They explained the process to me very thoroughly answering all my questions in a professional matter. The process lasted less than expected and it was painless thanks to the Dr’s great hands. Fantastic experience: I contacted this practice because I had many extreme health conditions that left most dentists struggling and my teeth and health were getting worse. But this practice from the admin staff, treatment coordinator, dentist, dental nurse and oral hygienist have all been exceptionally kind, gentle, caring and optimistic. They also didn’t hurt me or rush me. As things stand, I’d definitely recommend.

Attending dentists appt can be quite stressful & daunting but smile in style make it a pleasant experience from the moment of making your appt to walking out the door with a fresh smile. Kathy is the most amazing professional hygienist in every way possible, trusting, reassures you whilst explaining the next step & is very gentle with sensitivity. The dental hygienist who worked on my cleaning was gentle yet thorough, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. The dentist himself was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner. He took the time to address all of my concerns and provided clear explanations for the treatment options available to me. Fantastic experience: Dr Rose, Dr Su and dental assistant Nyah were all fantastic! Thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. Despite my tooth being in terrible shape and taking longer than expected, Dr Su answered my myriad of questions, was extremely patient, and took care with every part of the procedure, explaining everything along the way, and putting me at ease. She also has a great sense of humour and I have never laughed so much in the dentist chair, which was welcome relief! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: If I could leave -0 stars, I would, very unprofessional. Waited over a month for my appointment only to get there and wait over 40 minutes, walked out and will never return again. If I’m paying for a service, expect to at least be on time.

Negative experience: Before I went here, I read a google review that had one star and said, "this dentist is a butcher and ruined my mouth" - I should have listened. I spent a lot of money at this dentist and had a few different teeth treated. The skill of this dentist is very poor. The teeth were really poorly finished and badly shaped and felt horrible. It was a nightmare. I had sore surrounding teeth for a month that I later found out from another dentist was decay that was not picked up by the dentist nor the expensive scans I paid for. I was really disappointed when the dentist Terry Rose couldn't tell me what product he was using for a root canal and if it was toxic. He had that "old school attitude" like "don't worry you don't need to know - I know better than you". I hate that old mentality and regret going there especially now that I have discovered that it is toxic. Before I went to another dentist I contacted them to tell them of my problems and there was little concern. I knew there was no point going back, I was wasting my time. I had a difficult time trying to get my files from them and then they sent me someone else's by mistake...which they were super concerned about for fear of getting sued!! It made me think, if only they cared as much about my teeth! It is a really poor clinic and one I would like to see extinct. I always felt like they were only really interested in money. Trust this review..there are much better dentists out there!
