope this gets their attention & so they can put her on traning

Fantastic experience: It's been three years now I am visiting Dr Frank Meshkani at Westpoint Dental Clinic. Dr Frank has done many major and general treatments for me such as Implant, root canal, crown, filling, cleaning, and checkup during this time. I can tell his commitment and expertise is exceptional as I visited other dentists before meeting him. Since I met Dr Frank I have a complete peace of mind for my teeth as I completely believe him and I know he would recommend the best solution considering both quality and budget.

Fantastic experience: I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and, honestly, was feeling so apprehensive a few days prior. Dr. Amir assured me that I was in good hands and that the pain would be minimal. The procedure was done so professionally by Dr. Amir that I didn't even realise my teeth had been extracted! It was by far the best dental care I had ever experienced. Plus he did a great clean and left my teeth sparkling. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Thank you
